1. I was offered "UNLIMITED FREE MOVIES"
2. They requested my credit card info for identification purposes
3. They then CHARGED ME - I would not agree with the charge!
4. I closed the account, making three or four requests, also fixing my email address since I forgot I used my hotmail account.
5. I called customer service and was either hung up on or put on hold AFTER she answered. The connection was very weak and hard to hear them. Even when I used earphones they were hard to hear.
6. They don't give you any contact information until AFTER they get your card info!
These are what I have scanned in. Yet you will want to see the picure of the website since what I printed is not what the website had for that screenshot!
This was supposed to be a true documentary of a man who was stalking children and the children were disappearing - many of them.
So I gave them my credit card number for the free streaming, yet confirming my identification - and was charged! This was NOT supposed to be a free trial - the offer was Unlimited Free Videos
And they have the audacity to make a pitch for a higher plan! (Premium)

Last month the money
was taken out the 4th, not the 1st. I haven't checked the activity from prior
months, but it isn't make sense to me, what you say.
- it is too late to login into my account to
validate anything.

WAS JUNE 4 WHEN THE PAYMENT CAME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT! I WOULD HAVE NEVER AGREED FOR THEM TO SET IT
UP TO TAKE IT OUT THE FIRST OF THE MONTH! They have not been taking the money out until after the third - so screw them! I am sick of this back and forth with them on a continuous basis. I can't modify my pledges most of the time - so they can take the account and shove it at this point.

On Wednesday, Dr. Oz had a show on the fastest growing cancer in
women, thyroid cancer. It was a very interesting program and he mentioned that
the increase could possibly be related to the use of dental x-rays and
mammograms. He demonstrated that on the apron the dentist puts on you for your
dental x-rays there is a little flap that can be lifted up and wrapped around
your neck. Many dentists don't bother to use it. Also, there is something
called a "thyroid guard" for use during mammograms. By coincidence, I
had my yearly mammogram yesterday. I felt a little silly, but I asked about the
guard and sure enough, the technician had one in a drawer. I asked why it
wasn't routinely used. Answer: "I don't know. You have to ask for
it." Well, if I hadn't seen the show, how would I have known to ask? We
need to pass this on to our daughters, nieces, mothers and all our female
