In 2013 - MANY TRANSGENDER CLINICS WERE BUILT! And I mean MANY! See my blogpost on Tranny Watch, the notes about the Transgendering of children, a current video I watched.
My comment: USA Foreign policy sucks right now. So if China and Russia and Iran and India want to pick up the slack to promote WORLD PEACE - I am all for it. US is known for being bullies and when our great honorable statesmen and others - promote DIPLOMACY - they are SQUISHED. Something to consider. If they posture themselves as stronger than USA - Trump will have no standing, the military would only want to get involved if they want to commit suicide, so Trump will hit a WALL that THEY built and I say GOOD!!!

Perhaps uniquely among convicted felons, Mr. North escapes
prison largely because he still will not acknowledge that what he did was a
crime and a perversion of public service. ''Jail would only harden your
misconceptions,'' said the trial judge, Gerhard Gesell.
Thus did Oliver North, who cowed the Iran-contra committees, who
won dismissal of the most serious charges against him and who persuaded a jury
to acquit him of nine other counts, outwit one of the canniest Federal judges.
Indeed, Mr. North clearly expected tougher terms from the judge who had
brilliantly cut through complex issues of evidence and national security to
bring the case to the sentencing stage. The closest Mr. North came to
contrition was his mumbled statement: ''I grieve over what has happened and I
truly do pray about it every day. I have made many mistakes and as a result of
those mistakes I have been convicted of serious crimes.'' He apparently rues
getting caught more than committing felonies.
The lenient sentence has some virtues. It denies the flag-waving
orator a self-professed martyrdom. It reduces his rank, in the judge's words,
to that of ''a low-ranking subordinate working to carry out initiatives of a
few cynical superiors.'' It makes it much harder for apologists to urge that he
be given a Presidential pardon. And it continues to point the finger of responsibility
upward.

Everyone
knows that Oliver North escaped the Iran-Contra affair conviction free, even
though many people believed that he was, in fact, guilty.
What specifically, in fact and theory, was he guilty of, assuming the basic story as accepted today is 100% accurate?
I know the basic story and that he supposedly wasn't supposed to have done what he is widely accepted as doing. What were the specific laws that he violated when he performed those naughty acts? (e.g. "3 counts of Aggravated Mopery with Intent to Creep in the Second Degree, Criminal Code S 53.332.3, Felony, each count with a penalty of up to 10 years in prison and up to a $10,000 fine")

Oliver North Convicted of Iran-Contra Crimes
Lt. Col. Oliver North, staff
member with the National Security Council under President Ronald Reagan, was
convicted on this day on three counts for crimes associated with the
Iran-Contra scandal. In fact, the Iran-Contra affair was based on North’s “neat
idea” of secretly and illegally selling arms to Iran and then using the profits
from the sales to secretly and illegally providing funds to the anti-Communist
Contras in Nicaragua through the CIA. North was originally indicted on 16
counts of criminal conduct for his actions during the scandal; on this day, he
was convicted of accepting a gratuity, obstructing a Congressional
investigation, and ordering the destruction of government documents (see, for
example, his infamous “shredding party” on November 21, 1986). His convictions were subsequently
overturned on a technicality. For his defiant testimony before Congress on July 7, 1987, in which he belligerently refused to
apologize for his illegal actions, he immediately became a hero among
conservatives

Oliver North is the perfectly toxic choice to
head the NRA
With
his criminal involvement in the Iran-Contra scandal, Ollie North is the perfect choice to lead the NRA
MATTHEW ROZSA
MAY 7,
2018 9:21PM (UTC)
Oliver North, the man who nearly 30
years ago was convicted of several crimes related to the Iran-Contra scandal,
is going to be the new leader of the right-wing pro-gun lobby, the National
Rifle Association (NRA).
"Oliver North is, hands down,
the absolute best choice to lead our NRA Board, to fully engage with our
members, and to unflinchingly stand and fight for the great freedoms he has
defended his entire life," NRA Executive Vice President and CEO Wayne
LaPierre explained in a statement, according to CNN. LaPierre has emerged as one of the
NRA's most prominent figures over the last few years, a role that he is likely
to at least partially cede to North now that the former national security aide
has been tapped to head the organization.
North is likely to fit in well with
the group, given that he has spent more than 20 years as a right-wing media
figure. Most recently North has appeared regularly as a commentator on Fox
News, where he has continued his reputation for offering consistently
conservative interpretations of major news events. North is now retiring
from FOX News, effective immediately, to take over the NRA.
Up until the 1970s, the NRA was viewed as more of a
sportsmen's club than a political organization, at least according to its
leaders. In 1977, however, an internal coup replaced the organization's
traditional leadership with staunch right-wingers who were convinced that
federal efforts at gun control were an attempt by the state to infringe upon
their civil liberties. This was in staunch contrast to the right-wing position
on gun control less than a decade earlier when an armed Black Panther Party
march in California prompted Governor Ronald Reagan and other prominent
conservatives to call for stricter gun control measures.
North himself became a right-wing
hero in the 1980s when he admitted to partial responsibility for selling
weapons to Iran through an intermediary in order to arm right-wing militants in
Nicaragua called the Contras. The so-called Iran-Contra scandal would shake
Reagan's presidency during its second term as well as that of his successor,
George H. W. Bush. North was ultimately convicted of three crimes, according to The Guardian.
The former National Security aide, Oliver
North, the man at the heart of the 1986 Iran-contra affair, was yesterday
found guilty on three counts - including deceiving Congress and receiving an
illegal gratuity - in a verdict which seems certain to rebound with a vengeance
on President Bush and his predecessor, Mr Reagan.
The three counts were: shredding
government documents; accepting a bribe in the shape of a security fence; and
seeking to keep the truth from Congress.
North's convictions were later
vacated and the charges against him dismissed due to the possibility that
witnesses may have been influenced by his
congressional testimony, for which he had been granted immunity. As a result, North's public image was sufficiently clean enough to enable him to run for the United States Senate in Virginia in 1994. Although the 1994 midterm elections were a sweeping triumph for Republican candidates throughout the country, North was one of the few GOPers to go down in defeat, losing to the Democratic incumbent Chuck Robb in a campaign later chronicled in the 1996 documentary "A Perfect Candidate."

March 16, 1988: Patriot
or Traitor? Oliver North Indicted for Fraud
A Brief History
On March 16, 1988, Marine Lieutenant Colonel (Lt.
Col.) Oliver North and National Security Adviser Vice Admiral John
Poindexter were indicted on charges of conspiracy to defraud the U.S.
government. Despite legislation specifically prohibiting the aiding of
the “Contra” rebels in Nicaragua (the Boland Amendment to the 1982
Appropriations Bill), North had masterminded a shell game of maneuvering funds
in order to finance them.
Digging Deeper
As if blatant disregard for the law was not bad enough, part of
the conspiracy that became known as the Iran-Contra Affair included
selling weapons to Iran to fund the Contras and possibly to encourage the
release of American hostages in Lebanon. To tangle the web he was weaving
even more, North developed a cozy relationship with Panamanian Dictator Manuel
Noriega to get his help in destroying Nicaraguan economic targets in
exchange for a free hand dealing drugs in the U.S. and perhaps some extra cash.
When the politically embarrassing information became public in
1986, President Ronald Reagan was forced to fire North from his position with
the National Security Council. North was more or less on hold for the
next year until he retired from the Marine Corps and testified before Congress
in 1987. It was discovered that he had shredded documents and destroyed
evidence at the behest of Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Director William
Casey and the previous National Security Adviser Robert McFarlane.
North was indicted on 16 felony counts, and in 1989 was convicted
of 3 of them: 1) accepting an illegal gratuity; 2) aiding and abetting the
obstruction of a congressional inquiry; 3) and ordering his secretary, Fawn
Hall, to destroy evidence. The immunity granted him during
congressional hearings prevented his testimony from being used against him and
spared him from further convictions. Sentenced to 3 years in prison
(suspended), a $150,000 fine and, of course, community service, North’s
convictions were overturned in 1990 with the help of the American Civil
Liberties Union (ACLU) as his inadmissible testimony was deemed to have
swayed witnesses. The convictions were dismissed
despite stringent efforts by the prosecution to avoid any such
pitfalls, with research showing that no undue influence had
taken place. (Justice in the U.S. is a joke. Just saying…)

Oliver Laurence North (born October 7, 1943) is an American
political commentator, television host, military historian, author, and
retired United States Marine Corps Lieutenant
Colonel. He was convicted in the Iran–Contra affair of
the late 1980s but his convictions were vacated and reversed, and all charges
against him dismissed in 1991.
North is primarily remembered for his term as a National
Security Council staff member during the Iran–Contra affair,
a political scandal of
the late 1980s. The scandal involved the illegal sale of weapons to Iran to
encourage the release of U.S. hostages then held in
Lebanon. North formulated the second part of the plan, which was to
divert proceeds from the arms sales to support the Contra rebel groups in Nicaragua, which had been
specifically prohibited under the Boland Amendment. North was granted limited immunity from prosecution in exchange for testifying
before Congress about the scheme.
From 2001 to 2016, North hosted War
Stories with Oliver North on Fox News.
In May 2018, North was chosen as the next President of the National Rifle Association.[1]

“I didn’t do it” because

a Hero ….

Oliver North
WASHINGTON, D.C. -- By now, almost everyone in the world with a
television has seen the videotape that appears to show a U.S. Marine shooting a
wounded Iraqi terrorist inside a mosque in Fallujah. For the record, here are
the facts, because facts -- not rumors or emotions -- really are important.
Here is what those who were there told me:
On Friday, Nov. 12, U.S. Marines were fired upon by
terrorists armed with AK-47s, RPD machine guns and rocket-propelled grenades
from a mosque and an adjacent building. The Marines returned fire, first with
M-16s and 240G machine guns, and then, as they continued to take fire and
casualties, they escalated to an MK-19, a 40mm grenade launcher and then an
AT-4 missile.
When none of these weapons successfully eliminated enemy
fire, the platoon commander called for and received permission to open fire
with the main gun of an M-1 Abrams tank and then storm the buildings. In the
ensuing assault, 10 terrorists were killed and five others were wounded, as the
Marines went room-to-room clearing the buildings. Immediately afterward, two
correspondents accompanying coalition forces were shown a large quantity of
AK-47s, machine guns, mortar rounds, explosives, RPGs and hand grenades that
had been stored in the mosque.
While the print and broadcast cameramen were photographing
the evidence of a war crime -- weapons being stored in a place of worship --
the Marine unit received an order over the radio to advance and secure another
building. As the bone-tired troops departed for their next objective, one of
the correspondents asked what would become of the wounded terrorists. A Marine
sergeant replied that another unit was to move up and evacuate the injured
enemy to the rear for treatment and detention.
The following morning -- Saturday -- another platoon of
Marines from a different company was attacked from the mosque. A second
gunfight ensued, and once again, a squad of Marines assaulted the structure.
They were accompanied by NBC correspondent Kevin Sites and his cameraman,
taping for the "pool" -- meaning that whatever tape he filed would be
available to all the networks accredited to cover Operation New Dawn.
According to the videotape and the report filed after the
action, as the Marines burst into one of the rooms inside the mosque, they
found four terrorists -- one dead and three wounded. In the video that has now
been seen around the world, one of the battle-weary Marines points his weapon
at one of the enemy combatants lying against the wall and shouts, "He's
(expletive) faking he's dead. He's faking he's (expletive) dead." An
instant later, the Marine raises his rifle and fires into the insurgent's head.
Immediately thereafter, another Marine can be heard saying, "Well, he's
dead now."
For American broadcasts, the actual shot is "blacked
out." But when the tape airs on Al Jazeera, Al Arabiya, Lebanon TV and
other Arab media outlets, nothing is left to the imagination. Unfortunately,
neither version is accurate -- though both are very troubling. Like so much of
what's on television today, only the goriest, most sensational portion of the
tape has aired. As a consequence, "the rest of the story" -- as my
friend Paul Harvey puts it -- has been lost in the clamor created by 15 seconds
of videotape.
Only a few have seen the footage shot the day before --
providing irrefutable evidence that the mosque was a well-defended arms depot.
And fewer still have viewed the very next sequence after "the
shooting," which shows two Marines pointing their weapons at another
combatant lying motionless. Suddenly, one of the Marines jumps back as the
terrorist stretches out his hand, motioning that he is alive. Neither Marine
opens fire.
According to the Marines, a Navy medical corpsman was then
summoned to treat the two wounded prisoners. In his original written report,
Sites, the correspondent who videotaped the shooting, doesn't mention the
medical treatment provided to the injured enemy combatants, but he does note
that four of the combatants were some of those who had been left behind from
the firefight on Friday. If the NBC reporter knew that from being there the day
before, why didn't he tell this new group of Marines before they rushed into
the room?
None of that is included in the tape, which is now being
used to raise Islamic ire at the "American invader." Why? And why did
it take more than a day to learn that the Marine seen shooting on the videotape
had been wounded in the face the day before if the correspondent knew that when
he filed the videotape? Why didn't the original story include the fact that a
Marine in the same unit had been killed 24 hours earlier while searching the
booby-trapped dead body of a terrorist?
Within hours of the videotaped
incident in the mosque, another Marine was killed and five others wounded by a
booby-trapped body they found in a house after a gunfight. Why was this not
made part of the original story? Even Amnesty International, no friend to the
American armed forces, has reported that the Iraqi terrorists have illegally
used white flags to lure coalition forces into ambushes. Yet this, too, is
absent in the original story.
Though the Arab media doesn't
mention it, the incident is being fully investigated -- even as combat
operations continue. If a court martial is convened, the young Marine in the
videotape will have a chance to defend his actions. Meanwhile, Arab broadcasts
outside Iraq that won't even mention the murder of relief worker Margaret
Hassan will replay the "shooting video" for weeks to come as an incitement
to join the Jihad.
In the rush to air sensational
footage, the "pool" system failed us all. Worse yet, it failed the
young soldiers and Marines and their brave Iraqi allies who are fighting to
liberate Fallujah from the terrorists' bloody grip. Even though the
"shooting video" lacked context and failed to tell the full story --
it became the big story. If it becomes the story of Fallujah, that would be a
crime.

Saudi Arabia King Fahad - get a load of this! Crooked buddy to the Bush-Reagan administrations. He remained Saudi King to 2005....anybody smell a Princess Diana? Did you know Diana was a tranny? A Rothschild? Her parents transgendered her when a child to make her submissive and particularly use her as a weapon on the Monarchy. Who got the last laugh? Diana bitched about being "part of the furniture" at Buckingham Palace all the time - obviously blackmailing Prince Charles since the day they married. That is my take on this. The Monarchy kept this quiet because the media would have had a feeding frenzy and alter the facts, etc. See my blogpost, www.appleofmyeyes.org/2018/03/why-di.html - there is so much more...

of Saudi Arabiafrom
1982 to 2005.
One of 45 sons of Saudi founder Ibn Saud, and the fourth of his six sons who
have ruled the Kingdom (Saud, Faisal, Khalid,
Fahd, Abdullah and Salman),
Fahd ascended to the throne on the death of his half-brother King Khalid on 13
June 1982.
Fahd was appointed Crown Prince when
Khalid succeeded his half-brother King Faisal, who was assassinated in
1975. Fahd was viewed as the de facto Prime Minister during King Khalid's
reign in part due to the latter's ill health.
Fahd suffered a debilitating stroke in 1995, after which he was unable
to continue performing his full official duties. His half-brother Abdullah, the
country's Crown Prince, served as de facto regent of the kingdom, and succeeded Fahd
as monarch upon his death in August 2005.
King Fahd is credited for having introduced the Basic Law of
Saudi Arabia in 1992.
