I don't have time to make any comments at this point; I will be back another time.  TMobile resolved the issue about the stolen tablet - HOPEFULLY.  I will confirm later.  I don't have the replacement yet.

                         What happened February 7, like I didn't have enough problems - dental pain and my tablet, etc were stolen!  My dentist did not even tell me my insurance was in jeopardy.  I am sure the employee checked because they do that as a matter of routine.  THE INSURANCE ACCOUNT WAS OVER-RIDEN BY SOMEONE - A TECHNOCRATIC TRICK, YET IT INTERCEPTED THE AUTO PROCESS, WHICH WOULD INFORM THE DENTIST OFFICE THAT A PAYMENT WAS PAST DUE.  AND AS OF THE 7TH, 2 PAYMENTS WERE PAST DUE!  HOW CORRUPTED IS THAT?  STAND UP FOR YOUR RIGHTS, PEOPLE!  KEEP TRACK OF THINGS, BECAUSE THE BASTARDS WILL FRAUD ALL THEY CAN NOW!  

Note, Cigna DID NOT TAKE MY AUTOPAY OUT IN JANUARY. THE LAST PAYMENT THEY RECORDED WAS DECEMBER.  I SAID, "Well, they did not get away with it because it is 59 days, not 60! They cannot cancel my insurance using fraudulent tactics!" 

       My purse WALLET was stolen in November.  

                     4/9/2022:  inserted. WALLET was inserted by some bastard.  My purse was stolen in November.  My bank card was stolen in December - out of my jacket, which I did not wear the next time I went out because it started snowing.  - so the illegal intruder took my card out of the pocket since I forgot to put it back in my purse; but I did not change my bank card then.  Someone forced them to give it to CVS and I got it back.  I knew damn well they stole it to get me to change my bank card. Had I changed the card, CIgna would have used it as reason why they stopped the autopay!  They were playing DEVIL'S CHESSBOARD! (end 4/9/2022)

       My keys were stolen before that, on a separate occasion, the night before VOTING DAY, so I did not vote!  I went through my apartment with a fine tooth comb and no keys!  99% of the time I put them in the same damn place anyway!  They had to have taken the keys WHEN I was in my apartment!  I never left my apartment without my keys!  

      The store attached to this building not only had my purse but they did not call me, no nothing!  I had to go to the bank to get a new card, then went to that store and asked if they had my purse.   ASKING THEM IF THEY FOUND IT WAS OUT OF THE QUESTION.  I KNEW SOMEONE STOLE MY PURSE, OBVIOUSLY HOPING MY KEYS WERE IN IT SO THEY COULD RIG A SCENARIO ABOUT MY KEYS.  MY KEYS WERE IN MY COAT POCKET.  THEY WERE PLACED ON MY BED IN MY APARTMENT A MONTH AFTER THEY WERE STOLEN!  

In December, My bank card was taken out of my coat pocket LOCATED IN MY APARTMENT, when I was wearing my jacket and went to the CVS store down the street.  Next day, the card, my license and bus pass were at the CVS store.  They said someone  turned them in.....as further explained   

      THANKS TO BIG BROTHER MANAGEMENT THAT USES THE SECURITY VIDEOS AS A WEAPON, TO DECIDE WHEN TO ENTER MY APARTMENT!  

     I forgot to get my bank card out when I put the jacket on.  

     My card, license, and bus pass were dropped off at CVS down the street and they said someone turned it in. 

I did not get a new card, so they couldn't use that as an excuse not to process my CIgna dental payment! Note, at the time, I only did not get a card replacement because I suspected foul play.  They forced me to get a new card the month before, then do it again because they probably had more tricks up their sleeves.  I did not do what they wanted me to do!  For decades, these things happen to me and it started with the auto wreck I was almost killed in, caused by a 20 ton sander truck January 1978.  And what do my siblings and mother say to me?  YOU DON'T DO WHAT YOUR ATTORNEY WANTS YOU TO DO.  I wouldn't play Devil's Chessboard with them THEN because my father taught me some very powerful life lessons at an early age.  (added post, marked as bolded 4/1/2022) 

 So someone at Cigna, who could access my account - most likely top brass since most of the employees don't have that kind of nefarious behavior, as is my impression, LITERALLY CHANGED THE FORM OF PAYMENT FROM AUTO PAY TO MAILING A BILL!  AND THEY DID NOT MAIL A BILL AND THE SYSTEM DID NOT INDICATE THAT I HAD AN AMOUNT DUE WHEN I CALLED IT!  SO, whoever did it overroad the system!  Another reason I figure it was some shill abusing power!  The CEO is from Waterbury, CT! 

I still caught it in time because when I spoke to the Cigna employee about my complaint, the Cigna employee said, BTW, your insurance was canceled because of nonpayment.   WTF!  It was reinstated!  FRAUDS DON'T WIN!

Name of Dentist:  not verified.  He said it was “Dr. Barker”, the staff said it was “Dr. Barber” and there is no CV, no bio, nothing on their website to confirm he was even on staff there!  It is my impression he is a CIA asset or hired by Yale to get their office out of the way as competition - a Skull & Bonesman typical tactic.  

 

From:  Anne M Bradley  Re:  Theft of my tablet, my SD cards, and more on Feb 3 by the dentist who told me his name was "Dr. Barker" - I have a blog titled NeemTreeBark and stated:  "My bark is worse than my bite, although there are those in society who will bite when necessary" - something to that effect.  I have never had a crown take more than an hour - so this was baffiling.  I stated that his procedure has an unusual lengthy amount of steps.  He said nothing in response.  I got home 10 minutes after I left the office - discovering the tablet I had placed in my bag just before leaving for the appointment - was GONE.  I called the office at that point and asked who may have taken it, since it was in a zippered tote bag, fully secure, just not locked.  They said security would have to be contacted and told ME to contact them.  I do not rent from the building!  I am a customer who may not even return because of this!  That dentist obviously took that along with my SD cards and a few other things out of my bags!  Including my acid reflux med, which I keep in my purse because they obviously laced at least one tablet with arsenic or something else - and I woke up passing a lot of blood about 3 hrs after taking the tablet.  I was very tired, but should have not flushed my toilet incase the FBI agent I keep in touch with could have someone look to validate. I could have also taken a picture.  But I was tired and not thinking, just terrified, and expecting they were poisoning my capsules.  They, being the ones who illegally enter my apartment!  The landlord never changed my locks before OR after I moved in.  My apartment was not even inspected as is REQUIRED BY HOUSING LAW.  The billing was compromised.  Did this "new dentist" who told me his name was Barker - enter the code or told the staff what code to enter?  Your office staff, Erica, actually determined the wrong code was entered and she did so in a way to maintain a good face for your office.  Why was your x-ray of my root canal compromised?  That is my impression.  There was no more infection.  Dr. Lerman got out all the infection.  Did Dr. "Barker" decide I had to pay more to make up for good work Dr. Lerman did?  Did "Dr. Barker" compromise your machinery - either directly or remotely, using CIA or other Yale affiliates - all to cause your office to lose business and help Yale and target people like myself, who is targeted all the time by this corrupted society!  That is for you to decide!  I do not trust him!  I am sure he stole my tablet and SD cards!  And he took my medicine and someone placed it on my kitchen counter before I got back home by bus!  I had to order a new prescription!  That tooth is still painful when tapping on it and in the morning especially, when I place my plate in my mouth.  Your office manager assured me Thursday that I would not see Dr. Barker.  She said Dr. Lerman would be returning from vacation on Monday and I could arrive at 9 a.m. I arrived and to be sure I was not being deceived, I requested they tell me who the dentist was, who would be seeing me.  Staff told me that Dr. Barker was there.  I got angry, reiterating I was promised he would not be the one I would see.  Staff said, "Just come back here and we will work things out."  Yeah, and have a police officer arrest me and lie about the dynamics?  Have to hash things over to a thief, Dr. Barker?  I certainly was not going to fall for that!  And I had a right to be angry!  I want to see Dr. Lerman, have this work evaluated, be assured that harmful materials were not pounded into my gums, which I have never had done when being treated for a crown.  He could have added nanotechnology, aka microns, making me "On Micron" aka OMICRON!  The COVID crap is all rigged, a complete criminal operation.  Why more people are not standing up to the crooks is just why this country is imploding on itself.  That is my opinion.  Nevertheless, to focus on this issue, I want an appointment scheduled in March, first week, and want to be assured Dr. Barker will not be in your office when I am there.  I want to see Dr. Lerman, please.  If not, there is no solution and I will report to CIGNA why.

RE: FOLLOW UP ON COMPLAINT.  INITIAL CALL 2/7/2022

 

 

FACTS:

 

1. Core Buildups are only necessary for teeth that need to be structured. - teeth which, for instance, should have not been pulled by dentists, yet could provide core buildup to save the tooth.  

 

2. My tooth was intact   The dentist who I saw on 2/3/2022 spent a half hour destroying my tooth!  He made no remark to me when I said “I don’t understand why this is such a longer process.  This has not taken so long EVER.  

 

3. Dr. Lerman SUCCESSFULLY performed a most difficult root canal.  He relied on the imaging, which reflected he did not get it all and there was still more infection.  MY CONCLUSION IS, THE IMAGING WAS RIGGED.

 

4. I was not charged.  Had I been charged, my portion of the cost would be $331.  I had to pay $480 to Dr. Ahmed because Dr. Lerman refrerred me to the endodontist.  Dr. Ahmed said there was no infection left.  That the root canal was performed well.  Yet, because Dr Lerman ordered another root canal, foregoing the income for his services, Dr. Ahmed obliged, saying something like “Apparently he sees things differently but I am sending him a copy of this x-ray” Dr. Ahmed removed the post and replaced it with another, recleaned out the root canal, and treated it with antiseptic.  I have found Dr. Ahmed to be professional and honest, and particularly efficient.  He has nothing to do with this Long Wharf bad experience.  

5. I had no pain right after the novacaine wore off from when Dr Lerman treated my root canal.  I told him that through messages and/or staff but he still wanted me to see the endodontist.  Emphasis:  Dr. Lerman did not refer a specific endodontist to me. I chose to see Dr. Ahmed again, which I am very glad I did.  (posted 4/1/2022)

 

6. I lost $150  out of my pocket as well as much time for the ROOT CANAL.  I had to bring with me the wooden box which I kept things locked in, when Seeing Dr. Ahmed, to gee a locksmith and get the lock removed because my hidden keys were all taken out of my apartment. By the deranged sociopaths who repeatedly illegally enter my apartment, vandalize, steal documents and possessions.  They also  reversed my hinges, which were installed from the inside, and now on the outside.  The hinges could not be removed because it required an odd-shaped screwdriver head which I did not have.  

 

7. As I am preparing this document, I emphasize my device is being hacked, which is a continuous problem - caused by corrupted cowards who care nothing about the law, as many of the politicians and employees are in government.  

 

8.  Oddly, even though ONE LONG WHARF DENTAL exists as a single organization, Cigna has SEPARATE CONTRACTS.  I found out that 12 dentists are listed as SEPARATE PROVIDERS under the same name - and their pay is their contract - they are not on the payroll as the office manager said!  THAT WAS A LIE.  

 

9. One of the dentists at ONE LONG WHARF DENTAL  is NOT contracted by Cigna.  His last name is ROTHMAN.  I consider this a deceptive circumstance since the office as a whole claims to be PPO. And should not have separate contracts which interfere with MY PORTION OF COST.  HOW CAN I EVEN DETERMINE COST FACTORS IF CIGNA UNDERHANDEDLY HAS SEPARATE CONTRACTS WITH SEPARATE SCALES?  CIGNA HAS A CONTRACT WITH ME WHICH GUARANTEES ME TWO THINGS:  1.  PPO’s are ONE SCALE, and my portion can be determined no matter what dentist I see.  2.  Out-Of-Network providers are made known to me at time of scheduling and I decide if I am willing to pay a higher portion of the treatment at time of of scheduling.  Cigna still pays for a portion but a less percentage than a PPO.

 

10. My crown should have only cost $795 with my portion as $395.  Not only was I overbilled for WHAT I DID NOT GET YET, but my tooth was damaged by Dr. “Barker” (as he introduced himself to me, which was an obvious lie humoring himsef or worse yet, psyopping me for Yale or CIA or both - which is a form of domestic terrorism)

 

11. I was OVERBILLED.  I was OVERCHARGED.  Maybe they convinced Dr. Lerman that it was okay, to make up for the root canal he did not charge me for, even though I HAD TO PAY $150 MORE FOR NOTHING I NEEDED.  

 

12. Yet I doubt Dr. Lerman was aware of what was done.  X-rays from Dr. Ahmed show an in-tact tooth which did NOT need a core buid-up!  

 

13.  What Else did Dr. “Barker” do to my mouth?  At one point he made me choke and I kept coughing and he did nothing.  He did not tell the hygienist to do anything.  She, on her own, gave me water.  What was I swallowing before she helped me?  What was put down my throat?  What did he implant in my jaw, which, by the way, has had much damage, including fractures and the bone has deteriorated over the years because I have had to have a partial plate since I was ten from a brother hitting me in the face with a baseball bat when he got excited from hitting the ball and I was catcher.  He was only 8 years old.  Apparently over the years, he has been taught to enjoy the power of having injured me because he has had nothing to do with me, despite being a close brother.  I was also stiffed $12,000 from a business deal he was involved with, when my father quit claimed my property to him to build his worth so he could get a higher bank loan.  I did not get my share when the property was sold. One of my 2 mortgages was already paid off BY ME.  And the other mortgage and all expenses were kept current.  

 

14.  Instead of paying $396 for full crownwork, they charged me over $800 my portion!  I have paid over $500 and they have not even completed the work!  Yet they claim I owe more!  

 

15. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!  I HAVE SENT SEVERAL COMMUNCATIONS TO THE OFFICE THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE AND BY US MAIL.  THEY DO NOT RESPOND.  I WAS SPECIFIC WITH MY CONCLUSION, MY DEMAND, WHICH WAS CONSISTENT WITH WHAT I DEMANDED ON THE EVENING OF  FEB 3 - WHEN PAIN SET IN AND ALSO POSSESSIONS FROM MY CART WERE STOLEN BY THIS DR. BARKER.  HE WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO COULD ACCESS THEM, OTHER THAN HIS ASSISTANT, WHO STAYED IN THE ROOM 95% OF THE TIME.  DR. BARKER SLIPPED OUT ABOUT 5 TIMES.  

 

16. I got no responses to my communications!  Not even a phone call assuring me that I could see Dr. Lerman.  NOTHING!  

 

17. I was assured I could see Dr. Lerman but had to wait for the following Monday, after leaving a message the night of 2/3 telling them I was in pain.  INSTEAD, I WAS DELIBERATELY DECEIVED ON FEBRUARY 7!  Because of the dishonesty already, including theft of my possessions, I wated confirmation that I was seeing Dr. Lerman on the 7^th when I was at their office at 9 am, as agreed upon.  The staff said, “No.  You are seeing Dr. Barber.” So now his name is Dr. Barber? “ I said.  I also said I was assured that I would be able to see Dr. Lerman and that I had to wait until Monday to see Dr. Lerman because he was on vacation.  WHEN THE CAT’S AWAY, THE MICE WILL PLAY circumstance!  

 

18.  I am not getting a response from your office.  Filing a lawsuit only makes me a victim of the corrupted courts here.  The dynamic is always “The best liar wins”

 

19. Why didn’t One Long Wharf Dental tell me that upon checking my insurance status they found my insurance was marked to be ERRONEOUSLY CLOSED by Cigna?  They check insurance status for every customer when they arrive, so I presume the records were RIGGED, deceiving the office staff which perceived I had current insurance.  And Dr. FRAUD had them charge me as if he was an out of network providor, deliberately entering the wrong ICD code because he was anticipating this organized crime scheme of FRAUD would work!  I just happen to call Cigna because he also stole some of my possessions in my cart, which he RIGGED by making me go in a very small room for a 2 hr procedures which was not necessary AND EVEN HARMFUL!  

 

20. I requested that Dr. Lerman see me and make a thorough dental exam of what was done to me because I TRUSTED DR. LERMAN.  Apparently that was not enough!  I get no replies!  Congratulations, One Long Wharf!  You allowed your office to be compromised by corruption!  Most likely even CIA!  What made you feel like this was okay?  Convinced that FRAUDING me was good, like my sister would believe the “hate your sister for Jesus” routine which Jimmy and Tabby Bakr and 700 Club mind controlled people with as they sit on their duffs and watch them for hours?  

 

21.  Just because I firmly talk about corruption, theft, etc - they go to Plan B since I would not allow them to put me alone in a room with Dr. Whatever His Name Is - which was Plan A - and  they threaten to call security on me instead of taking responsibility of the harm caused me!  Even when I told them that my tablet and all my SD Cards and other material were stolen out of my cart, they demanded I contact the building security as I was a renter there!  NO, they are supposed to be responsible for their own office and they should have assured me they would call!  This was all RIGGED.  Maybe the security was a previous cop that was abusive to me, even.  How would I know?  The wicked are rewarded in Connecticut!  The DIVIDE AND CONQUER  agenda is very active and those who do not think for themselves allow it to happen!  

 

22.  THE WORST THING THAT CAN HAPPEN IS FOR GOOD PEOPLE TO DO NOTHING!

Regarding theft of my tablet:  The dentist or a federal agent gave my tablet to the Bus Company, and they sent me a notice from Lost and Found.  Fine with me, I don't want to be a part of the case anyway - the corruption is so rampant here.  

I just hope for justice.  The "dentist" was probably a CIA operative.  They hide many into society to circumvent our rights!  

Ron Paul is a CIA agent and Russia kicked him out!  They have a bad taste for CIA agents and he was lucky he wasn't interrogated and more, acting as a double agent - FOR ORGANIZED CRIME.  SO GET THAT THROUGH YOUR HEADS!

Update 2/27/2022.  Documents are scanned but I haven't faxed them to the company yet.  Regrettably, I need to fax them locally and most likely will be verbally threatened and abused like they have been doing every time I go there.  Yet I don't think I have time to go outside of town.  All this is such an overwhelming circumstance.  I just completed my housing letter, refusing to pay increased rent and telling them what crooks they are.  Pasted in "Housing Rant II", which is in this blog.  Scrolling by using the Blogger mechanism, it is about 7 blogposts from this. Cheers.  I will try to include some pictures tomorrow.  

3/3...I forgot to do this. I was very upset about all the lies and lack of "hearing both sides" regarding Russia vs Ukraine.  

 The leader of Ukraine is just an actor!  Incompetent to be President.  His winning a 70% election was because it was rigged!  Elections are rigged all the time in USA!  They know how to do it!

Tomorrow I will try to enter pictures of some documents on this.  It is almost midnight now and the pictures are not successful unless I have some light - real light, not LED.  I was unsuccessful scanning in documents.  

The Dentist Industry where I live is rampant with corruption.  Just when I think I have a good dentist, I am sabatoged - and that is exactly what happened with my recent experience.  The worst part is:

I already have a welt over my eye from when my apartment was illegally entered and my keys were stolen, etc.  I presume I called the FBI agent when they were breaking in that night. And he obviously saved me.  It probably took a while to get to my apartment, which would explain why I had a severe vaginal infection after that - they raped me, just like they did another time after I was illicitly arrested in 2006!   I was very glad that this agent reassured me and let me call him anytime after meeting him in 2008.   And now I don't know where he is.  

The dentist attacked me!  My tooth is sore when it is tapped.  Which is understandable since my jaw could not withstand having metal jammed up into it!  

There will be people who have made my life hell and will act like they want to help me because they read this.  It will not be sincere.  It will only be to FAKE.

I lost a tooth because of this:  1.  I had a root canal by a great understanding dentist who said once the $900 is paid, he would be happy to do the crown.   The tooth was fractured. ....someone just deleted that page so I have to upload it again!....I told the dentist I was waiting to be approaved approved- the strikethrough widget is not working.  It is now programmed to just change the color of the letter by Social Security, which I applied for in 2006 - yes, before I was erroneously arrested at the University of New Haven! ...They told me once approved, I would be paid all benefits covering since I applied.  Did I?  NO, not even near it!  Just a few month's worth - the rest was probably stolen by Obama, who gave my brother $500,000 FREE MONEY TO EXPAND HIS BUSINESS, EVEN THOUGH HE WAS MAKING GOOD MONEY, WHICH IN MY OPINION HE DIDN'T DESERVE BASED ON HOW HEstrikethrough will not work TRASHY HE TREATED MY FATHER, TO APPEASE HIS MONEY-GRUBBING WIFE!

I didn't have enough to pay off my dental bill.  I didn't have enough to donate to SAFE, a pet rescue nonprofit - which paid a $3,000 vet bill from when an illegal intruder, probably a local police officer, tasered my cat and nearly killed her - stuffing her in a closet!  I found her and she was bleeding out.  She had to have emergency surgery and the vet saved her.  I could not afford the hospitalization so she gave me specific instructions and she recovered at home.  She did very well but I was illegally evicted and the Humane Society did a horrible job holding onto my cats so I could find another place.  I almost died after the marshall smashed in my door and used a code to turn off my ADT System.  He saw everything and obviously had been in my apartment whenever he damn felt like it.  I was sick from a sinus infestion infection - they keep changing my words! and the doctot doctor refused to treat it even though I had to spend a full day just taken public transporation transportation  to go there - to no avail.  I was stuck with a very mean doctor who got his kicks out of being mean.  That was the year 2009; and recently I found a planted letter dated 2009 from the ortho doctor I was referred to by my doctor in 2008 - she was transferred and no longer my doctor in 2009!  Also, the letter is so fudged, it described my knees in opposite of what they really are.  I never got a letter from that idiot, anyway!  The letter was planted in my apartment!  The idiot tried to convince me in his office that I had cancer of the knee - I'm sure seeing that the trick worked on my sister's daughter.  MOST LIKELY SHE DID NOT HAVE CANCER OF THE KNEE AND MY SISTER FELL FOR IT ANYWAY, getting her daughter "treated" - which probably set her up to be another government bot!  My sister was obviously medically murdered, her son's home was burned to the ground and he had a blood infection thereafter that killed him - an obvious CIA  murder!  Yet they framed him as a drug user instead, blaming a bad needle, which I am sure was a lie, even if he had used drugs.  Blood infections were the CIA way to kill people - caused from poisoning.  Especially arsenic.  Yet now, they can use a variety of bioweapons!  He upset me so much, I walked out.  TARGETING, GANGSTALKING IS COMMONPLACE IN THIS STATE.  THAT IS REFLECTIVE OF SOCIALISM.

Note, Dr. Barber was a dentist in his 30s, certainly not boss there.  Dr. Lerman and Dr. Choi were listed as partners and bosses, as confirmed by staff when I first went there!  Yet they let him sign as if he is boss?  Without even a valid contract with CIGNA?  He had a contract, CIGNA confirmed it, oddly - considering the fact that the dental group was listed as in-network, not individual dentists, which is FRAUD.  So he all of the sudden does not exist, does not have a Tax ID number, no social security number - because he is EITHER A CIA AGENT OR PLANTED THERE BY YALE TO DESTROY THEIR BUSINESS SO YALE CAN HAVE MONOPOLY AT THAT BUILDING.

Did they tell me my insurance was not paid, even though it was due on the first?  NO.  Did the dentist tell me they STOPPED CONTRACTING WITH CIGNA?  NO.  DID CIGNA TELL ME THEY STOPPED?  NO!  NOT UNTIL JUST A FEW DAYS AGO - after all the calls I made since February 7 - not one person told me that their contract stopped!  

BECAUSE THEY OBVIOUSLY FRAUDED RECORDS!

They probably stole my wallet again in December - to get me to order ANOTHER card, which I had to order in November since they stole my whole purse, from illegally entering my apartment or grabbing it out of my card when I was not watching.  They then gave it to a dirtbag at the market next door, probably another Bozzuto family member.  The manager was very competent.  But he was a complete idiot.  I went in there as a last resort and asked if anyone had seen my purse.  The dirtbag said No, then the manager went into the office and said, "Is this one yours? I said, "Yes.  Why didn't anyone call me? The dirtbag said, "We can't look in people's purses"  WTF - he THEN told the manager to look in my purse to verify if it was me!  The manager said, "I know her" and the dirtbag didn't say anything.  I got my purse back but had changed my bank card before that.  

So, they do the similar trick to me in December!  I left my bank card in my coat pocket and they found it because these scums enter my aparttment when I leave!  They took my card and the holder it was in.  I did not get a new bank card!  I recalled leaving it in my jacket - and when I returned home and saw it was not there, I knew they illegally entered and snooped and took it.  They obviously wanted me to change my card again so I didn't!  

This would have been their opportunity to help the CIGNA CEO from Waterbury CT, to alter records again and then blame it on me, saying I did not tell them to put it back on autopay, as I had the month before.  Their trick did not work - but they stopped the autopay anyway!  My autopay for

 DECEMBER 2021 was processed AFTER my purse had been stolen!

Re:  Damage to my tooth, dental abuse by “Dr. Barber” who does not even have a social security number

 

DEMAND FOR RETURN OF MY $500 DUE TO THE CROWNWORK NEVER BEING DONE

 

1. Attached is a Small Claims NOTICE OF SUITE.

2. I’ve been cheated and even assaulted by this probable CIA operative, “Dr. Barber” who took control of your office, sending me a letter that HE decided that YOUR office will not finish the crownwork WHICH I PREPAID FOR- MY COST SHOULD HAVE BEEN ONLY $415; I PREPAID $500.   

3. The additional charges were for the damage that this fake did to my tooth!  The tooth had good structure and was only needing a crown. You know that. You said that.  

4. I will not take time to belabor these same issues which I have relayed on your website as well as other communications.  Yet I will go into detail if I have to file this lawsuit.  

5. All you needed to do was evaluate what this fake dentist did to me and come up with solutions.  Instead, your staff is rude and your office manager threatens to call security for my just demanding my rights, not shouting, Not threatening.  She threatened to call security if I did not leave.  Congratulations to the successful social engineering taking place in your office.  

6. The problem will not go away until I am reimbursed and assured that your office will cover the expense of removing the unknown material which this fake dentist inserted in my jaw - FOUR TIMES, and charged me for posts!  

7. FRAUDULENT RECORDS WILL NOT CORRECT IT YET CIGNA HAS FRAUDED RECORDS, INCLUDING RECORDING THAT YOU WERE THE DENTIST I SAW ON FEBRUARY 3, 2022.  

8. This is the thanks I get for being appreciative of your intentions  AND excellent root canal treatment, which no longer had infection in it, yet your office would not cooperate with my call the next day when I said I was sure you got all the infection and why not take my money.  I had to pay more money to Dr. Ahmed because you insisted I have an endodontist do a complete root canal over again, and as I already said, Dr. Ahmed said there was no infection.  Yet he honored your referral.  There was no sense calling your office about this since the office manager was aggressively obsessed with doing just the opposite of what I relayed.  

9. I was also deprived of records. They only gave me four pages, three of which were billing printouts.  

10. I went to your office because CIGNA said your office was in-network.  Your staff assured me that your office was in-network.  Yet you allow a fake dentist assault me, steal my Moxee tablet, and when I call CIGNA, a woman leaves me a message and tells me I can no longer talk to anyone at your office because SHE is your attorney and too bad for me that I was cheated out of getting crownwork I prepaid for and assaulted by that fake dentist.  This is a FREE country.  I will not allow SOCIALISM be a part of my life!  For her to cold-call me and leave me a threatening voicemail, was literally hideous.  There was no proof that she was even an attorney.

11. In summary, I want my $500 back and assurance that you will cover the cost for an exploratory on my tooth, to make sure there are no microchips or other medical weapons in my mouth.  NOTHING SHOWS IN THE X-RAYS, THEREFORE THEY ARE LIKELY TO BE MICROCHIPS.

12.  My small claim will include the immense of time and all expenses created due to this horrible fake dentist.  As of August 1, I will no longer have CIGNA Insurance, yet they frauded my account and took my money without my authorization this month.  If they do not refund me, I will file a dispute with my bank.  And I am going to require a check, since they have no right to access my bank account.
