CHARGERBACK TERMS OF SERVICE (effective as of February 27, 2021)
Please read the terms of this agreement (the "Agreement") carefully as they form a contract between you and Chargerback, Inc., a Nevada Corporation ("Chargerback" or "Us" or "We") that governs Your access and use of the websites that link to these Terms. In these Terms, the word "Sites" refers to each of these websites and the services and technologies offered on those Sites. By continuing to access and use our Sites you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
BY ACCESSING, OPERATING, DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, REGISTERING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SITES, OR CLICKING AN "I ACCEPT" OR "CONTINUE" BUTTON OR CHECKBOX ASSOCIATED WITH THIS AGREEMENT, YOU (OR YOUR AUTHORIZED AGENT, IF APPLICABLE) (A) EXPRESSLY AND EXPLICITLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THIS IS A BINDING AGREEMENT, (B) ARE OVER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS OLD OR AN EMANCIPATED MINOR, OR POSSESS LEGAL PARENTAL OR GUARDIAN CONSENT, AND ARE FULLY ABLE AND COMPETENT TO ENTER INTO THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, OBLIGATIONS, AFFIRMATIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, AND WARRANTIES SET FORTH IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE, AND (C) HEREBY AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND ACCEPT CHARGERBACK'S OFFER TO USE THE CHARGERBACK SITES PURSUANT TO THE TERMS HEREIN. IF YOU ARE AN EMPLOYEE OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF AN ENTITY, YOU HEREBY REPRESENT AND WARRANT TO CHARGERBACK THAT YOU ARE (A) AUTHORIZED TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE ENTITY AND BIND THE ENTITY TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT, AND (B) YOU ARE OVER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS OLD, IN WHICH CASE THE TERMS "YOU" OR "YOUR" SHALL REFER TO SUCH ENTITY AND ITS AFFILIATES. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT OR ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE ENTITY, DO NOT ACCESS, OPERATE, DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, REGISTER OR OTHERWISE USE THE CHARGERBACK SITES.
You may not access the Sites if You are a direct competitor of Chargerback, except with Our prior written consent. In addition, You may not access the Sites for purposes of monitoring their availability, performance or functionality, or for any other benchmarking or competitive purposes. Furthermore, you may not download, install, operate, or use any downloadable software created by or made available by Chargerback, other than software made publicly available by Chargerback, without the Our prior written consent.
You may not access the Sites for purposes of submitting lost item reports on behalf of third parties, inquiring about the status of lost item reports on behalf of third parties, or otherwise interacting with the Sites on behalf of third parties. In no case may you access or use the Sites for commercial purposes, such as charging a fee to act as an agent of a third party for purposes of preparing, submitting, and/or monitoring lost item reports. If Chargerback becomes aware of such usage, Chargerback will implement one or more blocking technologies and ensure compliance with this policy. Repeated attempts to circumvent these blocking technologies may result in a civil action against you as an individual, the company you represent, or both.
Chargerback reserves the right, at any time and from time to time, to update, revise, supplement, and otherwise modify this Agreement and to impose new or additional rules, policies, terms, or conditions on Your use of the Sites. We further reserve the right to add or remove functionality or features, and We may suspend or stop a particular feature altogether. We also reserve the right to charge a fee for any of our features at any time. If you don't like any changes, you can stop using our Sites at any time.
Chargerback strongly recommends checking Terms of Service periodically. If you disagree with the provisions of the Terms of Service at any time, your sole remedy is to terminate your use of the Services and inform us of such termination as described in the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Services constitutes your agreement to the Terms of Service in effect.

I completed the whole circumstance, which took at least an hour to type, and they require my address, phone number, and email and tell me my phone number is not acceptable and that my email isn't either!
I called and was on the damn phone for an hour almost before I got a representative - BECAUSE THE VOICEMAIL IS RIGGED BY THE CORRUPTED TECHNOCRATS.
I told her I refused to agree to Terms and Conditions and ignored their Bullshit! I lost something - it may have been stolen. I am the victim and no third party is going to steal my data! When a nice conductor from AMTRAK told me "the handrail is your conductor" and to make sure I grab it due to my leg disabilities - little did he know he had saved my life! I had no grip on the floor even though I did when I FIRST walked in. And that bastard just watched, would not help me and my hamstring was badly torn! I was so afraid of him because he still stayed there. A woman who was in front of me heard me scream I DIDN'T SCREAM, BUT I cried in pain - I kept struggling to get balance and fortunately was able to still hold onto the handrail but my hamstring obviously quickly gave way and I lost my breath it hurt so badly! And that guy just kept watching - glanced over, yelling for the conductor. Meantime, the construction shill was still standing there looking on, like an arsenist does when he sets a fire. I was scared of him. I told the paramedics when they transported me away. I was in excruciating pain. They wanted to cut away my clothes. I said, "These are all I have on me, how am I supposed to get home after I am treated if you destroy my clothes? Just pull my pants down, I have underwear on." They refused! They said it was against protocol. I said, "YOU'RE NOT DESTROYING MY CLOTHES! THERE IS NO WAY I WANT TO BE IN THAT DAMN HOSPITAL ANY LONGER THAN I HAVE TO. I PROBABLY HAVE A TORN HAMSTRING." The ER Doctor said I was wrong, I had to be babied and given crutches, and refused to do even an ultrasound. I called a federal agent I knew and left him a voicemail. 15 minutes later, they were taking me up to have an ultrasound. And guess what they said:
We can't find any injury because there is too much blood

I was bleeding internally and they completely ignored it because they still wanted to fit the narrative that I needed to be babied!
The ER doctor also refused to get me an urgent visit with a doctor I was already scheduled to see for an annual checkup. I had to wait three freaking weeks in agonizing pain and my white leg turned black! I thought I had gangerine! Yale-New Haven Hospital also stopped their nurse hotline - which saved my life some years before
Because the doctor forced my badly-broken foot in a hard cast and caused me to have blood clots! I was having such leg pain, and told her it was localized and what it felt like. She said I probably had blood clots, since my foot was broken in three places and I was made to have a hard cast instead of a soft cast until the swelling went down. She firmly said to call for an ambulance and get to the hospital. I was admitted in the pulmonary care unit!
My foot never healed right either.
One doctor actually assured me that it was from the hard cast. The other shills just kept wanting to blame me - when in fact, the way I even broke my foot was probably rigged to make me break it! I was renting an apartment I got from a real estate agent! The apartment was illegal, had no certificate of occupancy! And still the damn city tried to get me evicted because they don't like messes - they want to cover up their crimes - and voila, Tony Harpe, who invested all his/her crime money in that particular area, ILLEGAL REAL ESTATE DEALS, became mayor later on, after "her" husband was killed to enjoy some publicity and get away from accountability of being a hard-core transgender crook!
