I TOLD THAT ATTORNEY IT WAS NONE OF HER DAMN BUSINESS!
THIS MANPOWER AGENCY IS MAKING MONEY HAND OVER FIST!  
YOU CAN SUE A FREAKING COMPANY AND 
YOU CANNOT DO A MILITARY AFFIDAVIT ON THE OTHER PARTY EVER!  
WHAT THE COURT IS DOING IS ILLEGAL!  THEY HAVE A NEFARIOUS PLAN COLLECTING THIS DATA - MOST LIKELY FOR MARSHALL LAW THAT THESE SOCIOPATHS HAVE BEEN DREAMING ABOUT FOR YEARS!  




WE HAVE A RIGHT TO SHARE OUR OPINION; NOT THREATEN ANYONE!  THE MEDIA ARE GIVEN THE RIGHT TO LIE TO US!  That was my argument in the appeal and they would not respond OR acknowledge I even appealed!

FAKE ORDER OF DEFAULT JUDGMENT, WRITTEN AFTER MY MOTION FOR DEFAULT, YET BACKDATED BEFORE MY MOTION WAS HEARD!  THEY GOT PISSED I SUBMITTED MY MOTION FOR DEFAULT AND PROCEED TO MAKE UP THEIR OWN RULES AND LAWS, WHICH IS ILLEGAL, BUT HEY, THAT'S WHAT RUN THIS STATE MOST OF THE TIME! 
     According to State Law and Rules of Court:  It is mandatory for the Clerk to grant Motion For Default to the plaintiff when the defendant fails to appear or plea.  CPB 17-20 (d) is one of the citings.
