1. I am a Section 8 tenant
2. The landlord cannot charge me for on-site charges
3. The landlord refused to give me a letter indicating I don't pay utilities when they were not serving utilities.
I could not get utility assistance
They only gave me a letter indicating that I do not owe anything for utilities. My electric bill was considered "invalid" by the Energy Assistance processor, Community Action Agency. And they kept pancaking lies over lies.
4. Because I have Federal Poverty Level Income, I should not have to pay more than 10% of the fair use and value; which in my case, includes utilties since they make the utilities here, on-site now. I cited the laws. The Housing Authority will not do anything about it, which is typical, and once again they tried to get me evicted by making up lies, requesting an apartment inspection for no valid reason. "We don't have to tell you" turned into "It's your annual inspection" - and I have lived here 10 years and did not have annual inspections. In fact, I never had an initial inspection, thanks to Dragana LaCore, who helped the prior landlord steal my $1,600 deposit! Dragana said I could start moving in, in a few days, yet she lied. I kept calling and calling. My move-out day was supposed to be by the 13th of January, 2013. That is the notice I gave the landlord. She first told me I had to pay for the full rent for January even though I gave her a 30 day notice. I said I would not and considered that fraudulent, which is the typical way of doing business in this god-forsaken city and state.
5. So today, I get an email from a fraudulent billing company in Utah, called Conserve (handy name since so many businesses are named that and they can satanically hide from actually being a forthright company). They are billing me for on-site electricity as a service to Whoever! They have THREE contracted companies "MANAGING" this building = WTF regarding insurance, liability, and legal ramifications. And the maintenance manager can get away with relieving himself in my bathroom trash can, not replacing the dryer filter, and plunging hair down my sink! No doubt he is one of them who illegally enters my apartment. He is most likely microchipped and is basically a freaking robot now! ...I will be back....
