Regarding what a mortgage is, since this aparment building was assessed at $2.2 billion; reported to have been sold November 2023, for $160 million = WTF. And they got an $89 billion mortgage without a closing on the property! I would not have known had they not cause me so much hell here and the local hosing authority is corrupt as hell!

UPDATE 10/7/2023

It has been difficult to maintain my blogposts because wifi to my apartment was cut by the landlord since January 2023.  It may be restored now, to my surprise, since I am using this wifi for the first time in their lobby.  I will have to verify when I go to my apartment.

Re: Follow-up on Numerous Problems

 

 

Your message is in regard to a “TULU” party, which is similar to what Rubbermaid and Avon products used to do.  

 

1. I have been here for over ten years. The first thing I was assured of was that the back door would be repaired and be electric like the front door.  It has only gotten worse. Winter is coming and this will be another dangerous situation.  Even moreso this year.  

2. I requested a copy of the check I provided your office through the concierge, for October Rent 2023.  I followed up with a phone call.  I was assured it would be taken care of.

3. I requested a printout of utilities usage, which has always been on the ledger until last month when I requested a printout, to verify what your office has been posting.  I was told that utility usage would no longer be on my ledger because I do not have to pay for it.  UTILITIES IS INCLUDED WITH MY RENT AND I HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW WHAT THE USAGE IS.  IT IS NOT LIKE YOU ARE GIVING IT TO ME.  IN FACT, WHEN I APPLIED FOR ENERGY ASSISTANCE, PAYING FOR OFF-SITE ELECTRICITY, THE LETTER I GOT FROM YOUR OFFICE CLAIMED I DID NOT OWE ANY UTILITIES!  THAT IT WAS INCLUDED WITH MY RENT.  I COULD NOT GET ENERGY ASSISTANCE EVEN THOUGH I PROVED I HAD TO PAY FOR ELECTRICITY, WHICH WAS HIGHER THAN WHAT I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE.  

4. I have a Federal Poverty Level Income.  

5. I have prepared and submitted in detail the lack of maintenance service and more - yet nothing is done - even though I have not been able to use my clothes washing machine DUE TO REMOTELY TURNING OFF THE MACHINE - I SAW IT STOP.  I am told they have to remove the washing machine, which I know is a lie, but they also lie about not having enough room in my apartment.  I assured them to give me a 24 hour notice and I will move my dresser, which is the only obstacle.   All you need is a 25”.  Not only did I purchase a dolly with a 300 pound capacity at Home Depot, you can also set it on the small hand-truck at the concierge desk, which is 25” wide and has a 600-pound capacity.  

6. I am getting no attention to anything AND the electronic files on this laptop have been GREATLY ALTERED.  My Section 8 files have been deleted for the most part.  What is left, the hackers have renamed as “HAP” which I do not have!  Is this a way for the corrupted politicians in this state to obscund more funds, like they are doing with MEDICARE - nefariously attaching MEDICAID as an additional part of MEDICARE?  That is fraud.  And the hacking of my laptop is CYBER CRIME, which the court has obviously done as well - when they blocked the laptop from uploading, so I could not use it to type a MOTION FOR DEFAULT, since the Defendant neither appeared or answered on my small claim case, which violates STATE LAW as well as RULES OF PRACTICE.  The court still ruled in the non-appearind defendant’s favor, even though they did not have an agent of record and they were not registered as a company in Connecticut!  

7.  Every time I leave my apartment is very stressful because it is vandalized by illegal intruders!  YOUR COMPANY DID NOT EVEN CHANGE MY LOCK BEFORE I MOVED IN.  

8. I brought this up to Judge “CORDANI” when your office tried to illegally evict me in 2019 - a month after I submitted a letter to the state Housing office, which is only designed to feed the corruption obviously!  NOBODY HAS MY PERMISSION TO ENTER MY APARTMENT YET YOU MAKE IT COMMON PRACTICE!  

9. I won the housing case, which had no merit and the housing court should have refused to docket it!  The judge was held accountable to do his job!  He had no intentions of doing his job!  After all, he is tied to the organized crime which set up former mayor of Waterbury, Phil Giordano, to get plastic eye surgery (which CIA operative Rand Paul is able to do and brags he does it for “charity” - is that what the “C” represents in CIA now? Everything else changes since Obama took office especially, to fraud, to hijack the government, the constitution, the country - AND COVER UP SEPTEMBER 11, SINCE AMERICANS MURDERED OVER 3,000 PEOPLE AND BLAMED THE MIDDLE EAST TO APPEASE THE ILLIMINATI AGENDA OF COLLAPSING FIVE SPECIFIC COUNTRIES IN THE MIDDLE EAST; ONE OF WHICH IS PAKISTAN - AND THEY ARE NOW ERRONEOUSLY HOLDING IMRAN KHAN IN PRISON WITH FAKE CHARGES TO GET RID OF HIM TO CONTINUE THEIR AGENDA OF HIJACKING, AND TERRORIZING - WHICH ARE INTERNATIONAL CRIMES - SO THIS COUNTRY MANAGES TO HAVE INTERNATIONAL LAW DONE AWAY WITH.  

10. The ruling on the housing case was PROOF the case had no merit to begin with.  Any case that is docketed has to have probable cause. Additionally, I had to apply for a fee waiver.  In order to be approved the case has to be determined as having probable cause, even though I was the defendant.  

11. The first year I lived here, I was drugged a night I was stupid enough to volunteer for UNITED WAY.  I could only recall an UNITED WAY employee telling me they insisted on giving me a ride home rather than catch a bus off Munson Street.  Everything else was a blur. And I woke up to having my file cabinet vandalized, with all my files spread on my kitchen floor!  What they may have done to me physically is another thing!  This drugging and burglarizing my apartment has been done 3 times and I have documented this!  The last incident being on election night - and I am sure I was raped when I was drugged because I had a severe vaginal infection.  My temperature was 91 degrees.  I saw my doctor’s office right away, though the nurse practitioner had to take the appointment due to his busy schedule.  I was just glad I could get treated for the infection, though she could not examine me.  The urinalysis was enough to validate.  She said there was many types of bacterial infections.  Not just one - I presume more than one male raped me.  

12.  I get the same response about security:  “We are not responsible for your security”  

13. MY SPARE KEY WAS NOT GIVEN TO ANYONE.  I have proven it when my keys have been stolen and mysteriously “found” - and your managemenr refused to do anything about changing my lock.  I only asked the concierge for the key in their workplace to unlock my door.  

14. As I have mentioned, someone illegally entered and changed the boxsprings to my queen size bed!  Changing them to a king size so I cannot even sleep on my bed because it cannot fit in the bedframe!  The boxsprings were given to me BRAND NEW, NOT EVEN OUT OF THE PACKAGE, while I have been a tenant here - in fact, recovering from a torn hamstring caused by a man in front of me while I was getting on the Metro North train.  He obviously sprayed the floor with silicone, which can come in a can like WD-40 and is easy to conceal.  He was not successful killing me because I had a hold of the hand rail.  So what does Richard Blumenthal do?  He made sure all Metro North trains are not set up with that safety measure - yet blaming the train for causing my injury - probably to enrich the state when I WAS THE ONE INJURED and none of the people in front of me had any problems with sliding.  I literally would have slid into the other side, had it not been I had hold of the handrail and that man who caused it just watched.  Not grabbing me for support as  I struggled trying to get my feet gripped on the floor - it was the silicone spray that would cause such harm; and his just standing there and not even getting a seat, proved he did it.  I worried he was armed with a gun.  I said nothing until the paramedics placed me on a stretcher.  Though  a  police office took my report before leaving the station, her report was literally deleted from their system!  I was in so much pain, I did not think to ask for the case number, which is generally mandatory to give anyone, on the back of a police “business card”.  The ER doctor refused to treat it!  He said, “I will give you these crutches to make you feel better” and told me I had to walk home from the hosptial at midnight!  Here I was transported there at 3pm!  Had it not been for an FBI agent I knew, I would not have even had an ultra sound to determine a torn hamstring.  Instead, the doctor claimed I was “just bleeding and there was too much blood to see damage”.  HE ALSO REFUSED TO ARRANGE AN URGENT VISIT AND MY WHITE LEG TURNED BLACK BEFORE I SAW A DOCTOR AT YALE, THREE WEEKS LATER.  I had a CT Scan and he called me an hour later telling me I had to have surgery.  I said, “You think I will have surgery at Yale, you’re crazy.  They will kill me!”  As it turned out a local surgeon I saw said I could heal at home, though it was not recommended.  I said, “I am not recommending I be killed at Yale; so I will choose to stay home”  I was offered physical therapy and was a few times very abused by the same driver who took me there - he looked like a former abusive police officer, who illicitly arrested me in 2006.  This apparently was more obsession to harm me.  Because the church I began attending, which was only a few blocks away, REFUSED TO BRING ME ANY FOOD OR HAVE SOMEONE VOLUNTEER TO GET GROCERIES FOR ME USING MY FOOD STAMP CARD, I needed to get groceries.  That driver said, “No problem, I will pick you up in an hour.”  He not only did not but I was refused a ride back home.  I had to pay full price for a taxi, with a federal poverty level income.  I could not carry my bags to the taxi and had to get help getting my grocery bags inside.  Fortunately the concierge who was on offered to take them to my apartment. That was the first time I got any help from a concierge.  I did not even know that I could get groceries next door and use their cart to take them to my apartment.  Someone surely could have helped me, but it was obviously a rigged order to not help me.  The concierge who helped had an RN license.  He told me my hamstring tear was undoubtedly a grade 4.  

15. To say this place is abusive would be an understatement!  The first and only Christmas party I attended, Dragana LaCore obviously had it rigged for me to win $100 gift certificate.  Since my winter gloves had been stolen out of my apartment, I said, great, I will be able to get the winter gloves I need.  I got a $50 pair, was given credit for the balance.  The pair were stolen out of my apartment!  I got a second pair - that pair was stolen out of my apartment!  Both times, most likely when I used the computer room, which they referred to as the “library”.  

16. I would leave this state in a heartbeat if I had the money!  I never wanted to move back to the East Coast.  Life here has been hell!  I xannot even find my wooden sewing box, which was hand-made and opened with many features.  I purchased it in 1993! Along with a sewing machine, and that was stolen by Public Storage - the same way STORQUEST stole my possessions, using the same crooked judge, John Abrams, who was in New Britain when Public Storage broke the law and my rights, even owing me $450 from a countersuit which I won!  Claiming I owed them $260 just because they would not cash the money order I paid my rent with and I said there would be a delay getting a replacement check because the Post Office has to verify it was not cashed - like former Supervisory Prosecutor Lawrence Mark Hurley did for years in the Milford Court - obviously stealing way more than what he was charged for, probably sharing it with crooked judges - the Middletown court heard the case and limited the state police to a three year investigation, despite the numerous charges of embezzlement, in the area of 300 incidences, totaling way over $200,000 as I recall.  The state police tried to get more audits and were denied.  And thus began the people-scaping with the state police, to set things up for the Obama-fraud of over one trillion dollars - with the fake SANDY HOOK SHOOTING.  Almost all of them were fake parents, including David Wheeler, who impersonated Supervisory Agent William Aldenburg, who reported NOBODY DIED.  Adam Lanza was not even a person.  There was no shooter!  Yet the state police assigned all acted the part, obviously having rehearsed it well.  And David Wheeler was not even arrested!  Agent Aldenbutg filed a case against him in federal court, I saw it and read it on my own.  This was nothing he discussed with me.  The federal court not only dismissed it but deleted it from record!  Another case showed up, a class action against Alex Jones, by FBI = WTF, since they PROSECUTE.  They included Agent Aldenburg’s name in the suit but he did not sign anything like others did.  

17. I have lost so much personal time preparing documents due to all the corruption in this state that has indeed harmed me.  

18. IN SUMMARY, I AM REQUESTING WHAT IS A MATTER OF MY RIGHT AS A TENANT.  The hand truck at the concierge desk is no more than 25” and I can prove it can be rolled in and rolled out of my apartment when my dresser is moved and the jugs of filterd water and emergency unfiltered water are placed on my kitchen cupboards.  There is so much vandalizing that occurs in my apartment!  And the water is not safe.  Your office even sent an email indicating “the gray water is safe to use” which was beyond any type of logic, let alone professionalism.  It is city water, contrary to what Dragana LaCore claimed they were getting directly from the ocean, and usng their “approved” water purifiaction processes to make the water even safer than the taps from city water.

Since I submitted the hearing request only the following has occurred to me:

 

1.  MORE ILLEGAL ENTRIES AND THEFT, VANDALISM

 

2. T-MOBILE DID NOT PROCESS MY AUTO-PAY; REFUSED TO PROCESS MY AUTOPAY EVEN THOUGH IT WAS AGREED UPON AND THEY HAD THE CORRECT BANKING INFORMATION; AND ALSO REFUSED TO PROCESS THE PAYMENT WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE - THIS CONTINUED FOR TWO WEEKS, EVEN THOUGH I CALLED REGULARLY.  HOW HANDY, TO USE FRAUD, CRIME TO MAKE ME LOSE MY PHONE NUMBER SO YOU AND OTHERS CAN SAY YOU CALLED ME BUT MY PHONE WAS OUT OF ORDER!

 

3. The only Out Of Order is the continuous fraud and crime in this city government as well as state government!  

 

4. Illegal entries, stopping my phone service to threaten my safety and security, fraud, and more - that is all that takes place here and you fail to do your jobs to arrange for a hearing request!

5.  Your office frauding records more by getting every OTHER Section 8 tenant to complete tenancy applications as if they first moved here is pathetic - all to cover for Ukrainian Dragana LaCore, who married an American, who I was informed was fired by Bozzuto months after all of them conspiring with police to have me falsely arrested as a means to get rid of me here so you can get away with continuously breaking the law!

 

6.  I would certainly leave this state if I had the money!  Being frauded on a continuous basis also disrupts my ability to save money!  

 

7.  Being attacked by excessive microwaves in my apartment has been going on for years!  I had to purchase a $260 meter and contact the company that made it in order to get sufficient window coverings to provide minimal protection from what should not even exist!  

 

8.  The local building department lied about my not being home TWICE for inspections - when all they did was place a letter on my door for all to read and exploit me with their lies.  The they never do annual or bi-annual inspections, yet lie about doing annual - most likely to get block grants so they can continue to obscund federal funding!

a) The THIRD time, I listened for him because I knew he would be up to no good again!  He quietly placed a doorknob hanger/note indicating I was not home, and ran off!  I immediately opened the door and saw him try to get in the elevator and demanded he return to my apartment.  Obviously he had an earpiece and someone was telling him what to do!  He was only in my apartment for five minutes!  They knew the landlord nefariously turned off my washing machine remotely in January 2023 - my bathroom has been vandalized on a continuous basis by illegal entries caused by the landlord and/or your office!  The maintenance supervisor relieved himself in my trash can in the bathroom! I was working on a court CLAIM FOR RELIEF in my apartment and it the papers were at my desk area in this 100 sf efficiency apartment, which is hardly efficient!

b) No form was given me to sign, yet your office manager claimed I had to sign one as part of their so-called “process” which is obvioulsy no process.  They do as they damn please, just like the rest of this city government.  That is SOCIALISM, and not constitutional at any level!

 

9. Now I have to prepare yet another document and hand-carry it over before I can do anything else - which of course, is more follow-up on corruption!  

 

10. Though T-Mobile took it upon themselves to withhold my autopay, and refuse to process my payment, they also refused to provide me a transfer pin so I could retain the phone number I have had for over ten years, jeopardizing my own safety and security by stopping my service yet autopay was admittedly active and they had the correct bank information!  

11. Therefore, my phone number is no longer 909-9131, which most likely will be fraudulently used for identification purposes, probably to help the illegal immigrants you claim to be so compassionate over like Janet Pekenpaw did when she made a fraudulent TV series about Kumar Viswanithan being so-called treated badly at a VA prison, which he was sent to by Connecticut, despite having prisons in many towns and enjoying false arrests on targeted people to keep the corruption going.  Though she claimed Kumar Viswanithan killed a man who raped his sister, he actually murdered a man on a bad gun deal - the gun would not fire when he checked it - illegal guns are what this crooked state enjoys having and if someone like a harmless young man at the Univ of New Haven (William Dong) does NOT have an illegal gun,

since there is a grace period to register them and he purchased it lawfully in Pennsylvania a few days before that - to protect his family since his aunt’s home was burglarized and she was held at gunpoint all night as they stripped her home clean!

They will just entrap and arrest him to get rid of him since he wanted to protect his family! This damn state made his family lose their restaurant business, paying an attorney who was nothing but a crook, typical in this state!  A homeless woman was paid $23,000 by the Univ of New Haven for reporting that William Dong pointed his gun at her - with so many loopholes in the case, only crooks would further prosecute!  She was not a student!  Yet she

reported AND the university police reported that she went to THEIR office with a baby in a stroller, to report it, yet obviously could have called 911 if it occurred, which it obviously did not!  They forced that young man in prison for two years for NOTHING BUT COURT CORRUPTION, INCLUDING COMMITTING DOUBLE JEOPARDY BY ALSO CHARGING HIM IN FEDERAL COURT - WITH A FEDERAL JUDGE EVEN ADMITTING IN A TRANSCRIPT THAT “IT IS UNUSUAL THAT THE SAME CHARGE IN FEDERAL COURT IS BROUGHT UP AGAIN FROM SUPERIOR COURT”  UNUSUAL?   It is Double Jeopardy, a federal crime by the courts!  But they do as they damn please as well as so many other illegal cases - all at the cost of the taxpayer!  Recycling crooks into the government and even as business executives and another way to keep the crimes going!  The Clinton Crime Syndicate headquarters continues to operate  in Westport or possibly they moved - despite the fact that former Congressman Trey Gowdy deputized two former military men to issue a warrant on Bill Clinton since he is a paedophile and the Clinton Crime Syndicate has trafficked children for decades!  Bill Clinton was somehow informed and sent thugs to beat them almost to death and place them in plastic body bags, burrying them - and of course, typical, Trey Gowdy made no arrangements for them to keep anyone informed of their whereabouts, or use a GPS, to make sure they were safe and able to continue this mission.  So they were dead, when they could have still been alive had the government taken proper measures since it it undermined by domestic terrorism.  

 

10.  Nothing I say here will hold any weight anymore than it does in court!  Despite having the technology to actually improve society, they have only used it to increase wealth for elites through crimes of fraud and more!  

 

11. I am constantly targeted here and they use fraud as a weapon!  They use failure to administer the housing laws as a weapon!  It doesn’t matter because the the so-called elected officials are corrupted and don’t care about abiding by the law; instead they claim THEY are the law and to hell with what is documented in black and white!  I calculated my rent along with submitting a 90+ page TENANCY RENEWAL, which most states limit to 11 pages!  I called around, I know!  This is an opportunity to steal data,

1.  I told John to not cash the TD Bank Check if they receive one in the mail.  John said that no check had been received and if one is, they would hold on to it.  He was aware that I already had a bank check cut to pay for this month’s rent.  I said I would provide it to your office once I have the TD Bank Check since your office frauded me last month.  

a) Definition of Fraud:  A knowing misrepresentation of the truth or concealment of a material fact to induce another to act to his or her detriment.  Fraud is a tort, but in some cases, when the CONDUCT IS WILLFUL, it may be a crime…Unconscionable dealing; especially in CONTRACT LAW, the unconscientious use of the power arising out of the parties/ relative positions and resulting in an unconscionable bargain. …CHECK FRAUD IS A FELONY.  Your office knew the account was closed.  Your office knew that the check was unauthorized by me.  Your office knew that I have a (prepaid) bank check yet I said I wanted that TD Bank check first.  John said they would keep an eye out on it yet

they did not receive it yet, despite TD Bank mailing my rent checks early, and they received them by or prior to the first of the month, yet were dated to be cashed on the fourth of the month.  

i. Your office was well aware of this a month ago - fully knowing that in April, I said not to deposit that check.  I dropped off my rent check timely, emphasizing any TD Bank Check would be unauthorized.  

ii. KYLE USED THE EXCUSE OF WILLFULLY FRAUDING ME, SAYING THEY DID NOT HAVE THE TD BANK CHECK, YET DEPOSITED THAT CHECK AS WELL AS THE BANK OF AMERICA CHECK WHICH I BROUGHT TO THE OFFICE, CLAIMING THAT A BALANCE WAS DUE ON THE SECTION 8 ACCOUNT, SINCE THEY DID NOT RECEIVE HUD PAYMENTS.

1. There is no excuse for fraud.  I owed nothing.  Any withholding of payments from the HAP contract is between this building’s owner and HUD - not me.    The only time I would get involved is if they notified me.  They have not notified me of anything, including a determination on the “RECERTIFICATION PACKET” FROM November 2022.  That was over 90 pages, they gave me only three days to complete - and way out of bounds regarding the Section 8 process.  I have spoken to other Section 8 administrators in other states. They provide RENEWAL forms which are no more than 11 pages - and that includes everything.

I have completed any form which the Housing Authority submits to me.  Why they attach 360 State Street to THEIR phone is OUTRIGHT UNLAWFUL.  They are a separate entity.  Yet when I call 203-498-8800 - they direct me to “360 State Street Tenants select …” upon selecting it, I am transferred to your business office’s voicemail!  

 

THAT IS ILLEGAL.  

 

On April 7, to my surprise, I found out that TD Bank cashed an unauthorized rent check for $198.00 - overdrafting my account by over $160 even though they knew my savings account was closed and they

assured me that no checks would be written since my auto deposit was no longer going through my account.  THREE TIMES your office assured me you did not have that check in April!  I could not verify anything on my email because you cut off the wifi two months ago, sending us all emails that it would be down a few days - which has not been the case.  

 

I provided you a letter in April.  I got no response or action from it, despite listing the numerous problems.  I now have to submit a follow-up letter with additional grievances.  

 

 I spoke to you, Kyle Huckle, April 7, on this issue of bad check deposit. I

claimed you frauded me because you also assured me that no TD Bank check was sent to your office, and I provided you my Bank of America Check - already paid for by me.  Your excuse was, “Well, you still owe us money because the Housing Authority withheld rent for your apartment.”  They never notified me and any withholding of rent has nothing to do with me, it has to do with THEM and there is no infringement on the Section 8.  It has to do with your office failing to do what you are supposed to do.  Additionally, the Housing Authority is notorious for making up rules as they go along.  

 

I suffered significantly, having to defend myself with TD Bank  BECAUSE OF THIS VIOLATION. The TD Bank Check for May did not even have my account number on it; They entered 0. Your office STILL deposited it, even though promising again that it would not be deposited.  

 

You deliberately lied to me; you frauded me.  The balance on my account was a CREDIT of over $300 according to the ledger.  Chris Robinson

As already relayed, The contracted CONSERVE billing service is FRAUDULENT.  They violate  any tenant’s privacy by using them WITHOUT EXPRESSED PERMISSION ON THE LEASE.  

 

I cannot believe how dishonest this company is, and this state is so corrupted from being controlled and manipulated by socialist NAZIs - without having to be held accountable for any of this.  There is no compliance with the law.  I reminded the Housing Authority that according to the HUD Regulations and law, namely 42 U.S. Code Section 1437f (covering low income housing assistance for Section 8 recipients) I am only required to pay ten percent of the fair use and value of this apartment, which would be $93.20.  That was cited and provided with the renewal of my lease packet November 2022.  NO ONE FROM THAT ADMINISTRATION SENT ME ANYTHING REGARDING PROCESSING THIS - HAVING ONLY GIVEN ME THREE DAYS TO COMPLETE, OR I WOULD BE EVICTED!  There is so much abuse of procedure and fraudulent processing!  Your ledger indicates that I am supposed to pay $264 a month, which is FRAUDULENT.  I should not even have to pay $198!  It is too much!  ALL ON-SITE CHARGES HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE SECTION 8 ADMINISTRATOR.  IF YOU STUDIED THE LAW ON PROCESSING IT, YOU WOULD

Attach is a copy of the Bank of America Check, dated May 3.  I requested your office to provide me a copy of the processed TD Bank check.  Your bank has to retain a copy, and if they have returned the check to you, I wanted the physical copy. It would have only take a matter of minutes for your office to satisfy this request, yet I was refused.  I then provided you my bank check for rent and had to go to TD Bank to obtain the check which was unauthorized yet deposited in your account.  .  All of this was completely avoidable. Your office is greatly failing in its responsibilities as well as legitmately running a business.

 

This letter is being hand-carried to the concierge after being placed in an envelope with “Attention Management Office” on it.  Attachments include 13 pages of copies of previously-submitted documents; and a copy of the Bank of America Check, No. 995094,  Amount:  $198.00  It is also being emailed to ensure  you  received it, since your office refuses to sign and date documents.  Because your office has cut me off from wifi, which is another breach of your office (since you only communicate through internet) I have to go out of my way to use wifi elsewhere to email this.  I am printing proof for my records that I have emailed it.

 

I again remind you that I am only legally required to pay 10% of the Fair Use and Value determined for my apartment, which is about $93 since I have a federal poverty level income. I have already cited that law in this letter, and previously sent to your office more than once, with proof it was submitted with the 90+ page RECERTIFICATION PACKET, which is supposed to be a RENEWAL.   I have already been certified.  My personal information does not change, yet they request it all over again!  There is no excuse for the nefarious management of this Section 8

contract.  There is no excuse for rigging it to cause me to lose my my $16000 deposit from my prior apartment, by FRAUDING RECORDS.  There is no excuse for harming me on a daily basis with excessive radiowaves, costing me hundreds of dollars to fix by using material which resists microwave activity.  I have not been compensated for the cost, let alone time it took to discover a solution for my health’s sake.  When the building inspector entered my apartment, he did not even inspect it.  He looked at my bed, which has sufficient lifts, and left.  He was supposed to have me sign the inspection report, which would have resulted in “You didn’t do anything”.  Thereafter, my bed was vandalized!  I have so many problems and little income, so I have not determined what I will do - the bed was flush with the wood crates and now sticks out, making it very difficult to get around the bed.  

 

This letter of Seven Pages has been prepared by me throughout this week, when I have had time to work on it.  There is significant stress which goes with it; being the problems have been so longstanding - particularly the illegal entries.

SUMMARY OF DEFICIENT BILLING

BY 360 STATE STREET

 

1. The ledgers are not consistent with actual billing procedures for a Section 8 Tenant.  At no point am I responsible for paying more than $198/month.  In fact, I should be paying $93 a month according to 42 US Code 1437f.

2. Charges which are on this ledger are deficient.  On site charges are to be submitted to the Housing Administrator. I should also be made aware of that activity to ensure nothing is frauded.  None of that takes place.  

3. Utilities are included in the rent.  Though I paid for electricity from the local utility company in Connecticut, this complex became autonomous, making its own electricity three years after I moved here.  Though I told them onsite charges have to go through the administrator, citing the law including regulation, it made no difference and the owner also gave this no attention even though I submitted letter after letter - to basically get them all to do their jobs.  

4. ILLEGAL ENTRIES ARE ILLEGAL.  No one has my permission to enter this apartment ever unless I am here.  There has been no emergency arising which would give anyone here cause to enter. Yet they do and they vandalize, steal, and damage property - I have listed most of those incidences yet your office does nothing, which is a violation of the lease.  In a city which is run by socialism, laws do not matter.  

5. The lease I signed January 2013 STILL HOLDS.  

6. The Request For Tenancy Approval STILL HOLDS, THOUGH THE DOCUMENT INFORMATION HAS BEEN ALTERED - removal of dates, etc. which would reflect this management to intentionally fraud it with current dates, since they got all other Section 8 Tenants to complete Request For Tenancy Approval packets when the new owner is the only one which is supposed to be approved.  Frauding records does not make them more qualified!  THERE WAS NO MORTGAGE CLOSING.  BOZZUTO, INC. REMAINS THE LEGAL OWNER.  

7. This illegal dynamic with processing makes it impossible for a tenant to assert their rights through the courts, since they get away with breaking the law regarding who the owner of this building is.  Any closing would have to include the the Agreement made with the US Government when the Obama Administration gave Bozzuto’s millions of dollars.  That agreement should be in the file at the clerk’s office.  I retained a copy upon finding it in the city records - yet they have frauded records and the agreement has vanished.

8. Any rent which is withheld by HUD to the landlord is not my problem.  The landlord has violated regulations and has to abide by them.  Should they feel the reason by HUD to be deficient, that is their problem to argue.  They had to be certified to have Section 8 apartments here and are obligated to know the law.  

9. I am not required to have a router in my apartment; yet it is no reason for this management to deprive me of use of the building wifi, blocking me.  THAT IS AN AMENITY, WHICH IS INCLUDED IN RENT.  

10. The ledger has marked my billing as current.  The term “current” means I am paid up to date.  Yet your office continues to run a nefarious balance.  

11.  I moved in January 13, 2013.  The ledger indicates I was charged $120; then jumps to September 2013 with no billing history from February to September, and charges me $554.81 which makes absolutely no sense.

12. My laptop is not on wifi, though the building wifi is available and yet I am blocked from using it, as if that will correct what they, not I,  do wrong.

13.  Small, faded print of the ledger does not validate wrongful billing.

14. This concludes my Summary.  I had to prepare this because I do not agree with your haphazard billing.   

15. The alderwoman assigned to this location did not return my call.  Based on my experiences in this city, and in this corrupted state, it is an indicator to me that she does not want to bother, and any efforts I make in getting her to do her job will be futile and more abuse to me will occur, to reflect the socialism that runs this government.  She obviously does not care about following laws on Section 8, and I am very fed up with having to go through all this abuse.  I am a peaceful person, which seems to give your company a right-of-way to take advantage of me.

I have not been able to use the clothes washer or dryer for six months.  The ice machine has not worked for two years.  My bathroom faucet and shower were vandalized over 6 months ago.  Victor clearly knew that the day he relieved himself in my trashcan in my bathroom!  He ran the water several times and made no comment about it needing the piece that prevents it spraying all over.  STOLEN BY AN ILLEGAL INTRUDER.  

 

I have mentioned these maintenance problems many times and even gave copies of these letter to the New Haven Housing Authority, as well as request a meeting.  THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING.

They conspired with state police 2/4/2016.  Dragana LaCore called my neighbors telling them to stay in their apartment because I am dangerous and police had to arrest me!  

Police tried to rig it so I would run back to my apartment when I saw them.  The furthest thing from my mind; I did nothing wrong!  No doubt Trooper Naples, who has murdered at least two unarmed people on-the-job, was planning on shooting me in the back, or hitting me with electomagnetic waves to kill me and "not make it messy".  I wanted to go to the computer room/library after putting my trash in the trash room.  Little did I realize human trash would be following me!

Re: Wrongful Entry of Local Police, banging on my door and gangstalking

This evening your office did something very illegal by conspiring with police to help them try to force themselves in my apartment.  This is NOT a communist country.  Your duty to ensure the rights to privacy of tenants is a legal requirement.  Police cannot help themselves to anywhere they want to go, making up lies to cover for themselves.  

This is a residency, not a Gestapo.  

I am unable to see who is really at my door, and that is another issue.  I do not allow anyone in unless they have called me first.  Why your management fails to provide a security hole in my door – yet have TWO doorbells installed on it, is certainly perplexing.  And why Livable City Initiative passes that circumstance is just another reflection that they care nothing about doing their jobs and only about serving wants of dirty politicians.  

I have a right to be upset about this, particularly considering the hell I have gone through from the illegal arrest and assault to me here in this building on February 4, 2016.  Your office was notified the rent check I submitted was cancelled due to the recalculation of my Section 8 rent. I provided the letter, yet your office should have been notified at the same time.  One of the pleasures enjoyed from unlawfully detaining me was an opportunity to alter the letter, to claim the rent payment was to begin March, not February, which could not even be true.  I went to their office in December for the recertification and I am well aware of the constant tricks they play to create more distress to me.  And I also remind you of your request of an unnecessary “special inspection” just to tell me that YOU do not like the harmless black plastic on my window, to keep the sun and night lights outside from disturbing my sleep.  It is not a code violation, yet I took the path of least resistance, removed the plastic, and SIX MONTHS later, HUD in Hartford sent me an incoherent letter telling me to “allow” a second inspection. How absurd!  I did not even respond, it was so absurd.  I did not write to them, yet in the letter they noted they were responding to my inquiry.  These illicit tactics have no value.  Logically, if they had any concerns, they should have investigated the file first.  Yet LCI will not even provide me a copy of the file, no doubt so they have more opportunity to alter records.  If you did not want me to have black plastic on my window, you could have simply told me in writing.  If you had told me in person, I would have requested it in writing, since I am not violating any code, yet I would have complied only to take the path of least resistance.  

If police enter this complex to see someone, they should call first.  And when they get to the lobby, the concierge should call.  Instead, I get a fake call from someone one half hour before they help themselves to my apartment at a time I would not even be here if I had gone to my eye doctor appointment, yet I missed the bus and decided to make some Christmas candies and brought them down to the concierge in a gift bag, for him, for maintenance, and two small gift bags with the candies for maybe the postal worker if the one on liked that candy.  I had given a few “leftovers” to the man who was working at the desk in the prior shift, since I made them for my eye doctor’s office.  

At this point, I am no longer going to bring anything to your employees. I have better things to do than give things to your employees and shortly after Susan lets police go to my apartment without notifying me.  Additionally, she denied knowing anything about the police being here when she was the one who let them up.  She entered the 7th floor when she unlocked the elevator.  

Interfering with my safety and my Constitutional rights to privacy are a significant issue.  Most likely you won’t respond to this because, as with the Cease And Desist Letter, you said your attorney told you not to respond.  I am providing this to HUD and to the DOJ.  If you don’t want me to give a food gift to your employees, tell me.  Don’t have police gangstalk me.

I just read an email by the landlord, which claims they have a new billing company named "yes"  - WTF - it is a violation of privacy, for one thing!  And I hope they are sued in a class action law suite.  






My response: 

It is still on-site electricity and any on-site charges for Section 8 tenants have to be submitted to the Section 8 administrator for processing.  No Section 8 tenant can be legally charged utilities or anything else that is above the rent they pay  - IT IS UNLAWFUL.  

No "new owner" can be approved WITHOUT PROOF OF A SUFFICIENT CLOSING ON THE PROPERTY.  

Now, as I type this, someone altered the formatting, leaving a large gap before my return message - most likely to have space to FRAUD MY MESSAGE. 5/19/2023

Today when I called I was snapped at and she said, "Too bad.  You sent the check from your bank." I said that made no sense.  I don't work there.  Nevertheless I stuck with the issue, that I was told they would hold the check so I could get it and the bank check I already had would be provided.  I am not going through what I went through last month.  

Had your bank properly processed that check, they would know that the account was closed but no, you don't care, you cost the bank expense, you cost this company, whoever is the LEGITAMATE OWNER (since there is no closing on a mortgage, as required by HUD)  since the bank had no legal right to process it.

What a chaotic mess this all is, all because of dishonesty, corruption - and you fail to have a maintenance person return to fix what Victor the manager broke.  As I have already said, I found him very disgusting to have relieved himself in the trashcan since he got the trainee who was not even being trained, get him a screwdriver which he should have already had on him.  

My letter to you is not finished due to the inept depositing of a FRAUDULENT, UNAUTHORIZED CHECK.  

Additionally, I notice on the ledger that you claim I have a balance of $133 - what is your point there?  I pay you the amount I was ordered to pay by the Section 8 administrator, which is well over what I should have to pay according to law, since I have a federal poverty level income.  Even citing the law made no difference and the Section 8 Administrator has ineptly tied your office to their office, a very illegal circumstance since your office is not certifiied, not HUD-approved to be an administrator, and barely approved as a Section 8 landlord since you fail to abide by the laws and regulations.  

Your complaining to me about not getting HUD money is unbelievable!  that was essentially the manager, Kyle's doing.  Excusing why they lied to me about not getting the TD Bank check and yet had it and deposited both the Bank of America and the TD Bank check for the same month rent.  THAT WAS DELIBERATE FRAUD.  BANK FRAUD CAN CARRY A FELONIOUS CHARGE.

I came across this email and decided to paste it here.  Dragana LaCore claimed she owns Knock Rentals and they are the owner of 360 State Street.....The below message was to an employee who told me I had to sign a new lease and the document packet was in their office.  Not the Section 8 Administrator office, which made no sense.  They never gave me any documents.  I went down there after talking to Chris Robinson.  The manager, Kyle Huckle, didn't identify himself as Kyle and I hadn't seen him in so long and didn't recognize him.  He, in fact, said to me that he did not want me to sign the documents; that he would get back with me.  Not only was my rent check withheld and they lied about not having it (or the TD Bank CEO may have electronically generated it as a cover-up, to get revenge for the landlord since I got an EMF meter that was costly but was useful in providing the information I needed.  The day I got the meter, April 7, was the same day TD Bank deposited the check that was not supposed to exist.  Deposited in THE FEDERAL RESERVE, as shown on the deposit slip.  It also referenced Ansonia State Street - which I thought was their account name.  I can't do anything about it anyway.  I just submitted a memo to TD Bank, angry they assured me no check was cut and yet they deposited the check, and the landlord said that no check was cut - yet they deposited Two checks off my accounts!  TD Bank returned the money back to my account.  Hopefully they did not hit me with an overdraft charge, since the check was unauthorized....the mortgage information on this property has an open-ended mortgage, which is illegal by HUD standards.  They are supposed to have a closing!  Nobody cares, they do what they want because NAZI SOCIALISM RULES.

Dear Kyle,

 

As you know, currently there are work requests which have been issued as long ago as 8 months ago.  The filter on my dryer had not been changed, creating a mess - there is now the abuse of TECHNOCRATS as I type this letter - it will not align with the left.  I will try to fix it with editing after this letter is finished  because it will not repair itself now.  These psychopaths have inverted paragraphing - to extend where it is supposed to indent, and indent where it is supposed to extend.  

 

I have been greatly harmed by illegal intruders who vandalize, steal, all while I have lived here.  The  maintenance supervisor, by the first name of Victor, entered my apartment with an employee. I emphasized, “I reminded in the work order, to have only one person in here because my place is too small to keep track of both of you.”  Victor said, “I’m training him”  He did not even go in the bathroom to watch Victor. He seemed to be more interested in diverting his “job” to looking around my apartment.  I stayed where I could keep an eye on both of them - somewhat - yet Victor had the bathroom door half-closed - telling this worker to go get him a replacement for his screwdriver because “I lost my tip” - and as he was waiting, he deficated and urinated in my trash can.  I did not realize this until after they left.  I mentioned the sink had a slow drainage of water but I did not want to deal with that - that day, to just take care of the filter and also the water draining from the wall behind my kitchen sink.  He refused to do anything about the wall, which is probably because they turned the dehydrators off anyway.  It was explained to me in detail my first year living here, 2013, that they have dehydrators on at all times to ensure the windows and walls remain dry.  Victor denied that as well as a valve they use in the plumbing to control the water flow of drains, which can easily be adjusted.  Bill, a former and most proficient maintenance person here, explained to me that the valve was oftentimes turned off to work on other areas, and they forget to turn it back on.  The proficient team, other than Bill,  transferred over to the “twin” apartment building upon completion here in this city.  Yet David was hired and he was very proficient and reliable.  He left to work for a different company.   

 

What Victor did was illegal, disgusting, depraved - reflecting the overall social engineering that the technocrats are involved with, turning things inside-out and upside down.  They frame themselves with their depravity.  

 

Victor’s emphasis “I am a professional” when the water in my bathroom sink literally sprayed all over because the illegal intruders removed the washers and piece that is supposed to be on it to control the waterflow - having complete disregard over the water spraying all over and not offering to fix it, is another indication of why I do not want him in my apartment ever again.  Rather than cooperate and just send someone else to finish what he literally broke, they remotely turn off my washing machine while I was standing right in front of it!  I requested they remotely turn it back on yet they would not; I requested a work order, which was issued by Chris Robinson, yet they would not schedule a timeframe to enter my apartment since they do not have my permission ever to enter my apartment when I am not here.  

 

It has now been since January that my laundry remains in the washing machine, unfinished.  Using this building as a weapon is typical here as well as elsewhere in New Haven.  The Housing people only feed off crime; the city has fed off crime for decades.  They do not even publicize housing codes, so they can alter them and use it as a reason to evict people.  I confronted them on these tactics so they do something else to cause me harm, distress, etc.  As a peaceful person, I seek peaceful resolutions. I have been cleaning my clothes by hand and occasionally have spoken to Chris Robinson about this and he said the work order is still open.  Unfortunately, he could do no more, even though a normal Assistant Manager should have more power than that.  In fact, his duties were so administratively-restricted, that he was certainly constrained from being an assistant manager, which I am sure you, as manager have the same drawbacks.   It is really pathetic that the business structure of this building went from bad to worse - which doesn’t surprise me since Dragana LaCore apparently has an upper hand.  Yet when she left this company, as a paid Bozzuto employee, they said she was fired.  I realize this nefarious collaboration needs to be broken up and people should be held accountable for the crimes.

Yet what is happening is more attachment of more crimes, including FRAUDULENT BILLING of my Section 8 rent.  I pay $198 a month, which is at least $100 more than I should be paying since I have a federal poverty level income and the law specifies that my rent should be 10 percent of the fair use and value of the apartment.  I cited that law, I printed that law, in the RECERTIFICATION documents they had me complete LAST NOVEMBER, disrupting me, causing me to work day and night on this 60+ page of nonsense, and only giving me three days to complete OR I WOULD FACE AN EVICTION.  After all the other attempts in evicting me, including false arrest by stalking police, failed.  

 

MY PRIVACY IS VIOLATED ON A CONTINUOUS BASIS.  I CANNOT EVEN GET MAIL HERE; so I forwarded all my mail to take the peaceful way out.  Bozzutos obviously still hack my emails etc. And interfere by contacting the few companies I ordered from and having them change my shipping address!  Now that I am aware of it, I tell the companies so they are aware of this nefarious activity - all of which takes time, and what money is paying for them to hack my emails, contact companies, hack orders, invade my phone, and more?  As I have emphasized, this SUPERIMPERIALISM is designed to TAKE, not MAKE money.  

 

For the “owners” to not care about taking care of their own building, only tells me that they are also conspiring with the Technocracy, which was created by the secret society members who are traitors to this country.  

 

A decent attorney would sue this company for such lack of responsibility; using the building as a weapon.  Yet I have given up trying to find one in this corrupted state.  The consequences in harming me are all I experience.  

 

Two days ago, I took out what I thought to be leftover baked chicken, I thought I had already eaten, out of my freezer.  As it turns out, the bone was not a chicken bone and I did not eat it.  I did take pictures and also cooked it down to find out what the bone actually looked like since there was so many tendons and muscle attached to it - like a human bone, possibly a dog or cat but very likely a bone from a baby’s femur, based on my searching for images online.  A week prior to this, I had posted in one of my blogposts a sketch of a shark eating a baby, emphasizing it is okay to hate peadophiles, and they ruin lives.  They are also most likely to be murderers. ie, James Karr, the elementary school teacher that molested Jon Benet  Ramsey in the BASEMENT of the Ramsey home.  The window to the basement was opened when their security system was off!  He went to Thailand or a similar place, known for paedophilia, a separate government from China - controlled in part by the USA.  They switched to an “election System” and its first president turned over Karr to Barack Obama - because he was facing NUMEROUS paedophilia charges in that asian government and Obama assured him that he would face justice as the murderer of Jon Benet Ramsey.  He was transported FIRST CLASS on the plane to Los Angeles, and then to Colorado.  The District Attorney DROPPED ALL CHARGES!  

 

TO SUMMARIZE,

 

1.  I expect IMMEDIATE ATTENTION ON THE DELIBERATE ABUSE BY MAINTENANCE. Namely

a) Repair the faucet that was broken by illegal intruders

b) Replace the defective plug in my tub that was illicitly replaced by illegal intruders when they knew I was gone for a long time, due to appointments in New York City. The plug I had was fine - they did this to harm me, including using a sensor to spy on me.  

c) Replace the filter in the dryer; never confirmed or proven as completed; and the front of the machine was taken off and just left without being installed back on.

d) Turn the washing machine back on, which was obviously remotely turned off

e) Repair the leaking wall behind my kitchen sink; most likley turn the dehydrator back on!

 

This concludes my letter/request.  Based on my experience here, the less I have to do with management, the better.  Don’t take it personally, but this building is run by very corrupted people at the top and the City of New Haven cater to them.  I realize it could have been worse if good people like you and Chris Robinson were not here.  Nevertheless, they are breaking laws deliberately.  If I had the money, I would leave this state.  Yet I have done nothing wrong, paid my rent, and only demand my rights, which results in little or no response.  The false arrest cost me $3,000 to bail myself out without the judge going over PROBABLE CAUSE - COMPLETELY ILLEGAL.  It took me months to get the corrupted attorney removed from my case, who actually wanted me to stay in prison, which was false inprisonment for 6 days - in a cell I was not scheduled to be in - across from the cell I was supposed to be in, which a woman was murdered in.  So it was obvious they made a deal for the two woman to kill whoever was put in their cell because they expected it would be me, I was lined up for it.  A good person intervened to make sure I was not going to be killed; most likely the FBI agent I had contacted when I was falsely arrested.  

 

Now my computer is being invaded more by Microsoft.  Yet they seemed to have been forced to fix the reversal of the document settings.  

 

I am not changing this - this has taken a lot of my time as it is.

Facts to point out: The documents on record are NOT the original documents, they were frauded.  I never use CALIBRI FONT - Bill Gates created it to fraud records.  Now, they fraud records using any font!  Nevertheless, I never use calibri, I use Times Roman or Arial for typing court documents, unless it is for higher court, at which time I've use Century.  This state is so corrupted, they just enjoy abusing power like NAZIS - the law does not matter.  And I see the CFR for calculating rent is altered.  Most importantly, the section which is supposed to provide the step-by-step calculations of rent is missing.  My appendix had everything there.  I prepared so many pretrial documents - all of which were ignored!  IT IS TYPICAL CORRUPTION IN THIS STATE.

I do not know who the case manager is anymore. They changed managers.  It may be Tara Jones, I don’t know.  I do not get responses to my emails.  

 

Your office passing off Housing documents to the landlord to have completed is UNLAWFUL.  THEY ARE NOT THE ADMINISTER OF SECTION 8.  

 

Despite seeing the manager, Kyle Huckle, to see what the forms were, he said they were “All messed up; I will get back with you” yet he never got back with me and money was literally stolen out of my TD Bank Account.

TD Bank was well aware I was going to close that account.  I closed the savings account!  

 

This was rigged by dishonest upper management, including the CEO named Leo Solom.  Your office’s participation in this rigged event is most likely!  

 

Though the landlord office was secretive with what they wanted me to sign - I know one was a “REQUEST FOR TENANCY APPROVAL”  The packet I completed comprised of 27 pages and I AM STILL APPROVED!  I HAVE ONE LEASE ONLY - SECTION 8!  I am attaching the first page of this.  

 

You cannot make up your rules as you go along!  I am still a tenant here!  The “new owner” has to be HUD approved and your office is supposed to notify me of any changes to the payment recipient.  My Bank of America check cost me $15 yet it was prepaid and they had no right rigging another payment from my TD Bank Account, which will be closed in May!  

 

Absolutely nothing should affect me when there is a new owner - yet I had to take the time to see if it was even a legitamate closing - and I have determined it NOT to be a legitamate closing!  Your office is just taking part in more criminal activity and the alderwoman who covers 360 State Street will not return my call!  ORGANIZED CRIME IS NOT REFLECTING A CITY GOVERNMENT!  

 

Getting the building wifi to be shut off is only adding to the criminal intent!  The message from the office two weeks ago indicated it would last a couple days!  Apparently your scheming is not complete and you needed more time to MANIPULATE.  

 

Here I am disabled and have to go through all this constant corruption - contending with Dragana LaCore conspiring with state police, stalking me in the lobby, waiting for me to leave my apartment so they can get away with an unlawful arrest - and had it not been for my telling Agent Aldenburg what they did to me, I would be dead, because the prison cell I was nefariously forced in, WITHOUT A PRELIMINARY HEARING, WITHOUT COVERING THE PROBABLE CAUSE, WHICH THEY STILL YET HAD TO FRAUD, CREATE - THE NAZI-WAY OF RUNNING A GOVERNMENT - I would be dead!  The woman who was put in that cell was strangled by the inmates and they got away with it, ruling it as a suicide!  They were probably contracted to, not knowing she was not the one intended, it was me!  AND THAT WAS UNLAWFUL IMPRISONMENT, UNLAWFUL ISSUANCE OF BAIL MONEY WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN RETURNED TO ME AND IT WAS NOT!

Send me assurance that I remain a Section 8 tenant in good standing!  Your crimes are nothing I had to do with and I will not put up with it!

The first rep I spoke to today on the phone told me the money was paid to my landlord on April 7, and I would be charged the overdraft if I did not pay by end of today, April 10.  I said she didn’t make sense.  

 

I waited and called the bank again. This rep told me that the payment was an EFT, UNAUTHORIZED.  There would be no check.  I said, they print the check every month, mailing it so the landlord gets it five days early so they would not claim that they don’t have my check on time, because they lie on a continuous basis!  

 

This is being typed before I get a cancelled check or proof of payment to my landlord by your bank.  If it was electronically transferred to the landlord - THAT WAS A VERY DISHONEST TRANSACTION REFLECTING FRAUD BY MY LANDLORD AND YOUR BANK!

THAT IS ILLEGAL.  

 

Today, to my surprise, I found out that TD Bank cashed an unauthorized rent check for $198.00 - overdrafting my account by over $160 even though they knew my savings account was closed and they assured me

that no checks would be written since my auto deposit was no longer going through my account.  THREE TIMES your office assured me you did not have that check!  I could not verify anything on my email because you cut off the wifi two weeks ago, sending us all emails that it would be down a few days - which has not been the case.  

 

I have to submit a follow-up letter with additional grievances.  

 

 I spoke to you, Kyle Huckle, today, and claimed you frauded me because you also assured me that no TD Bank check was sent to your office, and I provided you my Bank of America Check - already paid for by me.  Your excuse was, “Well, you still owe us money because the Housing Authority withheld rent for your apartment.”  They never notified me and any withholding of rent has nothing to do with me, it has to do with THEM and there is no infringement on the Section 8.  It has to do with your office failing to do what you are supposed to do.  Additionally, the Housing Authority is notorious for making up rules as they go along.  

 

I have several places I have to go to now BECAUSE OF THIS VIOLATION.  

 

You deliberately lied to me; you frauded me.  The balance on my account was a CREDIT of over $300.  Chris Robinson printed it.  Now I have to get another ledger to see how much you frauded the account there.  

 

The contracted CONSERVE billing service is FRAUDULENT.  They violate  any tenant’s privacy by using them WITHOUT EXPRESSED PERMISSION ON THE LEASE.  

 

I cannot believe how dishonest this company is, and this state is so corrupted from being controlled and manipulated by socialist NAZIs - without having to be held accountable for any of this.
