BBB Complaint on Bozzuto Housing and Management

UPDATE 1/20/2024

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO ACCESS WIFI IN MY APARTMENT FOR OVER A YEAR.  I HAVE LIVED HERE OVER 10 YEARS AND ALWAYS HAD WIFI.  My bed is still vandalized by them, and I cannot sleep in it.  And they remotely turned off my clothes washing machine over a year ago!  Their wealth should all be seized!  It is dirty money, crime money.  Money that pays for things like WEAPONIZED WEATHER - unexpected volcano eruptions and unexpected earthquakes.  

My landlord blocked me from Wifi over a year ago at my apartment complex.  I had to go elsewhere to use wifi and have had so many problems, including physical since I was obviously poisoned with a virus bioweapon when I drank some of the water in a water bottle.  It had an off-taste and I worried they did something to it when I left to run errands.  As it turned out, there was a filmy substance at the bottom of the water bottle.  I was sick with this flu virus for months.  My doctor determined it was a virus I had, yet he treated me with antibiotics due to an infection which arose because of the virus.  Symptoms improved some from the antibiotics yet this virus kept hanging on until I got ROUNDHOUSE PROVISIONS, Morning Kick.  I started with just drinking it in the morning, feeling improvement.  So I began using it in the morning and the evening.  My virus went away!  Chuck Norris is the bomb!  This boosted my immunity and my energy level.  The virus was draining me so much.  

I recently ordered more from Roundhouse Provisions. I can't say enough good things about them.  Ever hear of the phrase, "Work yourself out of a job" - I learned this when I lived in Minnesota.  That means, do the best you can, be productive and do not worry about whether you will have a job the next day because you are part of the good in the economy.  This reinforced what my father taught me while growing up.  My father felt so inferior as he retired and was ridiculed so much by siblings.  I will spare the details.  Yet I will say, forcing their own father to die was the most evil thing on earth.  They enjoyed it also.  And one brother bragged about lying to me and wanting him dead because "He isn't useful to us anymore; this is what Dad WOULD want" - in other words, there was nothing in writing that my father requested this and I was greatly sabatoged by that brother, who knew the pedophile priest was trying to kill him and yet befriended that scumbag behind my back.  

You think, I will forgive them one more time...they would never kill their own father who never abandoned any of us 7 kids and worked 7 days a week, disabled from WW2.  He had major surgery on his knee, damaged by shrapnel.  Yet he only said he fell off a jeep because that apparently is what his brother insisted he would say - and though 2 years younger than Dad, he had high connections in Washington, DC - He was in the USMC as well, yet enrolled when the Korean War hit.  He raised two sons; the younger of which he claimed was autistic from Agent Orange in VietNam.  WTF.  The older one was the one who was born from that time frame.  

David mysteriously died driving the same way as he had many times; losing control of his car "in the rain", as Uncle Bob described it.  The road was winding and required use of brakes.  Most likely David's brakes were disabled like mine were a year before that - and I was almost killed by a sander truck slamming into me.  Using my brakes only resulted in splitting my 2" rubber soles in half!  I also bent the steering wheel in half trying to stop the car since my horn was ignored by Perry Hyde.  The attorney who took my case was very powerful, getting my mother to sign the lawsuit when I was in a coma, expecting - even hoping I would die.  My father was not around.  He was stuck after that.  He said he would have never agreed to that.  He wanted me to live.  It wasn't like he didn't love my mother.  This was clearly social engineering by Attorney Frederick Kendall, whose brother Donald Kendall became President of Pepsi Company and paid a hitman to kill the President of Chile just because he refused to sell Pepsi in his country!  My father knew of their underground scandals but the murder was not known until after I settled out of court - not even getting the $33,000 which Attorney Kendall promised.  Instead, he gave me $21,000 --- out of a $750,000 lawsuit. I was hospitalized 3 1/2 months, in ICU 2 1/2 weeks.  My highschool friend Vonice visited me and said, "Oh man, they report that you just had a broken leg! How evil!"  Though we lost touch with eachother (I was just trying to survive!  Attorney Kendall did all he could to cirumvent my efforts, wanting to crush me! Before I settled, he asked me, "Why didn't you get out of his way? It was a sunny day out, the roads were bare"  At that time, I knew for sure whose side he was on!  I was not getting benefits from at-fault insurance, despite the state police giving Hyde a ticket, which Kendall ripped up!  I responded, "Why did Perry Hyde take time to fill the truck with sand, maximizing weight, working a second shift, if it was a sunny day out?  Was he trying to kill me? Of course he was!  And that attorney figured he could wear me down!  I used him as a job reference because I lost a lot of time from work - and it proved that he was SUPPOSED to be my attorney who filed a lawsuit and was out for my behalf - that the accident was not my fault.  No doubt he played the "She is crazy" game.  Or, "She is brain damaged", which my siblings used frequently - especially a brother who just wanted to know how much money I was going to give him for seeing me in ICU!  Literally, he asked me that!  I was hurt more than angry and to cover for himself, he passed it off as a joke.  I screamed out his name in ICU - after what he did to my father, I wondered if he was trying to kill me also.  It may have been a CIA social engineering tool, that he was ready and willing to follow.  He was obviously doing something to get me to die and I did not like it.  Yet he covered for himself and said it was a former boyfriend of mine, that I was yelling for.  Piecing things together on my own was very difficult.  I no longer had connection with the people I was most fondest of, my church.  They were too far away and I did not like the drive 40 miles.  I had no support system.  Just people who joked about that and even would drive their cars in front of me on the road, like they too wanted to slam into me.  One of them even grabbed me and said, "You like me don't you?"  A married man my father's age!  It was terrifying.  I told my father what he did - this town my father moved to was supposed to be his retirement community.  I had been raped by a man named KEN, probably a freemason like atty Kendall - before that incident.  You just don't pursue charges on something like that back then.  They will burn your house down!  Yet my father went to his home and spoke to his parents about what he did, that I may be pregnant.  Three months go by.  I knew I was pregnant, and when I saw the gyn, he did a D&C without my permission, causing me to bleed like crazy and all he said was that I was not pregnant!  Not anymore, I figured!  This was a doctor my mother trusted and my mother could have cared about my own safety.  Her need to be attached to other adults as a form of superiority was often a typical mindset of mothers back then.  This was a timeframe when the underworld/including CIA was doing all they can to hijack the country.  What better way than to set children against parents and start making "parental abuse" the "thing" - kids threatening to report parents for even a quick spanking, which my father rarely did anyway.  He believed that the best teacher was to get us to realize what we did was wrong.  Though one sibling was out of control and later I found out he was using drugs from the kid down the street.  My father spent thousands of dollars on him; taking him to a psychiatrist, building a very nice apartment-like bedroom off the garage, which reduced the horse's ability to have space to go into during inclement weather.  And he rarely gave the horses any attention.  My father wanted him to have a sense of independence and maybe he would improve and even want to work for a change.  But that did not happen. He was arrested.  

I have to stop now because I am being interfered with by MICROSOFT POPUPS.  No doubt the owner of this building, Bozzuto Group, RELIES on the Technocracy, as many crooked companies, to fraud, to invade people's internet properties, as a means to their end, which is wealth the wrong way.  This building was assessed at $2.2 billion yet they got three mortgages, first one for Bozzuto, second one for a third party, third for a third party (both not owners, and that third mortgage was for $89 billion!!! - yet New Haven Independent reported Bozzutos sold the building to South Oxford Management for $160 million! WTF)......Next time I will add more at the end of this, which is generally what I do, chronological order.  I am not seeking attention!  THE UNDERWORLD HARMS PEOPLE AND THEN USE IT AS REASON, "That person would have never become famous if this did not happen"  GIVE ATTENTION TO THE WRONGDOERS IN THIS COUNTRY, PLEASE.  THEY HIJACK THIS COUNTRY.  UNFORTUNATELY, SO MANY ARE SOCIALLY ENGINEERED, even given social treats like money, power, fame.  - posted 1/20/2024  3:13 pm.

Note, though I have not submitted a complaint on TD Bank, leaving on a very bitter note, it is due to those who actually run the bank - the upper management who are in Toronto, CANADA and probably elsewhere, such as New Jersey.  The Customer Reps had been very good to me, yet there had been a breakdown in communication due to dishonest practices in altering notes by overriding what was actually noted by the representative at the time I spoke to them.  I claim the bank has a very poor structure due to the upper management and Board of Directors.  As one who is not educated on the banking system, this is all I can project and it is based on my experiences. They targeted me and got their kicks out of it.  Though my landlord was well aware of the fact I changed banks and began paying my rent through Bank of America prepaid checks, they still deposited illegal checks coming from TD Bank - though my auto-deposit was transferred to Bank of America through Social Security and I was assured they would have to stop issuing auto-checks as of March 2023.   I could not access my checking account online.  TD Bank blocked me, claiming there was a security risk.  This did not surprise me and my impression was they were protecting my information since I used wifi at 360 State Street.  Their app did not work well on my phone and indeed there was a security risk, as I determined.  Therefore, I did not keep it on my phone after a few weeks of trying to use it.  Later, I was told by others I conversed with that it was clear manipulation by TD Bank.  I said, “Whatever.  The upper management obviously did not care to have me as a customer, which is unfair business practices.” They still cut fraudulent checks on my closed account.  

 

BOZZUTO COMPANY REGISTRATION AS A COMPANY IN CONNECTICUT: 104 Business Entries show for Bozzuto in Connecticut.  Not one reflects they are involved with real estate.  This data is so manipulated and made so you cannot find anything.  Bozzutos are indeed using fraudulent transactions to obscnd money - probably getting graded as an “A” with Federal Reserve, since they keep doing these unlawful business practices with no opposition by politicians whose job it is to oversee such practices.

THREE COMPANIES THAT I KNOW OF - took out loans on this same property!  All three owe billions of dollars on this property and an expert would find/SHOULD find (yet TECHNOCRACY FRAUD RECORDS LIKE THESE) this property at 360 State Street would never clear for a closing because of that!  They do nothing about actually making repairs in my apartment and keep vandalizing it instead!

STATUS ON OWNERSHIP

Bozzuto indicated they were owned by a non-profit WEATHER ALTERING SERVICE through OPENCORPORATES.COM.  I printed and shared this information with an FBI agent I have kept in touch with for years, Agent William Aldenburg.  Yet the summer of 2022, they shut down his phone abruptly and would not tell me even if he was okay.  I think I have seen him in public, such as on the train to NYC, yet as much as I think highly of him, I presumed he was at work based on the various circumstances and I did not approach him.  

 

1.  Open-Ended Mortgages are like leasing a car.  The owner of 360 State Street is still Bozzuto, Inc. And the HUD payments should be made out to Bozzuto.  Whether they are or not is another thing.  I get little cooperation from the manager, who just does as he is told on every single matter, and the Housing Authority is corrupted. They do not respond, they do not uphold their obligations, they break laws, break regulations.  They use continuous dishonest practices to serve the corruption which has blanketed this city for decades.  They are not held accountable - my presumption is a DEVIL’S CHESSBOARD arranngement; with dishonest people working at various levels to help the corruption along rather than just follow laws and regulations.  

2. The bottom line is, according to HUD, no mortgage can even be recognized unless there is a closing.  The only closing that took place was with BOZZUTO, INC.  

 

STATUS ON BILLING

1.  THEY CLAIM I NOW OWE  $819.90 yet I pay my Section 8 rent timely and they have no legal right to add more charges according to the HAP Contract THEY NEVER GAVE ME ACHECK FOR THE CREDITED BALANCE, WHICH MOST LIKELY SHOULD BE MORE, PARTICULARLY SINCE THEY ATTEMPTED TO EVICT ME IN 2019 AND I HAD TO PAY RENT THOUGHOUT THAT TIME DUE TO A CORRUPTED JUDGE WHO WAS SET TO EVICT ME EVEN THOUGH THE CASE HAD NO MERIT.  FORTUNATELY HE WAS PRESSURED BY GOOD ATTORNEYS WHO ENSURED HE DID HIS JOB FOR A CHANGE; AND HIS RECORDED MEMO OF DECSION REFLECTS THE CASE HAD NO MERIT.  IT SHOULD  NOT HAVE BEEN DOCKETED AND HE GOT HIS KICKS MILKING IT FOR WHAT IT WAS WORTH BEFORE HE EVICTED ME ILLEGALLY.  HIS LAST NAME, CORDANI, IS IRONICALLY THE SAME LAST NAME PRIOR MAYOR OF WATERBURY, PHIL GIORDANO USED AFTER HE WAS SENTENCED TO RAPING AND MOLESTING CHILD VICTIMS RIGHT IN HIS OFFICE OF THE MAYOR.  RATHER THAN GO TO PRISON AS HE WAS SENTENCED, HE BECAME THE CEO OF CIGNA, UNDER THE GUISE OF “DAN CORDANI” WITH MANY ON BOARD WITH MAKING HIM A FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE.  HIS ADAMS APPLE WAS OBVIOUSLY SHAVED TO SOFTEN HIS GRUFF VOICE.  I saw a video of him on YouTube and could clearly see the scar from the Adams Apple being shaved, I presume which took place some time after he was hired as CEO of CIGNA - who hired him?  Who did the background check?  Who interviewed him?  WTF! His profile is 100% equal to his prior pictures before and when he was arrested.  He has the audacity to use the same age and city (Waterbury, CT) as his home.  No one in the state’s government did any investigation; most likely turning their heads, already knowing it was Phil Giordano.  Prison Records indicated he was in two different prisons.  Same birthdate and same profile.  Most likely the records were frauded, etc.  Because I have shared this.  

a) They maintain ledger activity like an Excel Spreadsheet, which is FRAUDULENT according to accounting practices.  The billing is haphazzard, and they alter information every time I get a ledger.

b) $13,723.75 of fraudulent billing comprising of YEARS of aggravation, was credited back on 2/16/2023, describing it as “Amount at Take-over due to court” yet the office will not provide me any documentation or even explanation on what that means ON MY LEDGER.  They also indicated I owed $466.24 as a balance after this nefarious accounting ON THE CURRENT LEDGER THEY PRINTED - POSTED ON 2/16/2023

i. ON A PRIOR LEDGER THEY PRINTED, MY BALANCE WAS A CREDIT OF 201.76; AND ON 2/23/2023, THE BALANCE WAS A CREDIT OF 243.51 - THEY SHOULD HAVE OFFERED TO REMIT THAT TO ME!

ii. Instead, they haphazardly tacked on charges, despite the fact that I pay what I owe timely, which is $198.00

iii.  Water and Sewer fees were tacked on this current ledger yet stopped with no explanation and no correction.

iv. I am providing a previous ledger for comparison.  Unfortunately much of my paperwork gets stolen in my apartment through illegal entries.  That is the best I can do.

OTHER INCIDENCES OF THEFT

 

CONSPIRING WITH POLICE TO GET ME FALSELY ARRESTED

DATE:  2/4/2016

PURPOSE:  To get rid of me as a tenant, as I was discovering they were not compliant and had no intentions of being compliant with anything - as if they only planned on destroying the building at some point and gaining public sympathy, etc.  

 

 

FACTS:

1. Barack Obama created a financial agreement with Bozzuto, giving them millions of dollars in FREE MONEY and stipulating a number of  obligations by Bozzuto.  Two of those are:  

1. They have to have 50 Section 8 apartments.  The risk for Bozzuto is tenants may abuse the property, amenities, or be nuisances.  Additionally, they are less likely to profit from them with exorbitant prices; such as a very small bottle of ceramacoat, sold in the landlord office, cost $7; whereas even a much larger bottle, at least 4 times in volume, costs Less than $7 commercially.

2. They agree to hand over apartments as owned condos, if the Section 8 tenants live there for 20 years.  This may apply to all tenants as well.  I am not sure and since my apartment is vandalized on a “regular basis” the documents are gone.  

3. The financial agreement is NOT placed in the City Clerk file as it should be.  MOST LIKELY THEY TRASHED IT, which is typical fraud that Obama goes along with - even encourages.  

4. The agreement with BOZZUTO AND US GOV stated it could not be changed and remained in effect.

5.  BOZZUTO created foreign-owned MEPT, LLC to be dubbed the landlord when I moved here, WHICH WAS ILLEGAL.  MEPT was not accredited for real estate.  They also registered as a NON PROFIT.  They claimed to be collectors of the rent!  This $89 million building was ILLEGALLY QUIT CLAIMED FOR A DOLLAR TO ANOTHER ENTITY!

a) As an update, they quit claimed it to a different entity now! Was there any exchange to validate the other quit claim?  NO.  They use them like kleenexes.  

b) Though they said they fired Dragana LaCore, they now have Dragana LaCore managing the building again through SOM Living - and fraud records by getting all of the other Section 8 tenants to REAPPLY FOR TENANCY.  THEY SHOULD HAVE REFUSED.  THE HOUSING OFFICE SHOULD HAVE REFUSED TO PROCESS; YET THEY CONSPIRED INSTEAD.  I REFUSED TO TAKE PART IN IT AND THE MANAGER REFUSED TO EVEN PROVIDE ME  THE PACKET!  BECAUSE OF WHAT I ALREADY STATED AND HUD LAWS CITED, HE KNEW THIS WHOLE SITUATION WAS RECORDS FRAUD BUT WANTS TO KEEP HIS JOB SO HE DOES WHAT THEY TELL HIM TO DO, probably through a microchip or bluetooth headpiece, similar to what state police use.  

c) ALL OF THIS MESS IS UNBELIEVABLE.  BOZZUTO’S ARE OBVIOUSLY STILL THE OWNER AND THEY ATTEMPT TO HIDE BEHIND THE SKIRTS OF OTHERS.  THEY WASTE MONEY TO COVER UP RATHER THAN JUST ADMINISTER.

d) My checks are still made out to “360 State Street”.  They are prepaid Bank of America checks to ensure they deposit them. They tried to pull their “we lost the check” story as they have in the past, but I remained persistant with it and they “found” it and deposited it.  I discovered they had not deposited it.  

i. DEPOSITED CHECKS ARE NOT PLACED IN A BOZZUTO ACCOUNT. HISTORICALLY, THEY HAVE DEPOSITED THEM IN VARIOUS ACCOUNTS.  IT IS UNKNOWN IF THEY ARE STILL DOING THAT.  

 

MY EXPERIENCES IN BEING VIOLATED AS A TENANT

2. To summarize, since they are in the blogposts, I will say my apartment has been illegally entered many times, it has been vandalized to the point where they spread files all over my kitchen floor.  They kept telling me I could not move in because they did not have an inspection, knowing I gave my landlord 30 days’ notice, which greatly harmed me.  I rented a truck and Budget Truck Rental did not even give me a ramp and did not tell me.  They were closed when I got home and could not load the truck!  I am sure they did this for the corrupted underworld in this city.  They frame themselves, yet they also harmed me.  

3. Going to their parties always has a negative consequence so I do not attend their events.  Here they have all this money for fun and games, yet the back door of the lobby has needed repair since I moved here.  

4. MANY MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS HAVE NOT BEEN ATTENDED TO, INCLUDING THEIR REMOTELY TURNING OFF THE WASHING MACHINE JANUARY 2023 AND NEVER TURNING IT BACK ON. THEY HAVE VANDALIZED THE FIXTURES IN THE BATHROOM, REMOVING THE PIECES ON THE FAUCETS TO CAUSE THE WATER TO SPRAY OUT. THEY BROKE THE SHOWER PIECE.  THEY STOLE THE ROUTER I ORIGINALLY HAD INSTALLED (NOT KNOWING WIFI WAS ALREADY AVAILABLE AND THEY DID NOT TELL ME THIS, DESPITE HAVING A FEDERAL POVERTY LEVEL INCOME)

5. It is always stressful to leave because most likely they will invade my apartment.  

 

BBB COMPLAINT

 

I have been a tenant for over ten years and have had to contend with a lot of corruption here.  

 

CURRENT PROBLEMS:  overcharge of $819.90; never issuing me a check for a credited amount and instead erroneously billing me when I pay my rent timely every month.  I have a federal poverty level income and have had many problems from the Housing Authority, which is deliberately corrupted.  I requested a hearing.  I requested for them to call me since I do not have wifi and cannot access my email on my laptop.  They not only deliberately not call me but they sent a letter with a backdated date, so when I got the letter in the mail the date they scheduled the meeting had already transpired.  At that point, I realized there was no solution in communicating to them.  They are borderline domestic terrorists with their corruption.  Many things are broken in my apartment.  I have had to document it and the files were removed from my laptop - CYBER CRIME IS DEFINITELY ANOTHER PROBLEM.  This hate-method they enjoy is inhuman, depraved, and logically-speaking deprives society from going forward, being productive.  Conspiring with state police to get me arrested, calling my neighbors and telling them to stay in their apartments, setting me up for this officer who has killed unarmed people on the job before, was an obvious intention again on me.  They got the concierge supervisor to watch the video SPY system to let them know when I leave my apartment so they knew I could not call the FBI agent I keep in touch with and also apprehend me.  I saw the leave the elevator as I was going to the trash room, and I was going to use the computer room after that.  They deliberately went the opposite way, trying to obviously get me to rush to my apartment, setting me up for a “kill”.  I  had no idea they were there to hunt me down and their plan did not work.  My  police complaint was ignored, despite the fact the officer assaulted me.  Though they used technical tricks to alter THEIR recording of the arrest, it was obvious when logic was applied.  I did nothing to resist arrest, yet that officer Jon Naples impinged my shoulder, got me to scream and cry and then only said he would take me to the hospital.  I refused!  That was why he assaulted me; to use the hospital as another weapon.  They have almost killed me there at Yale Hospital and as I have pointed out, this corruption is organized crime - they all sleep in the same bed.

 

Even the first day moving in, someone illegally entered when I was taking extra possessions to a storage unit - and smashed a section of the tile out.  They had a contractor tell me he would charge $500 to fix it.  I was so close to asking him if he was the one who damaged it to begin with.  I found out later that this company gave contractors all the keys to the apartments.  I noticed the key machine was trashed and they were waiting for a replacement when I moved here.  Most likely these contractors made copies for themselves.  Poisoning my food has taken place.  I was on CIPRO for ten days on two occasions.  I got sick other times but since that doctor who was very helpful and understanding, actually removed me as a patient, I realized the corruption in this state made her do that.  

 

They have also obstructed my food in hopes to make me choke with foreign material, including glass.  

 

I do not consider the water here safe to drink, particularly since the manager expected us to use the water even when it was gray.  They obviously do not care about our safety or fulfill obligations as a landlord.  

 

They change office employees in the management office frequently, almost daily.  This interferes with being able for them to actually help on matters which may take more than a day. Most of them make great effort to help at this point, yet they have to rely on what they are told by higher management.  

 

The recent ledgers that were printed for me REMOVED THE UTILITIES USAGE, YET today’s employee in the management office said she expects to deliver it to the concierge before she finishes her shift.  

 

I will attach what I can when this complaint is submitted.  The documents will be listed, to ensure you have what I attach - they will be included in with my statement attached since you limit complaints online.  

 Attachments have to be done tomorrow, 1November2023.  Store is closing.
