1. All my files regarding the above were conveniently deleted by CYBER CRIME. The fact this landlord disrupted wifi amenity also deprived me of getting my rights. I found out a solution! It cost me $100 to peacefully counteract the CYBER CORRUPTION.
2. MAINTENANCE CORRUPTION. There has not been one maintenance call since I reported that your maintenance manager relieved himself in my trashcan in the bathroom! This was a discusting mess, yet he managed to go in a large ziploc bag. There was nothing in that bathroom trashcan that nearly resembled OR smelled like that. The door was 3/4 closed and he obviously did that when he told the TRAINEE who he was not even training, to get him a screwdriver, which he should have had! Most likely he texted the trainee to do something else or why he wanted it. Saying “my tip is broken” was no doubt a lie about his screwdriver. These washing machines are not old, not rusted out. The hardware on them are like new. The only time anyone came in my apartment while I was here was when the employee said he was going to open the washing machine.
a) He said the washing machine could not be turned on because the cord was broken - a lie!
b) This was 6 months after my full load was left in the washing machine, remotely turned off!
c) The underwear in that load were all marked up with black paint in the vaginal areas! Other clothes were untouched with black paint! They obviously drained out the water during an illegal entry, took the underwear out and marked them up with black paint, which is in the orange bucket in front of the washing machine!
d) A hacker just tried to alter this document! I am using the building wifi AMENITY. This is not a right to trespass on my computer, aka HACKING!

e) The maintenance employee obviously called the supervisor and had the washing machine remotely turned back on so he could get my clothes out! Though he claimed it had an electrical problem, he left it plugged in! It did not have an electrical problem anyway. Your maintenance employees lie, illegally enter, vandalize, and steal from my apartment!
3. Enclosed is my rent check for $198 - yet your office and/or the local Housing Office (which is very corrupted by the Director and those who work with her) reported to Social Services that they only get $93.20 from me in rent!
THAT, IN FACT IS WHAT I SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHARGED ALL THESE YEARS BECAUSE MY INCOME IS FEDERAL POVERTY LEVEL. I not only cited that law but also printed it in my prior emails and hand-carried communications.
4. None of this matters because the local government is run by SOCIALISM, not law-abiding, far from democracy. Close to the NAZI way of doing things. Including using police to bully harmless people like myself, even disabled - and I was assaulted by the officer who Dragana LaCore conspired with to get me arrested so the New Haven Housing Authority could use it as an excuse to have me evicted!
5. They also tried to evict me by sending me a notice to quit - FOR THEIR FRAUDULENT BILLING! The case had no merit and should not have even been docketed, yet SOCIALISM RULES! CORRUPTION RUILES!
6. This building never met standards regarding proper grounding of their work - to use it as another weapon to harm tenants, like myself! The Wifi was so immense, for so long! I did not know what the cause was, I have been under so much personal stress because of this landlord corruption since I moved here - beginning with cheating me out of $1,600 deposit from my prior apartment due to lying to me about being able to move in within a few days. 30 days went by! Dragana LaCore just said, “It’s out of my hands” which was another lie! People I hired to move in here stole from me even though I paid them $10/hr and even gave them some things!
7. THE SOCIALISM CONTINUED - the organized criminals got STORQUEST to purchase the storage facility which I had my personal property in, since this apartment is of my prior

one. And half the size of most of the Section 8 apartments which singles live in here in this building! We should all be treated the same! Any of my attempts to be friends with these people was intercepted by the landlord getting Dragana LaCore, et al to tell them not to have anything to do with me except talk to me in the halls. THIS IS NOT A GROUP HOME! These social games also are breach of the lease.
8. My apartment was not even inspected before I moved in, yet Dragana LaCore claimed that was causing the delay! The Director of New Haven Housing, a graduate of Yale University (covered by Yale Univ no matter how criminal her behavior is) only signed off on an inspection. Further, a message was sent to me about bogus SELF-INSPECTIONS. The corruption humors the corrupted! There is nothing in the law which allows such nonsense!
9. I have wasted much time and effort just trying to get my rights! Included in the vandalism is switching my bed boxspring from Queen size to KING size, to destabilize the bed. I have had to sleep on the floor for over a year! I have sent your office numerous communications regarding all this and you do nothing with an “It’s not my job” reply. Saying the maintenance is handled by a separate company - that SEPARATE COMPANY is the same company and none of it is operating legally. For South Oxford Management to obtain an $89 billion “open mortgage” on this property assessed for $2.2 billion (yet was altered in the assessment books, which of course, an investigator could easily determine they were not taxed for) is outright FRAUD, and I am sure the law was broken several times to get that to take place! Additionally, they got the New Haven Independent to report they sold the building to South Oxford Management for only $160 million! The writer didn’t care whether he was truthful or not because he serves SOCIALISM. That is where the money is in this city, in this state.

10. It is not up to me to sort all this out and determine who did what and why. I am a tenant who has suffered BREACH OF CONTRACT by this landlord since I moved here. Not having maintenance fix anything is typical ABUSE. Vandalizing my apartment is typical ABUSE, CRIME. Stealing is typical CRIME. People tell me to get a security system using my $15,000/year annual income - which would not even work anyway because I would have to rely on the local internet, which the landlord has rule over! Hacking whoever they want! As already stated in prior

messages, I had a router installed - it was stolen and replaced with an old router which not only did not work but was an even more threat to my health! I stopped the service!
11. There is no justice in this lawless state. The best liar wins. The Bar Association brags about it - publicizes when an attorney firm “wins” over a million dollar injury settlement for a hospital bill that was less than $2,000 - using fear porn, aka lies. False medical reports, and more! And people who are really hurt, almost killed, get next to nothing because I do not fit their criminal profile. And even my own uncle fraudulently used my social security number on a purchase of a Mercedes Benz to evade taxes and US Customs tariffs! He stalked me here, a brother stalked me here, people from my past stalked me here - this place, including the Housing Authority have no right to invade my life, no right to steal and vandalize my apartment. I have only expected them to do their damn jobs! I DO NOT CONSIDER ANY OF THEM MY FRIEND. NOT BY A LONGSHOT.
12. I have to state all this because it is obvious that they invade my life behind my back, telling people they know all about me, we’re friends. This has further closed social doors for me to even have a real life here.

ADDITIONAL PROBLEMS WHICH MAY OR MAY NOT BE DOCUMENTED

1. Note, I was not able to drop off this document yesterday due to CYBER CRIME. IT WAS AN ALL-DAY, ALL-NIGHT PROBLEM, which I am still recovering from.
2. PEST CONTROL NOTICE. Your office claimed maintenance were going to treat for Pest Control on Jan 10. Not that I consider that useful in any stretch of the imagination, I knew I had to stay home and I did! They did not enter my apartment, they did not knock on my door. They did not call me!
3. In fact, I have had no maintenance service for over a year and I still see evidence of vandalizing, theft!
4. All my plants were destroyed from substances they were placing in the dirt. VISIBLE as a white powdery substance, which I have no clue what they did but it killed the plants. I now watch the two plants I have, changing the dirt 75% of the time when I have to leave and return, because the white substance is in the dirt again. They also cut leaves off my aloe plant to kill it. I was able to prune it and it recovered.
5. My windows are almost always a mess! All because you do not use the dehydrators! They are sopping wet and I have to wipe off mold that grows as a result!
6. I have no more time to invest in this. Certainly this has taken a great deal of time as it is and I am sure it will not matter because SOCIALISM is so deep in this city and state.
7. Yet I am retaining this for my records to share with others. Before my files are again remotely deleteted by CYBER CRIME.

As a Follow-up, 3/2/2024, which will not be given attention to by this landlord, since they fail to respond or meet with me EVER:
SIGNIFICANT TO THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED TO ME ON THIS VERY DAY I SUBMITTED THE LETTER.
MY APARTMENT WAS VANDALIZED! This is not out of the ordinary, since they vandalize it frequently - yet the immensity it was vandalized WAS the significant issue. It took 4 hours just to clean under the sink in my kitchen - that was not the only thing they did and they planted things which did not belong to me as well as stole more from me! For instance, my Gugenhein sheers are missing - I had purchased them a few months ago, saving to use for when I hope to get out my sewing projects, yet I am frequently intercepted by CRIMINAL ACTIVITY; and am unable to make enough space to work on my sewing at this point.
There is no point in submitting this to the landlord management here because they do nothing!
The billing is fraudulent - they do not comply with HUD regulations - and neither does the local housing authority!
The Housing Authority sent me a backdated letter informing me that they scheduled a hearing on a day that had already passed! I SUBMITTED A HEARING REQUEST MONTHS BEFORE THAT! What is the use? They are so corrupted here, and life is hell! I cannot even go for a walk here! It is way too dangerous. Walking to the post office is a frequent risk, due to the fact they illegally enter my apartment and vandalize it! I was sick for three months - and what caused it was obviously taking a sip of water left in a water bottle, which they obviously rigged. Had I taken a large drink of it, most likely I would be dead!
They switched my toothbrushes and I did not realize it - placing a toothbrush that I clean with where the toothbrushes I use to brush my teeth. I had already eaten, which is why I was brushing my teeth. I violently threw up an hour later!
There is no point in requesting portability in this housing jurisdiction because there is no jurisdiction! This local housing authority is corrupted and they use “Stupid as a weapon”.
Numerous expenses have resulted due to this corrupted landlord who makes my apartment as unsafe as possible! I would not even be able to use my laptop on wifi, had it not been for purchasing a $100 extender from Best Buy because they blocked wifi from me! Telling me that only maintenance can use that wifi network, with an exclusive password is beyond stupid! The maintenance manager relieved himself in my bathroom while he told his “trainee” to go get him a screwdriver because “my tip is broken” - which is obviously a code for something and my guess is that it refers to something sexual because that is the mindset of many here. Most likely Dragana LaCore was a hooker in Ukraine. They said she was fired back in 2016-2017 yet they reinstated her and she was trying to claim to be the owner! They got one person to report they sold this $2.2 BILLION assessed building for $160 MILLION! No doubt they cooked their books! The reporter should have validated what he reported. I sent him an email saying he obviously wrote that article because they paid him off! I will print it and include with this document!
The building is /was assessed at $2.2 billion in the city assessor’s office, yet they have a MORTGAGE - not a business loan - for $89 BILLION!
THERE WAS NO CLOSING AND YET THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY, SOM LIVING (Taking on a British name of South Oxford Management Living, though the company is based in USA) obtained the money! How can that even happen? THERE WAS NO CLOSING ON THE BUILDING Yet the local Housing Authority conspired with management here to FORCE me to reapply as a tenant, saying “You have a new owner” . I said, “The owner, NOT ME, has to seek approval by HUD - read your stinking laws!” I refused to submit any REQUEST FOR TENANCY PACKET and they will continue to fraud however they can and most likely get away with it because the judges here are so corrupted!
And the corrupted technocracy help them by stealing my files, by deleting my files, by corrupting my files! I have shown you one example of a corrupted file - all rigged by Microsoft!
THE REDISTRIBUTION OF WEALTH AGENDA IS FULLY ACTIVATED AND IS CRIMINAL!
I am not preparing this as a form of entertainment! Notice what Social Services has documented as my rent cost! My food stamps has been greatly decreased and they are trying to force me to fall for the fraudulent SOCIAL SECURITY “We will give you $3,300 a month” scam that is plastered all over YouTube - by various insurance agents - who pays for the ads? How can this money be allocated? Were they promised “crime treats” by going along with this scam for the USGov? I may go to Social Security to inquire yet I had mentioned it the last time my wallet was stolen at Elm City Market, which is a store in this same building, which generally has good people yet the crooked ones are most terrible and I have had it with my wallet being stolen there! They even stole my purse and a Bozzuto told the manager not to give me my purse without checking my ID, which was in the purse! And he told the manager he could not open my purse because it was a violation of my privacy! This was way more than absurd! The manager said, “I know her, I do not need an ID” and handed my purse to me. I am sure he would have checked the purse to make sure it belonged to me, as a matter of professional procedure, but the Bozzuto Bozo was there saying nonsense.
For over ten years I have lived here and have been greatly harmed by this organized crime! Police are all in on it! They delete police records! They try to arrest me! They conspire with state police who did falsely arrest me and had assaulted me, a disabled person, and probably would have killed me but their plan going the opposite direction in the hallway only made them look stupid in my opinion. They wanted me to run back to my apartment so they could hit me with a lethal taser force, then say it was a defect in the weapon! That officer, Jon Naples, had actually killed two unarmed people while he was on duty and got away with it both times, so I am sure he would have had he killed me! I cannot run! Walking is even difficult!
This is a very unsafe place for me! This society is not conducive to helping others - they take care of themselves and feed the corrupted leaders who run it. I lived in the same dynamic in upstate NY and clearly knew that organized crime was what run that government. My father warned me of this. I tried to survive despite that but when your own brother cheats you out of $30,000 and you find out your uncle is obviously a CIA operative, and see your father be greatly harmed whenever he confronts the corruption, it results in a no-solution situation! Siblings only cared about feeding the beurocracy. Not my rights. They preferred to lie about me because it was easier for them. My computer is being hacked repeatedly here - most likely the Microsoft shills popping up files to interfere with my finishing this - WHICH WILL NOT OPEN IN MY FILES, and only exists because it was in the history of Microsoft Word’s app. I will not get Microsoft 360! I do not have the support system to repeatedly demand they provide the service only and stop abusing power - it is criminal what they do - it is criminal what the TECHNOCRACY does! I was threatened by Elon Musk on Twitter! I do not know any of these people personally or have I ever communicated to them - except for Amazon administration, which was to no avail because they conspired with the fraudulent billing of SYNCHRONY BANK to claim I owed when in actuality I overpaid! They also had an attorney testify,which is illegal! They deliberately do whatever they want because the law doesn’t matter here! And when the attorney said, “She was paying $30 a month since 2013 and just stopped in 2016” describing me as being deliberately delinquent when she had already testified my balance due was $750! I said, “Do the math! I overpaid!” The “Exhibits” they submitted were literally all blank pages with just my name at the top! I motioned to remove them for logical reasons, I motioned to dismiss the case since they completed a form claiming I owed HOSPITAL BILLS. None of it mattered! I said, “What does this court even do as a job? They are supposed to validate the form, of all documents, and they should not have even docketed it!” Yet from looking at various other cases, I saw they were doing the same thing - describing them as HOSPITAL BILLS - NO DOUBT TO HELP BOOST YALE-NEW HAVEN HOSPITAL FUNDING using FRAUD! The hospital is corrupt to the core and that is why they keep their dishonest CEO, who just blinks an eye when people are medically murdered there.
This is all I can type. I am fortunate that these cyber criminals have not returned to cyber hack me, etc. Very likely they will probably just figure the document will disappear anyway, as a file.
I thought I would be safer typing this by being offline, yet this is not printing, and as mentioned, obviously Microsoft hackers were interfering because they are the ones who have the access ILLEGALLY, through their app! I will keep trying to print this!

I had to create a new string of emails because nothing showed when I searched for the subject on this account. Even though I copy it to that email.
Attached pictures reflect the pictures I took, discovering where the plastic I was obviously poisoned with - came from: my mixer. The last thing I ate before I got sick with a stomach and intestinal infection was a mixture of salsa and beans and other seasonings. I USED MY MIXER. I can't say I feel comfortable with what he did, forgiving the man who tried to kill him, when the man did not even ask for forgiveness, but it seemed to work out. The 19-year old who tried to kill me by slamming his 20-ton sander truck, filled with sand, head-on into my car, called my father and said he was sorry when I had a 50-50 chance to live. My mother was already planning my funeral and probably images of money dancing in her head, because she signed the $750,000 when I was in a coma. My father said he would not have allowed her to sign it if he was there. My mother wanted money. And darn, I lived. And siblings were trying to line me up for money, like I was Santa Clause. My brother even asked me how much I would give him for visiting me in ICU - and I was angry. He then said he was just kidding. He was the one who forced my father to die, bragging he lied to me so he could make him die, he wasn't useful to us anymore.
At the pre-trial hearing, Perry Hyde even laughed and my attorney didn't even care. I snapped at him and asked if he was trying to kill me. My attorney promptly told me to be quiet. I said, "Well you are not saying anything - look at him, he is laughing. He thinks it is all a joke!"

This is really hard to type notes on due to the corrupted formatting. Additionally, Microsoft Windows sent me a message regarding updates AGAIN. I watched a video involving a Justice Neville in Australia. The killer confessed to brutally massacring the mother and three children! He used drugs as part of his routine life and no doubt the judge has "invested" and the only thing he cares about is protecting his wealth. DECIDE FOR YOURSELF!

My other leg was crushed and put in traction. Both knees were broken. Yet they got media to report I had one broken leg, that's it. I also had 6 broken ribs. Your luxury home had to have a 24-hour video system...and he completely made up another lie about his neighbor hitting his chest with a shovel and breaking 6 ribs! If that was the case, he would be in the hospital with probably pleural effusion! I was on life support, I was told, but was taken off and monitored. I could not get out of bed for 3 1/2 months.
My siblings were disconnected from the reality and could have cared less about my rights. I couldn't do anything until I got out of the hospital - and was on crutches for 3 months, with only $50/week income from "your generous employer is giving you disability payments" said the attorney, who made the case a NO-FAULT case rather than AT-Fault since the sander truck driver was at fault and issued a ticket at the scene, which my attorney, Frederick Kendall, could have cared less about because he was so tied to organized crime. And he managed to get $90,000 for the mayor's daughter, who just chipped her knee in a car accident and their home was filled with all kinds of phys therapy apparatus, paid by INSURANCE, and she was also going to physical therapy. Her hospital stay was 10 days. They rigged it to get me to date a farmer to make things go THEIR way. He was cousin to that mayor and he brought me to their house WHEN THEY WERE NOT EVEN HOME; THEY LEFT THE HOUSE UNLOCKED! Obviously rigged and when I saw all that knowing she only chipped her knee, I commented about the fakeness of it all! Our relationship was not blossoming. I had no income; the attorneys wanted me to be dependent on the farmer, to get me out of the way. He was nice, yet my life was so filled with turmoil and trauma and I just got angry enough I broke it off with him. He downplayed the FACT that sander truck driver wanted to murder me. I found him non-supportive, even dependant on that mayor etc for their business needs, I am sure. I had family that cared only about when I was going to get my money, as my brother would say - not my father. He had seen so much corruption and even explained that attorney's brother paid a hit man to kill the President of Chile because he refused to sell Pepsi in his country. I have shared this much in my blogs. For years, I contended with family telling me "Why don't you just forget about it? It doesn't matter anymore" as if I could carry on in life and never have any rights, including partial disability, no nothing. So I tried to prove I was better than them. Yet the fact is, they can kill. They can commit all kinds of crimes, and even my own uncle stole my SSN to use when he purchased a Mercedes Benz, to ruin my credit, sabatoge me, and also not pay for taxes and tariffs in the thousands of dollars! Obviously a CIA man because the bank did nothing, though they admitted it WAS my SSN. The deal already went through, so they probably changed it back to cook the books. I found out because I was trying to get a furniture loan. How dare me, after all - I MEANT NOTHING TO NO ONE, except as a commodity. And forcing me to not work was their way of "loving" me, I needed a vacation, a respit. Which was a lie, they just wanted to manipulate as if I was still in the hospital bed, and resented any achievement I ever made since none of them were college-bound like I was. But I learned from my father to forgive and forget - why? Dad was killed by my brother and a pedophile priest and a Lockheed Martin Couple who he was so afraid of, he said "I don't want any trouble from them" ....someone just deleted my typing and I had to retype!
How can a pedophile priest get away with poisoning a harmless, loving dad, like he did to my father? I knew he was a pedophile when I met him, his behavior reeked of it! My father told me to leave him a letter to stay away from his home, from him, from me. He broke into my father's home when I was at the nursing home doing what I could to help him. Meantime, my relatives made sure I was not going to get unemployment "because they loved me" WTF!!!
UI said my file was lost! I was penniless and overdrawing my account. I did not ask my father for anything, but stayed in his apartment. My brother was slandering me behind my back, telling the medical personnel I slept around, I wasn't necessarily at Dad's apartment, and Dad sexually assaulted me when I was a kid! My father did nothing of the sort and was a very modest man! He loved kids and joined the fathers at the small church we attended and had a minister ordered to leave that night or they would press charges of child molestation because one reported it in detail. As it turned out, he was a serial molester.
My other brother molested my younger sister and when my father found out, he almost had a nervous breakdown! This was nothing we were brought up with. The neighbor down the street was giving him psychotropes and frankly, I think CIA had much to do with it. To make his brother in VA look like "the good one". And when I didn't die like they wanted, since they made money on sex trafficking, it may be they went after my uncle's son to get his life insurance policy or/and punish him for not making sure I would die. My father just always spoke well of him and that was that. Yet he refused to move the family to that area - fully knowing the corruption was a cesspool there and he had a better chance to raise his family right out in the country.
Maybe sharing this will help someone. I live day to day, wondering what they will do to me next, not having any sense of safety around me since they took down the phone of the FBI agent I was able to leave messages for, regarding concerns, etc. I still do not know where he is! I hope he is okay, I hope this country is able to rid ourselves of this corruption! Jeff Sessions took down the largest crime ring in history, ALPHA BAY, with his collaborators in other countries. The FBI had tens of thousands of sealed indictments. Jeff Sessions requested military support to make the arrest sting, and Donald Trump refused, and later fired Jeff Sessions! After all, Trump was no doubt part of this underground crime ring and he was being loyal to what mattered, crime!

Back to the Russell Story...Shirley Russell left her husband Jan 1989. They had an on-base quarters. Her husband was still a Captain when she left him and left the base to an unkown location. Could he have known about what really happened, that Robert T Morris, an obvious CIA operative, destroyed all the computers in December 1988?
Robert had to move off base as well. Cpt Russell was "in charge of all needs of the support battalion" not saying what her title was. Most likely she was adjutant. Ltc James Hodges was her direct boss. Maybe they will say more about who was the command staff there. The only time I saw Quantico was when my father brought the family to Washington, DC - that was some tr5ip and my father must have been exhausted! I don't even think we stayed at his brother's home, Dad brought us all back that night. That trip was long. But my father probably took Rt 3, the shorter way. My uncle insisted I take the longer way, not realizing there was a shorter way, and his niece Cindy, who could do no wrong and thought she was hot stuff, and the last thing she wanted to talk about is eradicating corruption, also insisted the longer route. I discovered the shorter route on my way back, when I left his his house permanently, unable to secure work because he REFUSED TO LET ME, after all, he needed to use my SSN to fraud purchase papers and save himself thousands of dollars! Cindy wanted me to give her a ride back to Upstate NY when I had been there long enough for my uncle to rig the purchase of the Mercedes, obviously. Why didn't she just drive herself? I knew that was a signal they did not want me around. I am honest. I am against corruption!
The largest loss of casualties in the Kuwait War in 1990 was DIVARTY barracks - FRIENDLY FIRE! My friend Laurie, who was the wife of one of the two PA's that oversaw all operations of medical needs, for a division that had at least 6,000 troops, called me crying about it. She said Frank would send me a letter, which he did. He did not tell me who died and I never knew and realized this was an internal murder - something the CIA were always known for. That horror must have traumatized Frank forever! All my letters, all my personal belongings were stolen here in Connecticut, rigged by the spineless nobody's who only wanted to take everything, what little I had, from me, just like my siblings, some way more than others. Including a poetry book I had written, over 300 poems hand written and this socially engineered state had someone mimick my work at a class I took and it was too obvious they showed her my book and probably said the person who wrote it died. I hope you can underrstand why I want no recognition. I am just someone who hates corruption, and knows the constant harm of it and will expose it for the sake of humanity.
The concept of Shirley Russel coming from a poor background , a black woman, is emphasized. It is a stigma that politicians created to give a fake assurance that minorities have rights. I agree with the people who say, MINORITIES? Who is a minority? Most black people actually have NATIVE heritage here in this country, which means they were here first. Nevertheless, we are supposed to be a civil society and people should only be categorized as qualified or unqualified in the working world.
The film indicates that Cpt Russell had a "friendship" with the Ltc, based on "mutual respect". Frankly, I consider that a red flag that it would even be stated. "Hodges knew her marriage was in trouble" another red flag...
