They not only make the tool bar disappear so I can post more on my blogpost, but they change it from "compose" to "html", which is not legible. I don't - they do! And now claim that if I so dare change it to a legible view, they will obviously have a chance to alter it! And Blogger is blocking my ability to upload screenshots here! They have been pulling this for about 2 weeks! "insert image" is disabled! - posted 2/7/2024 .....I will copy and paste the email....Note, I put my complaint in an email as well because of CYBER CRIME. BELOW IS MY INTEGRATED RESPONSE TO T-MOBILE'S RESPONSE. I HAD NO IDEA THEY ISSUED A RESPONSE. I SUBMITTED THE COMPLAINT THROUGH MY PHONE AND. EXPECTED A NOTIFICATION TO MY PHONE NUMBER, PARTICULARLY SINCE THEY KNEW WIFI AMENITY WAS BLOCKED BY LANDLORD SINCE JANUARY 2023.
UPDATE 10/25/2023: FOLLOWING THAT, I HAVE COPIED AND PASTED MY REVISED RESPONSE. COMMENTS ADDED; I DON'T BELIEVE I CHANGED ANYTHING IN THE RESPONSE SUBMITTED YESTERDAY.
JUST A CYBER TRICK TO DISRUPT MY ABILITY TO DEFEND MY RIGHTS!

THIS MESSAGE WAS NOT OPENED UNTIL 10/24 AND NO ONE CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW AN ANSWER WAS ISSUED. GMAIL BLOCKS MY EMAIL ON MY PHONE, AS I HAD EXPLAINED TO BBB IN CONNECTICUT. I ALSO EXPLAINED MY WIFI AMENITY WAS STOPPED BY MY LANDLORD BACK IN JANUARY 2023; THEY USED EXCUSES: 1) WE CHANGED SERVICES, 20) WE ARE UNDERGOING CONSTRUCTION, 2) THE NEW SERVICE WILL NOT LET US HAVE WIFI ON 7TH FLOOR
THE CONSTRUCTION WAS IN PART DUE TO THEIR FAILURE TO GROUND RADIOWAVE ACTIVITY, WHICH HAS MADE ME VERY SICK AND CAUSED ME TO GET CUSTOMIZED CURTAINS FOR ONE WINDOW AND I NEED TO GET THEM FOR MY OTHER WINDOW YET CANNOT AFFORD IT. THE COMPANY I PURCHASED THEM FROM IS AWARE OF THE LANDLORD BEING ORDERED TO CONSTRUCT PROPER GROUNDING, ETC. WHICH REDUCED THE RADIOWAVE ACTIVITY TO LEVELS THAT ARE TOLERABLE. AND OBVIOUSLY PISSED OFF THE LANDLORD FOR HAVING TO COMPLY.
DISRUPTING MY ABILITY TO ACCESS WIFI FOR MY PERSONAL NEEDS IS JUST ANOTHER CYBER CRIME TO AID AND ABET THE ONES WHO HAVE GREATLY HARMED ME, INCLUDING THE SECTION 8 LANDLORD. THEY ALL ARE IN BED WITH EACHOTHER FOR THE SAME REASON: GREED, FRAUD, RACKETEERING, CYBER CRIME. THAT IS MY OBSERVATION.

T-Mobile USA, Inc. (“T-Mobile”) is in receipt of your correspondence dated September 28, 2023, regarding the above-referenced account. Please be advised we have made attempts to contact Anne Bradley, which have proven unsuccessful. Therefore, we will make every effort to address Anne Bradley’s concerns within this letter.
T-Mobile regrets to hear of Anne Bradley’s billing concerns and we appreciate the opportunity to respond. T-Mobile records reflect Anne Bradley activated their account on June 2, 2021. The mobile number ending in 9131 was subscribed to our Magenta 55 Plus for $50.00 per month including taxes and fees. The Mobile Internet number ending in 8562 was subscribed to our Magenta Tablet rate plan for $65.00 per month. It is important to note that Anne Bradley received a $40.00 tablet plus voice bill credit for the line ending in 8562, while a voice line was active.
Additionally, the mobile number ending in 9131 was subscribed to our optional Protection 360 handset protection feature for $9.00 plus tax per month. The mobile number ending in 9131 was subscribed to our Scam Shield Premium feature for $4.00 plus tax per month. As such, the monthly recurring service charges were updated to $93.00 plus applicable tax per month.
In addition to the monthly recurring charges, between the dates of June 2, 2021, through October 20, 2021, Anne Bradley purchased the below equipment using our Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) offering.
A Moxee Tablet. At the time of purchase, Anne Bradley was not required to remit a down payment and agreed to a series of 24 monthly installments of $7.00. Anne Bradley received Recurring Device Credits (RDC) of $7.00 per month as part of the 2021 Connected Device P2 promotion. The monthly equipment installments were reduced to zero dollars per month while maintain eligibility.
A Samsung A32 handset. At the time of purchase, Anne Bradley was not required to remit a down payment, and they agreed to a series of 2 4 monthly installments of $11.75. Anne Bradley received RDCs of $11.75 per month as part of the 2021 Samsung Trade P7 promotion. The monthly equipment installments were reduced to zero dollar per month while maintaining eligibility.
An Apple iPhone 13 handset. was required to remit a down payment of $49.99 and the agreed to a series of 243 monthly installments of $31.25.
Please note if an account cancels with an open EIP balance, promotional offers are unenrolled, and the remaining balance is accelerated and becomes due with the final billing statement. This information gets disclosed within the EIP agreement provided at the time of purchase.
Anne Bradley’s account was billed by a system known as “bill current.” This means charges for Anne Bradley’s rate plan are billed in advance of the service being provided and become due within that billing cycle. Anne Bradley’s billing cycle runs from the 3rd of one month through the 2nd of the next month. Notice of the monthly recurring charges and feature charges are available on or around the 6th of the month, and those charges are then due on or around the 23rd. If during that billing cycle Anne Bradley had any usage charges, such as international calling or third-party downloads, the respective charges would be reflected on the next month’s statement, as obviously we cannot predict those charges in advance.
The billing statement dated March 2, 2023, reflected a balance owed in the amount of $125.31 which included monthly service charges, equipment installments, and discounts from March 3, 2023, through April 2, 2023. On March 16, a payment was remitted in the amount of $125.31 reducing the balance due to zero dollars.
The billing statement dated April 2, 2023, reflected a balance owed in the amount of $125.27 which included monthly service charges, equipment installments, and discounts from April 3, 2023, through May 2, 2023. On April 5, 20203, a payment was remitted in the amount of $125.27 reducing the balance due to zero dollars.
On April 5, 2023, Anne Bradley contacted Customer Care and requested a billing cycle change. Customer Care removed the Scam Shield Premium feature for $4.00 plus tax per month from mobile number ending in 9131, enrolled the account in AutoPay, and changed the billing cycle where the billinng cycle will close on the 12th beginning the next billing cycle.
FALSE! T-Mobile did not process my payment at the recurring time, which was on or about the 25th of the month - THEY, not me, switched that payment time from the first week of the month to that time and refused to change it when I requested it to be restored to the first week of the month! I had to endure that for over a year.
When I called in April, I was told I was now on autopay and they said my monthly charge would be the same as what they took out of my account during that call.
In May, they ESTABLISHED autopay, CHARGING ME $43.77, TELLING ME THAT MY MONTHLY AUTOPAY WOULD BE $75 AND A CENT AMOUNT, WHICH I DO NOT REMEMBER. I AM WORKING ON VERIFYING IT NOW. IT CERTAINLY WAS NOT THE SAME AS MY DELTA DENTAL PAYMENT, NOR DID I CLAIM IT WAS. I AM BEING BULLIED. MY APARTMENT IS VANDALIZED ON A CONTINUOUS BASIS, MY POSSESSIONS WERE STOLEN BY STORQUEST AFTER THEY ILLEGALLY TERMINATED MY LEASE WHEN MY PAYMENT WAS NOT EVEN DELINQUENT FOR A DAY, LET ALONE TWO MONTHS, ACCORDING TO THE CONTRACT - THEY CANNOT TERMINATE IT OTHERWISE!
I called to ask why TMobile did not process my payment in June, AS MY COMPLAINT SPECIFIED. EVERYTHING WAS ON THE COMPLAINT. WHY THE BBB DID NOT COMPLETE THE COMPLAINT WITH THE DETAILED INFORMATION PROVIDED IN THE COMPLAINT, IS PERPLEXING - THAT PORTION DID NOT SHOW ON MY PHONE AT THE TIME I SUBMITTED THE COMPLAINT. IT IS CLEARLY SOMETHING THAT THE BBB HAS TO COMPLETE OR NEFARIOUSLY ADDED TO ALLUDE I DID NOT COMPLETE THE INFO.
DUE TO ALL THE TECHNOCRACY TRICKS ONLINE, IT DOES NOT SURPRISE ME THAT YOUR OFFICE HAS ENTERED THE SAME AMOUNT I PAY FOR MY DENTAL INSURANCE EACH MONTH - TO CONFUSE THE COMPLAINT. I DID NOT ENTER THAT AMOUNT!
FUTURE BILLING CYCLE RUNNING AT THE END OF THE MONTH? I TRIED TO GET THE BILLING CYCLE TO BE THE FIRST WEEK OF THE MONTH, LIKE THEY SET UP WHEN I BECAME A CUSTOMER. THEY ABUSED ME TO NO END, INCLUDING OVERBILLING. YET VIOLATING THE AUTOPAY WAS THE ULTIMATE! THEY ALSO TURNED MY SERVICE OFF! THEY DID THAT THE SAME MONTH THEY REFUSED TO PROCESS THE AUTOPAY! SO I GOT A NEW SERVICE SINCE THEY JEOPARDIZED MY SAFETY. It is all in my complaint!
CALLS THAT T-MOBILE MADE WERE IN EXCESS OF THREE MONTHS FROM WHEN THEY ILLEGALLY BROKE THE AUTOPAY, ILLEGALLY ADDED CHARGES, ILLEGALLY CHARGED ME RESTORATION OF ACCOUNT, ETC! I remind you also that I was injured on my way to Storquest, in June - due to Storquest sending me a backdated letter telling me they would be auctioning off my possessions yet they made sure I did not get the letter until AFTER THEY AUCTIONED OFF MY POSSESSIONS! The office lied to me about them still being there. They said they could only tell me that because that is what the corporate office restricted them to say. I was not shown any proof - and when I accessed their next auction, my possessions were not there, as they said they would be!
The corporate office did absolutely nothing, including failure to appear on the small claim against them.
All of this technocratic bullying on me, on my life, has been ORGANIZED CRIME, CYBER BULLYING - VALIDATING THAT THE SPINLELESS LIARS WIN BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE TO BE ACCOUNTABLE SINCE THEY HAVE THE POWER TO FRAUD!
As such, Anne Bradley’s future billing cycle runs from the 13th of one month through the 12th of the next month. Notice of the monthly recurring charges and feature charges are available on or around the 16th of the month, and those charges are then due on or around the 5th. These changes were set to be effective on the next billing statement.
WHAT T-MOBILE DID WAS LIE. MY PAYMENTS WERE TAKEN OUT THE LAST WEEK OF THE MONTH. THEY FRAUDED SINCE I HAD TO CHANGE BANKS DUE TO FRAUD BY THE UPPER MANAGEMENT, PLACING LIES ON MY ACCOUNT TO DISRUPT MY COMMUNICATING TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHO WOULD ARGUE, “IT SAYS RIGHT HERE” …. I STOPPED THE AUTO DEPOSIT IN MARCH. MY CARD WAS CLOSED. MY ACCOUNT ONLY REMAINED OPEN FOR A MONTHLY PAYMENT TO PROCESS - THE LAST PAYMENT OF FOOD WHICH I DID NOT EVEN GET. I PAID FOR THREE MONTHS’ SUPPLY IN THREE MONTHLY CHARGES; I ONLY GOT TWO WEEKS!
I WILL HAVE TO SUBMIT THIS THROUGH EMAIL AND MOST LIKELY REVISE IT AND SUBMIT A REVISION WITH MORE DETAILS.
AS A REMINDER, WIFI AMENITY WAS ERRONEOUSLY REMOVED BY THE LANDLORD; ANOTHER PROBLEM WITH CORRUPTION, WHICH I PLAN TO SUBMIT TO YOUR OFFICE. IT IS CONSTANT CORRUPTION IN CONNECTICUT! THEY LOVE BULLYING ME, THEY TRY TO KILL ME EVEN. THEY POISON MY FOOD IN MY APARTMENT, THEY OBSTRUCT MY FOOD, PLACING THINGS IN MY FOOD TO CAUSE ME TO CHOKE. I HAVE BEEN FORTUNATE TO FIND THEM FOR THE MOST PART YET ALMOST CHOKED TO DEATH ON A LARGE PIECE OF ALOE, THE SIZE OF A STRING BEAN, IN MY SOUP. I USE ALOE FOR INJURIES, NOT TO INJEST! IT IS CAREFULLY, SAFELY MADE TO DIGEST BY VIVI BUBBLE TEA. THAT IS THE ONLY TIME I INJEST IT.
Please note, our optional AutoPay service provided a monthly discount of $5.00 per line. AutoPay automatically deducts the balance owed on the account approximately two to three days prior to the bill due date using a stored credit card, debit card or checking account supplied by the customer. Customers continue to receive notifications that reflect the balance due as well as a notation that the account is on AutoPay.
AUTO PAY WAS ESTABLISHED IN MAY; AS STATED IN MY COMPLAINT! THEY ADJUSTED WHAT I HAD TO PAY, ASSURING ME THAT MY MONTHLY PAYMENT WOULD BE $74.57 - NOT $75.54, WHICH WAS ALTERED BY CYBER CRIME, TO EQUAL WHAT I PAY DELTA DENTAL INSURANCE! ALL CYBER TRICKS! I DID NOT CATCH IT, I COULD NOT PRINT ANYTHING AND THE STRAIN ON MY EYES AND MANIPULATING THE SCREEN, ETC - CAUSE A DYNAMIC OF MANIPULATION, FRAUD, ABUSE OF POWER - NOT ADDRESSING THE TRUTH!
The billing statement dated May 2, 2023, reflected a balance owed in the amount of $43.77 scheduled to debit via AutoPay on May 21, 2023, which included monthly service charges, the last and equipment installments, and discounts from May 3, 2023, through May 12, 2023. On May 7, 2023, a payment was remitted in the amount of $43.77 reducing the account balance to zero dollars.
The billing statement dated May 13, 2023, reflected a balance owed in the amount of $79.57 scheduled to debit via AutoPay on June 3, 2023. The new charges included the monthly recurring services from May 13, 2023, through June 12, 2023.
THEY DID NOT TAKE OUT THE AUTOPAY OF $74.57 IN JUNE!
THEY REFUSED TO CORRECT IT! THEY REFUSED TO EVEN PROCESS THE PAYMENT! THEY AGREED I STILL HAD AUTOPAY! THIS UNENROLLED FROM AUTOPAY IS A LIE! THUS, WHY THEIR ATTEMPT TO CAPTURE A DIFFERENT AMOUNT, $207.39 - WAS RETURNED TO ME. MY BANK WAS INFORMED THAT T-MOBILE TERMINATED MY SERVICE ERRONEOUSLY, THEN TRY TO TAKE THIS MONEY OUT AFTER I HAD TO GET A NEW SERVICE BECAUSE THEY STOPPED MY SERVICE! I WENT TO TWO STORES AND THEY AGREED I WAS STILL ON AUTOPAY IN JUNE! YET THEY REFUSED TO PROCESS IT. THE FIRST STORE MANAGER THREATENED TO CALL POLICE IF I DID NOT LEAVE AND I WAS JUST THERE AS A CUSTOMER SEEKING A SOLUTION. THAT WAS A THREAT TO COVER UP FOR THEIR CYBER GANGSTALKING. THE SECOND STORE, IN NORTH HAVEN, TOLD ME “WE DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH BILLING. WE DO NOT TAKE PAYMENTS.” I SAID THAT WAS FALSE, BUT REALIZED THERE WAS NO SOLUTION. T-MOBILE HAD TERMINATED MY AUTOPAY AND TURNED OFF MY SERVICE! BOTH FRAUDULENT ACTIONS! NO STATEMENT INDICATED THAT I WAS UNENROLLED; NO STATEMENT INDICATED WHY THEY STOPPED MY AUTOPAY; NO EMPLOYEE WOULD PROCESS THE AUTOPAY AND REFUSED TO TELL ME WHY!
ADDITIONALLY, THE SECOND CIRCUIT COURT FRAUDED MY COURT RECORD INDICATING MY PHONE NUMBER WAS A NUMBER I HAD TEN YEARS AGO: 203-668-0568. I DID NOT CATCH THAT FRAUD, SINCE I WAS LIMITED HOW OFTEN I COULD ACCESS MY ACCOUNT DUE TO NO WIFI AT HOME ANYMORE, AND ASSIGNING A NEW-REPLACEMENT CASE MANAGER WHO DID NOTHING ON THE ACCOUNT FOR THOSE MONTHS (AFTER DELIBERATELY DISCONNECTING MY PHONE FROM THEIR SYSTEM SO I COULD NOT CALL ANYONE FOR OVER TWO MONTHS) I CALLED THAT NUMBER AND THE WOMAN ANSWERED AND SAID SHE GOT MANY CALLS FOR ME AND KEPT RECORD OF THEM, OFFERING TO PROVIDE THEM TO ME. I SAID, “NO, THIS IS ALL CYBER CRIME. THE COURT FRAUDED RECORDS; THE CALLS WERE PROBABLY FOR THE MOST PART ALSO FRAUDULENT. I CERTAINLY DO NOT WANT TO TAKE THAT CHANCE YET APPRECIATE YOUR CARING.”
I ONLY SPOKE TO HER THAT ONE TIME. SHE WAS VERY NICE, COOKING DINNER FOR HER FAMILY. I DID NOT ASK HER FOR HER NAME. SHE SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN GETTING THOSE CALLS, I EMPHASIZED. THAT WAS UNFAIR TO HER.
On May 21, 2023, the account was unenrolled from the AutoPay service as it was determined that the associated payment information was reported as lost or stolen. On May 31, 2023, Anne Bradley re-enrolled the account in AutoPay after updating their payment information. It is important to note that when AutoPay changes are processed, it may take up to a billing cycle for those changes to reflect on the account. As such, even though Anne Bradley re-enrolled the account in the AutoPay service, the account balance remained past due.
The billing statement dated June 13, 2023, reflected a balance owed in the amount of $207.39 scheduled to debit via AutoPay on July 3, 2023, which included monthly recurring services from June 13, 2023, through July 12, 2023, in the amount of $120.82, and the past due balance of $79.57. The billing statement also included a late fee of $7.00. As we did not receive payment, on June 25, 2023, T-Mobile suspended the account’s ability to place outgoing calls.
Please note, for customers that are interested in porting their mobile number to another service provider, for security purposes, they must request a Temporary Port Out PIN (TPOP). The TPOP can be requested through My T-Mobile, the T-Mobile app, or by speaking with our Customer Care. On June 29, 2023, records indicate that Anne Bradley spoke with our Customer Care and requested a TPOP. Regrettably, Anne Bradley was unable to receive the TPOP.
On July 3, 2023, a payment was remitted in the amount of $207.39 reducing the balance due to zero and restoring the account from suspension. As such, the account was assessed a $20.00 restore from suspension fee on the next billing statement.
On July 12, 2023, the payment from July 3, 2023, in the amount of $207.39 was returned as unpaid by Anne Bradley’s financial institution. As such, the payment was charged to the account and a returned payment in the amount of $20.00 was assessed. The account balance was updated to $227.39. Additionally, AutoPay was removed from the account.
The billing statement dated July 13, 2023, reflected a balance owed in the amount of $392.75 which included the past due balance of $227.39 and new charges for monthly recurring services, and equipment and discount, restore fees, and a late fee from June 13, 2023, through July 12, 2023, totaling $165.36.
On July 22, 2023, as we did not receive payment for the due balance, T-Mobile suspended the account’s ability to place outgoing calls. On July 28, 2023, our records reflect the previous returned payment in the amount of $207.39 was reversed and returned back to T-Mobile. As such, the payment was assessed to the account and the payment return fee was adjusted. The account balance was reduced to $165.36. Additionally, the account was restored from suspension.
On August 13, 2023, the payment from July 28, 2023, in the amount of $207.39 was returned as unpaid by Anne Bradley’s financial institution. As such, the payment was charged to the account and a returned payment in the amount of $20.00 was assessed. The account balance was updated to $392.75.
The billing statement dated August 13, 2023, reflected a balance owed in the amount of $565.11 which included the past due balance of $392.75 and new charges for monthly recurring services, and equipment and discount, restore fees, and a late fee from July 13, 2023, through August 12, 2023, in the amount of $172.36.
On August 20, 2023, as we did not receive payment for the due balance, T-Mobile suspended the account’s ability to place outgoing calls. On August 25, 2023, the account was suspended as a result of non-payment.
The billing statement dated September 13, 2023, reflected a balance owed in the amount of $613.93 which included the past due balance of $565.11, monthly EIP in the amount of $31.25, Protection 360 in the amount of $9.57, and a late fee in the amount of $8.00.
It is T-Mobile’s position the charges are valid and owed. T-Mobile regrets any inconvenience to Anne Bradley, and we invite them to contact us at the number below should they have any questions.
Based on the foregoing, we respectfully request this complaint against T-Mobile be closed.

CALLS FROM T-MOBILE DID NOT EXIST FOR THREE MONTHS AFTER THIS FRAUDULENT BILLING! I DID ALL THE CALLING. I TRIED TO GET A TRANSFER PIN TO AT LEAST KEEP MY PHONE NUMBER; BUT NO, THEY WOULD NOT COOPERATE, THEY ONLY FRAUDED MORE! THEIR “OFFERING” NOT CHARGE ME REINSTATING MY PHONE SERVICE WAS CRAP! I HAD A DIFFERENT SERVICE! THEY KNEW IT! THEY FRAUDED ME BY STOPPING THE SERVICE, REFUSING TO PROCESS THE AUTOPAY!

They are fraudulently representing T-Mobile and no one is holding them accountable at BBB! According to the company registration with the Secretary of State Connecticut, T-Mobile USA, CT.BER:1185916, is located at 1290 SE 38th Street, Belleville, WA 98006 - with contacts of G. Michael Sievert, Peter Osvaldik, and Christopher Miller - WHY IS THIS CORRUPTION SO RAMPANT?
In fact, I contacted not only T-Mobile CUSTOMER SERVICE many times due to this billing fraud and abuse with disconnecting my service jeopardizing my safety on a SUNDAY, LESS THAN 30 DAYS FROM THE PREPAYMENT THEY CLAIM WAS DUE, BUT I ALSO DIRECTLY CONTACTED THE REAL, THE LEGAL CONTACT FOR T-MOBILE USA - IN BELLEVILLE, WASHINGTON. I FIND THIS WHOLE PROCESS AS CORRUPTED AS THE T-MOBILE BILLING!
MY COMPLAINT WAS ISSUED BECAUSE OF THEIR SUBMITTING A BILL TO ME THREE MONTHS AFTER THEY DISCONTINUED MY SERVICE AFTER THEY STOPPED MY AUTOPAY, AFTER THEY ILLEGITAMATELY REFUSED TO PROCESS MY PAYMENT SEVERAL TIMES UPON MY REQUEST!
THAT BILL WAS IN THE AMOUNT OF $565.11 IN SEPTEMBER, WHEN I SUBMITTED THIS COMPLAINT. IT IS NOW OVER $613 AND THEY ARE ILLEGITAMATELY ATTEMPTING TO COLLECT WHEN THEY TURNED THIS ACCOUNT OVER TO A COLLECTION AGENCY. THAT IS FRAUD! DOUBLE BILLING IS FRAUD, BY T-MOBILE AND COLLECTION AGENCY!
T-Mobile USA, Inc. (“T-Mobile”) is in receipt of your correspondence dated September 28, 2023, regarding the above-referenced account. Please be advised we have made attempts to contact Anne Bradley, which have proven unsuccessful. Therefore, we will make every effort to address Anne Bradley’s concerns within this letter.
TWO CALLS WERE MADE ON THE 9TH OF October; TWO BRIEF VOICEMAILS WHICH JUST SAID “CALL ME”. NO MENTION OF THEM RESPONDING TO THE BBB COMPLAINT, WHICH IS OUTSIDE OF THEIR LEGAL RIGHTS TO TAKE PART IN! IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A NO-WIN SITUATION TO CALL THEM AND DISCUSS WHAT HAS ALREADY BEEN EXHAUSTED THROUGH PHONE CALLS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE BELLEVILLE, WA CORPORATE OFFICE! SHE MADE NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF MY EFFORTS!
T-Mobile regrets to hear of Anne Bradley’s billing concerns and we appreciate the opportunity to respond. T-Mobile records reflect Anne Bradley activated their account on June 2, 2021. The mobile number ending in 9131 was subscribed to our Magenta 55 Plus for $50.00 per month including taxes and fees. The Mobile Internet number ending in 8562 was subscribed to our Magenta Tablet rate plan for $65.00 per month. It is important to note that Anne Bradley received a $40.00 tablet plus voice bill credit for the line ending in 8562, while a voice line was active.
This is more fraud about the account! My bills included three lines until I dropped the iphone and the tablet, which they do NOT account for on the March-April 2022 bill.- I dropped those sim cards in March 2023, or before that. Nevertheless, the total they had been charging me for the three lines was $90. NOT $165 - and no, there was no special deal to me, they just keep inflating prices nefariously to allude they are giving customers a deal. I was GIVEN the Samsung phone. It was in my possession the very day they gave it to me, 100%! I did not want any scam shield, which was just another way to spy on me. I never requested it. I never allowed it. They just added it to my bill anyway and actually put it back on my phone nefariously after this Idaho employee submitted a response without her telling me, without BBB telling me! I uninstalled it!
Additionally, the mobile number ending in 9131 was subscribed to our optional Protection 360 handset protection feature for $9.00 plus tax per month. The mobile number ending in 9131 was subscribed to our Scam Shield Premium feature for $4.00 plus tax per month. As such, the monthly recurring service charges were updated to $93.00 plus applicable tax per month.
In addition to the monthly recurring charges, between the dates of June 2, 2021, through October 20, 2021, Anne Bradley purchased the below equipment using our Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) offering.
I did not purchase the Moxee; they said it was another promotion! Due to CYBER CRIME, I had to get replacements twice - and it was obviously caused by a T-Mobile employee - probably the district manager - because they made my pin not work! All to steal my data and just be all-around bullies!
I stopped using a pin to access the tablet; it was just a harmful tool for T-Mobile - weaponizing their services.
A Moxee Tablet. At the time of purchase, Anne Bradley was not required to remit a down payment and agreed to a series of 24 monthly installments of $7.00. Anne Bradley received Recurring Device Credits (RDC) of $7.00 per month as part of the 2021 Connected Device P2 promotion. The monthly equipment installments were reduced to zero dollars per month while maintain eligibility.
This was a free device - NO CHARGE! THEY GET DEALS FROM SAMSUNG AND PASS IT ON TO THE CUSTOMER.
A Samsung A32 handset. At the time of purchase, Anne Bradley was not required to remit a down payment, and they agreed to a series of 2 4 monthly installments of $11.75. Anne Bradley received RDCs of $11.75 per month as part of the 2021 Samsung Trade P7 promotion. The monthly equipment installments were reduced to zero dollar per month while maintaining eligibility.
As a reminder, I tried to return the iphone after realizing it was manipulative, causing disruption/manipulation to my other devices if they were on! I wanted no part of those schemes and others. THESE ARE MACHINES. T-MOBILE AND OTHERS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE PROVIDING A SERVICE ONLY. NOT SERVING THEMSELVES WITH FRAUD, INVASION OF PRIVACY, HACKING DEVICES AND MORE! ALL OF THIS WAS ESTABLISHED AS THE SET ROUTINE BY CORRUPTED POLITICIANS - INCLUDING TEACHING COMPUTER SCIENCE STUDENTS HOW TO HACK OTHERS’ DEVICES AND MORE! THE TECHNOCRACY WAS CHOSEN; BECAUSE OF THEIR LOYALTY TO ORGANIZED CRIME! NOT BECAUSE THEY EARNED THAT; NOT BECAUSE OF OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENTS. AND NOW THEY ARE CONSIDERED TO BE THE TOP SEVEN COMPANIES OF S&P 500. PATHETIC!
THE iPhone deal was a complete sham! They should have respected my feeling they were taking advantage of me and take the phone back! I already lost $49 in getting a case for it, and I had to purchase a charger and earphones! This was no deal! The only “deal” was no request for downpayment like Apple requires! I was always curious about this phone and thought if it worked out, I would just use the Samsung on wifi. And this was the ultimate in this response: claiming 243 monthly installments = $7,715.25! That is just how ridiculous the response is! No wonder they did not want me to review this timely!
An Apple iPhone 13 handset. was required to remit a down payment of $49.99 and the agreed to a series of 243 monthly installments of $31.25.
THE ACCOUNT WAS BREACHED BY T-MOBILE, PROBABLY LAUGHING WITH STORQUEST, WHICH DID THE SAME THING AND GOT AWAY WITH BREACHING MY CONTRACT, TERMINATING IT WHEN IT WAS NOT EVEN DELINQUENT!
SO T-MOBILE PSYCHOPATHS PLAYS ALONG BECAUSE THEY ARE ALL IN BED WITH EACHOTHER, PARTICULARLY THROUGH THE CENTRAL BANK SYSTEM - ANOTHER REASON THAT IDAHO HAS NO LEGITAMATE RIGHT TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH MY CONNECTICUT COMPLAINT! THEIR MAIN ACCOMPLISHMENT IS HIDING! CONGRATULATIONS, HIDAHO!
Please note if an account cancels with an open EIP balance, promotional offers are unenrolled, and the remaining balance is accelerated and becomes due with the final billing statement. This information gets disclosed within the EIP agreement provided at the time of purchase.
THE “SYSTEM” SHE ALLUDES TO IS NEITHER ON THE BILLING OR IN ANY EMAIL MESSAGES FROM T-MOBILE.
THIS IS A CONTRACT: NOT A “SYSTEM” - THE TECHNOCRATS DECISION IN BEING PART OF ORGANIZED CRIME STILL MAKES THEM ILLEGAL AS HELL!
So T-Mobile STOPS AUTOPAY, REFUSES TO PROCESS THE PREPAID SERVICE AND THEN DISCONNECTS SERVICE WHEN IT IS PAID FOR SINCE IT IS PREPAID! THIS WAS DEFINITELY ORGANIZED CRIME THAT PROMPTED THEM!
Anne Bradley’s account was billed by a system known as “bill current.” This means charges for Anne Bradley’s rate plan are billed in advance of the service being provided and become due within that billing cycle. Anne Bradley’s billing cycle runs from the 3rd of one month through the 2nd of the next month. Notice of the monthly recurring charges and feature charges are available on or around the 6th of the month, and those charges are then due on or around the 23rd. If during that billing cycle Anne Bradley had any usage charges, such as international calling or third-party downloads, the respective charges would be reflected on the next month’s statement, as obviously we cannot predict those charges in advance.
THE BILLING STATEMENT AMOUNT FOR MARCH 2, 2023 - APRIL 3, 2023 HAD TO HAVE BEEN $114 OR LESS, SINCE MY BILL WAS DECREASED IN NOVEMBER 2022! - IT WAS ANOTHER OVERBILLING, WHICH COST ME HOURS ON THE PHONE; WHILE I WAS ALSO DEALING WITH FRAUD FROM TD BANK (INCLUDING THEIR ISSUING CHECKS EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS NO MORE AUTODEPOSITS GOING TO THE ACCOUNT - AND I WAS ASSURED THE CHECK CUTTING WOULD STOP. OF COURSE, WHEN NEFARIOUS PSYCHOPATHS IN MANAGEMENT CAN OVERRIDE SUCH “MINOR DETAILS”, THEY CAN KEEP CUTTING CHECKS ON MY THEREAFTER CLOSED ACCOUNT AND EVEN THOUGH MY LANDLORD KNEW THE ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED, THEY DEPOSITED THE CHECKS AND KEPT CHARGING ME FOR RETURNS, FOR MONTHS! EVEN THOUGH I PAID WITH BANK CHECKS, WHICH I HAVE TO PAY $15 FOR YET THEY ARE PREPAID AND THIS LANDLORD CANNOT HIDE THE CHECK AND THEY CANNOT HOLD ONTO IT, THOUGH THEY HAVE DONE THAT AND I DISCOVERED THEY DID BY ASKING FOR DEPOSIT DATES FROM MY BANK! I HAD TO SUBMIT ANOTHER LETTER TO THIS LANDLORD, WHO IS REALLY THE BOZZUTO EMPIRE, HIDING BEHIND A NUMBER OF SKIRTS, LIKE QUIT CLAIM FOR $1, AND OPEN-ENDED MORTGAGE, WHICH MEANS NO MORTGAGE CLOSING, WHICH IS AGAINST HUD LAWS.

The billing statement dated March 2, 2023, reflected a balance owed in the amount of $125.31 which included monthly service charges, equipment installments, and discounts from March 3, 2023, through April 2, 2023. On March 16, a payment was remitted in the amount of $125.31 reducing the balance due to zero dollars.
MORE FALSE INFORMATION! I HAD ONE LINE, ONE PHONE! THE REST WERE JUST USED ON WIFI! (AS OF MARCH 2023 OR PRIOR)
The billing statement dated April 2, 2023, reflected a balance owed in the amount of $125.27 which included monthly service charges, equipment installments, and discounts from April 3, 2023, through May 2, 2023. On April 5, 20203, a payment was remitted in the amount of $125.27 reducing the balance due to zero dollars.
I REMIND YOU, MY PAYMENTS MADE THE FIRST WEEK OF THE MONTH WERE 3 WEEKS BEFORE THE BALANCE WAS DUE - I FOUND OFTENTIMES T-MOBILE WAS CAPTURING THE MONEY WHEN THEY KNEW MY BALANCE WOULD NOT COVER IT, PICKING AND CHOOSING WHAT DAY, RATHER THAN REMAIN CONSISTENT SO I COULD QUICKLY TRANSFER MONEY THE DAY BEFORE!
On April 5, 2023, Anne Bradley contacted Customer Care and requested a billing cycle change. Customer Care removed the Scam Shield Premium feature for $4.00 plus tax per month from mobile number ending in 9131, enrolled the account in AutoPay, and changed the billing cycle where the billinng cycle will close on the 12th beginning the next billing cycle.
FALSE! T-Mobile did not process my payment at the recurring time, which was on or about the 25th of the month - THEY, not me, switched that payment time from the first week of the month to that time and refused to change it when I requested it to be restored to the first week of the month! I had to endure that for over a year.
When I called in April, I was told I was now on autopay and they said my monthly charge would be the same as what they took out of my account during that call.
In May, they ESTABLISHED autopay, CHARGING ME $43.77, BECAUSE IT WAS PRO-RATED, TELLING ME THAT MY MONTHLY AUTOPAY WOULD BE $74.57. $75 AND A CENT AMOUNT, WHICH I DO NOT REMEMBER. I AM WORKING ON VERIFYING IT NOW. IT CERTAINLY WAS NOT THE SAME AS MY DELTA DENTAL PAYMENT, NOR DID I CLAIM IT WAS. I AM BEING BULLIED. MY APARTMENT IS VANDALIZED ON A CONTINUOUS BASIS, MY POSSESSIONS WERE STOLEN BY STORQUEST AFTER THEY ILLEGALLY TERMINATED MY LEASE WHEN MY PAYMENT WAS NOT EVEN DELINQUENT FOR A DAY, LET ALONE TWO MONTHS, ACCORDING TO THE CONTRACT - THEY CANNOT TERMINATE IT OTHERWISE!
I called to ask why TMobile did not process my payment in June, AS MY COMPLAINT SPECIFIED. EVERYTHING WAS ON THE COMPLAINT. WHY THE BBB DID NOT COMPLETE THE COMPLAINT WITH THE DETAILED INFORMATION PROVIDED IN THE COMPLAINT, IS PERPLEXING - THAT PORTION DID NOT SHOW ON MY PHONE AT THE TIME I SUBMITTED THE COMPLAINT. IT IS CLEARLY SOMETHING THAT THE BBB HAS TO COMPLETE OR NEFARIOUSLY ADDED TO ALLUDE I DID NOT COMPLETE THE INFO.
DUE TO ALL THE TECHNOCRACY TRICKS ONLINE, IT DOES NOT SURPRISE ME THAT YOUR OFFICE HAS ENTERED THE SAME AMOUNT I PAY FOR MY DENTAL INSURANCE EACH MONTH - TO CONFUSE THE COMPLAINT. I DID NOT ENTER THAT AMOUNT!
FUTURE BILLING CYCLE RUNNING AT THE END OF THE MONTH? I TRIED TO GET THE BILLING CYCLE TO BE THE FIRST WEEK OF THE MONTH, LIKE THEY SET UP WHEN I BECAME A CUSTOMER. THEY ABUSED ME TO NO END, INCLUDING OVERBILLING. YET VIOLATING THE AUTOPAY WAS THE ULTIMATE! THEY ALSO TURNED MY SERVICE OFF! THEY DID THAT THE SAME MONTH THEY REFUSED TO PROCESS THE AUTOPAY! SO I GOT A NEW SERVICE SINCE THEY JEOPARDIZED MY SAFETY. It is all in my complaint!
CALLS THAT T-MOBILE MADE WERE IN EXCESS OF THREE MONTHS FROM WHEN THEY ILLEGALLY BROKE THE AUTOPAY, ILLEGALLY ADDED CHARGES, ILLEGALLY CHARGED ME RESTORATION OF ACCOUNT, ETC! I remind you also that I was injured on my way to Storquest, in June - due to Storquest sending me a backdated letter telling me they would be auctioning off my possessions yet they made sure I did not get the letter until AFTER THEY AUCTIONED OFF MY POSSESSIONS! The office lied to me about them still being there. They said they could only tell me that because that is what the corporate office restricted them to say. I was not shown any proof - and when I accessed their next auction, my possessions were not there, as they said they would be!
The corporate office did absolutely nothing, including failure to appear on the small claim against them.
All of this technocratic bullying on me, on my life, has been ORGANIZED CRIME, CYBER BULLYING - VALIDATING THAT THE SPINLELESS LIARS WIN BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE TO BE ACCOUNTABLE SINCE THEY HAVE THE POWER TO FRAUD!
As such, Anne Bradley’s future billing cycle runs from the 13th of one month through the 12th of the next month. Notice of the monthly recurring charges and feature charges are available on or around the 16th of the month, and those charges are then due on or around the 5th. These changes were set to be effective on the next billing statement.
WHAT T-MOBILE DID WAS LIE. MY PAYMENTS WERE TAKEN OUT THE LAST WEEK OF THE MONTH UNLESS I PAID 3 WEEKS EARLY. THEY FRAUDED SINCE I HAD TO CHANGE BANKS DUE TO FRAUD BY THE UPPER MANAGEMENT, PLACING LIES ON MY ACCOUNT TO DISRUPT MY COMMUNICATING TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHO WOULD ARGUE, “IT SAYS RIGHT HERE” …. I STOPPED THE AUTO DEPOSIT IN MARCH. MY CARD WAS CLOSED. MY ACCOUNT ONLY REMAINED OPEN FOR A MONTHLY PAYMENT TO PROCESS - THE LAST PAYMENT OF FOOD WHICH I DID NOT EVEN GET. I PAID FOR THREE MONTHS’ SUPPLY IN THREE MONTHLY CHARGES; I ONLY GOT TWO WEEKS!
I WILL HAVE TO SUBMIT THIS THROUGH EMAIL AND MOST LIKELY REVISE IT AND SUBMIT A REVISION WITH MORE DETAILS.
AS A REMINDER, WIFI AMENITY WAS ERRONEOUSLY REMOVED BY THE LANDLORD; ANOTHER PROBLEM WITH CORRUPTION, WHICH I PLAN TO SUBMIT TO YOUR OFFICE. IT IS CONSTANT CORRUPTION IN CONNECTICUT! THEY LOVE BULLYING ME, THEY TRY TO KILL ME EVEN. THEY POISON MY FOOD IN MY APARTMENT, THEY OBSTRUCT MY FOOD, PLACING THINGS IN MY FOOD TO CAUSE ME TO CHOKE. I HAVE BEEN FORTUNATE TO FIND THEM FOR THE MOST PART YET ALMOST CHOKED TO DEATH ON A LARGE PIECE OF ALOE, THE SIZE OF A STRING BEAN, IN MY SOUP. I USE ALOE FOR INJURIES, NOT TO INJEST! IT IS CAREFULLY, SAFELY MADE TO DIGEST BY VIVI BUBBLE TEA. THAT IS THE ONLY TIME I INJEST IT.
Please note, our optional AutoPay service provided a monthly discount of $5.00 per line. AutoPay automatically deducts the balance owed on the account approximately two to three days prior to the bill due date using a stored credit card, debit card or checking account supplied by the customer. Customers continue to receive notifications that reflect the balance due as well as a notation that the account is on AutoPay.
AUTO PAY WAS ESTABLISHED IN MAY; AS STATED IN MY COMPLAINT! THEY ADJUSTED WHAT I HAD TO PAY, ASSURING ME THAT MY MONTHLY PAYMENT WOULD BE $74.57 - NOT $75.54, WHICH WAS ALTERED BY CYBER CRIME, TO EQUAL WHAT I PAY DELTA DENTAL INSURANCE! ALL CYBER TRICKS! I DID NOT CATCH IT, I COULD NOT PRINT ANYTHING AND THE STRAIN ON MY EYES AND MANIPULATING THE SCREEN, ETC - CAUSE A DYNAMIC OF MANIPULATION, FRAUD, ABUSE OF POWER - NOT ADDRESSING THE TRUTH!
The billing statement dated May 2, 2023, reflected a balance owed in the amount of $43.77 scheduled to debit via AutoPay on May 21, 2023, which included monthly service charges, the last and equipment installments, and discounts from May 3, 2023, through May 12, 2023. On May 7, 2023, a payment was remitted in the amount of $43.77 reducing the account balance to zero dollars.
The billing statement dated May 13, 2023, reflected a balance owed in the amount of $79.57 scheduled to debit via AutoPay on June 3, 2023. The new charges included the monthly recurring services from May 13, 2023, through June 12, 2023.
THEY DID NOT TAKE OUT THE AUTOPAY OF $74.57 IN JUNE!
THEY REFUSED TO CORRECT IT! THEY REFUSED TO EVEN PROCESS THE PAYMENT! THEY AGREED I STILL HAD AUTOPAY! THIS “UNENROLLED FROM AUTOPAY” IS A LIE! THUS, WHY THEIR ATTEMPT TO CAPTURE A DIFFERENT AMOUNT, $207.39 - WAS RETURNED TO ME. MY BANK WAS INFORMED THAT T-MOBILE TERMINATED MY SERVICE ERRONEOUSLY, THEN THEY TAKE THIS MONEY OUT ON JULY 5- AFTER I HAD TO GET A NEW SERVICE EVEN THOUGH THEY STOPPED MY SERVICE! I WENT TO TWO STORES AND THEY AGREED I WAS STILL ON AUTOPAY IN JUNE! YET THEY REFUSED TO PROCESS IT. THE FIRST STORE MANAGER THREATENED TO CALL POLICE IF I DID NOT LEAVE AND I WAS JUST THERE AS A CUSTOMER SEEKING A SOLUTION. THAT WAS A THREAT TO COVER UP FOR THEIR CYBER GANGSTALKING. THE SECOND STORE, IN NORTH HAVEN, TOLD ME “WE DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH BILLING. WE DO NOT TAKE PAYMENTS.” I SAID THAT WAS FALSE, BUT REALIZED THERE WAS NO SOLUTION. T-MOBILE HAD TERMINATED MY AUTOPAY AND TURNED OFF MY SERVICE! THEIR SAYING IT WAS STILL ACTIVE AND YET REFUSING TO PROCESS IT WAS PURE CORRUPTION! BOTH FRAUDULENT ACTIONS! NO STATEMENT INDICATED THAT I WAS UNENROLLED; NO STATEMENT INDICATED WHY THEY STOPPED MY AUTOPAY; NO EMPLOYEE WOULD PROCESS THE AUTOPAY AND REFUSED TO TELL ME WHY!
ADDITIONALLY, THE SECOND CIRCUIT COURT FRAUDED MY COURT RECORD INDICATING MY PHONE NUMBER WAS A NUMBER I HAD TEN YEARS AGO: 203-668-0568. I DID NOT CATCH THAT FRAUD, SINCE I WAS LIMITED HOW OFTEN I COULD ACCESS MY ACCOUNT DUE TO NO WIFI AT HOME ANYMORE, AND ASSIGNING A NEW-REPLACEMENT CASE MANAGER WHO DID NOTHING ON THE ACCOUNT FOR THOSE MONTHS (AFTER DELIBERATELY DISCONNECTING MY PHONE FROM THEIR SYSTEM SO I COULD NOT CALL ANYONE FOR OVER TWO MONTHS) I CALLED THAT NUMBER AND THE WOMAN ANSWERED AND SAID SHE GOT MANY CALLS FOR ME AND KEPT RECORD OF THEM, OFFERING TO PROVIDE THEM TO ME. I SAID, “NO, THIS IS ALL CYBER CRIME. THE COURT FRAUDED RECORDS; THE CALLS WERE PROBABLY FOR THE MOST PART ALSO FRAUDULENT. I CERTAINLY DO NOT WANT TO TAKE THAT CHANCE YET APPRECIATE YOUR CARING.”
I ONLY SPOKE TO HER THAT ONE TIME. SHE WAS VERY NICE, COOKING DINNER FOR HER FAMILY. I DID NOT ASK HER FOR HER NAME. SHE SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN GETTING THOSE CALLS, I EMPHASIZED. THAT WAS UNFAIR TO HER. MY PHONE NUMBER WAS ALTERED ON THE CASE AFTER THEY KICKED OF MARKUS MARSHAL AND THREE MONTHS LATER I FIND OUT YANI SEGAL IS CASE MANAGER YET SHE DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ON THE ACCOUNT, REFUSING TO RESPOND TO MY EMAILS, AND FRANKLY SHE IS INCOMPETENT AS HELL, EVEN SCREAMING FOR TWO MINUTES WHEN I FOLLOWED UP ON MY MOTION TO VACATE JUDGMENT SINCE THE COURT FAILED TO NOTIFY ME AND THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN YANI’S FAULT, IF SHE EVEN KNEW WHAT SHE WAS DOING. THIS CORRUPTION ALL AT THE SAME TIME IS NOT AN ACCIDENT. SURELY IT IS DELIBERATE
On May 21, 2023, the account was unenrolled from the AutoPay service as it was determined that the associated payment information was reported as lost or stolen. On May 31, 2023, Anne Bradley re-enrolled the account in AutoPay after updating their payment information. It is important to note that when AutoPay changes are processed, it may take up to a billing cycle for those changes to reflect on the account. As such, even though Anne Bradley re-enrolled the account in the AutoPay service, the account balance remained past due.
The billing statement dated June 13, 2023, reflected a balance owed in the amount of $207.39 scheduled to debit via AutoPay on July 3, 2023, which included monthly recurring services from June 13, 2023, through July 12, 2023, in the amount of $120.82, and the past due balance of $79.57. The billing statement also included a late fee of $7.00. As we did not receive payment, on June 25, 2023, T-Mobile suspended the account’s ability to place outgoing calls.
Please note, for customers that are interested in porting their mobile number to another service provider, for security purposes, they must request a Temporary Port Out PIN (TPOP). The TPOP can be requested through My T-Mobile, the T-Mobile app, or by speaking with our Customer Care. On June 29, 2023, records indicate that Anne Bradley spoke with our Customer Care and requested a TPOP. Regrettably, Anne Bradley was unable to receive the TPOP.
On July 3, 2023, a payment was remitted in the amount of $207.39 reducing the balance due to zero and restoring the account from suspension. As such, the account was assessed a $20.00 restore from suspension fee on the next billing statement.
On July 12, 2023, the payment from July 3, 2023, in the amount of $207.39 was returned as unpaid by Anne Bradley’s financial institution. As such, the payment was charged to the account and a returned payment in the amount of $20.00 was assessed. The account balance was updated to $227.39. Additionally, AutoPay was removed from the account.
The billing statement dated July 13, 2023, reflected a balance owed in the amount of $392.75 which included the past due balance of $227.39 and new charges for monthly recurring services, and equipment and discount, restore fees, and a late fee from June 13, 2023, through July 12, 2023, totaling $165.36.
On July 22, 2023, as we did not receive payment for the due balance, T-Mobile suspended the account’s ability to place outgoing calls. On July 28, 2023, our records reflect the previous returned payment in the amount of $207.39 was reversed and returned back to T-Mobile. As such, the payment was assessed to the account and the payment return fee was adjusted. The account balance was reduced to $165.36. Additionally, the account was restored from suspension.
On August 13, 2023, the payment from July 28, 2023, in the amount of $207.39 was returned as unpaid by Anne Bradley’s financial institution.
It was returned unpaid because my bank said they agreed to comply, since it was UNAUTHORIZED. I HAD TO WAIT 30 DAYS FOR T-MOBILE'S RESPONSE TO THE BANK! They knew what they did was illegitamate! Just a psychopathic "laugh" to echo what Storquest did and what the landlord will probably do next! They already tried evicting me by terminating my lease in 2019 - after I was so stupid to send a letter of complaint to the state housing office! I cannot make this red because all the tools for this blogpost are removed - which happens most of the time! The cyber criminals frame themselves!
As such, the payment was charged to the account and a returned payment in the amount of $20.00 was assessed. The account balance was updated to $392.75.
The billing statement dated August 13, 2023, reflected a balance owed in the amount of $565.11 which included the past due balance of $392.75 and new charges for monthly recurring services, and equipment and discount, restore fees, and a late fee from July 13, 2023, through August 12, 2023, in the amount of $172.36.
On August 20, 2023, as we did not receive payment for the due balance, T-Mobile suspended the account’s ability to place outgoing calls. On August 25, 2023, the account was suspended as a result of non-payment.
The billing statement dated September 13, 2023, reflected a balance owed in the amount of $613.93 which included the past due balance of $565.11, monthly EIP in the amount of $31.25, Protection 360 in the amount of $9.57, and a late fee in the amount of $8.00.
It is T-Mobile’s position the charges are valid and owed. T-Mobile regrets any inconvenience to Anne Bradley, and we invite them to contact us at the number below should they have any questions.
Based on the foregoing, we respectfully request this complaint against T-Mobile be closed.

I already got an "it's not my job" response from BBB - and frankly, the BBB should be ashamed of themselves for having IDAHO handle it when they are not even in the contact information for T-Mobile in their state registering for their company.
