CONGRATULATIONS, YOU HAVE DONE WELL IN USING YOUR ORGANIZATION AS A SOCIAL WEAPON TO TARGET HONEST PEOPLE!

I spent years, thousands of documents, corrupted judges in lawsuits I filed, and more - all at my own expense, from being deprived of an education in Connecticut - all due to corruption! THEY FRAME THEMSELVES!

I RIGHTFULLY SUBMITTED REQUEST FOR THE LOANS TO BE REMOVED FROM MY RESPONSIBILITY DUE TO BREACHES OF THE SCHOOLS AND THE DEPT OF EDUCATION! I FILED COMPLAINTS ON TWO SCHOOLS RIGHTFULLY! ABUSE BY TEACHERS DISRUPTING MY STUDIES WAS GENERALLY WHAT I EXPERIENCED AT THE FIRST SCHOOL.

I transferred because of that abuse! I did all I could to file complaints at that school and they said, “You cannot file any complaint because this is night school, accellerated” I argued that the school should not be able to get any funding for it and student loans are breached by the school.

Thereafter, I was abused again! Literally kicked out of the school with no incident, and a lying employee who claimed my Chinese professor requested it! I went back to the campus the following Monday, and at least had enough time to discuss this issue to Jian Xing Wu, PhD. He assured me he did nothing of the sort! He left the school thereafter!

As a matriculated student, I had a right to meet with school administrators yet was deprived in both circumstances. I have had to continuously file documents! UNQUALIFIED TO EVEN TEACH, Betsy Devos forwarded my one complaint requesting the Inspector General of the Dept of Education, located in Washington, DC - to the Governor of NY! I do not even live there, do not EVER want to step foot in the area I lived in due to being so badly abused, including attempted murder putting me in the hospital 3 1/2 months, a crooked attorney whose brother paid a hitman to murder the President of Chile just because he refused to sell Pepsi in his country, and so much more - lies upon lies! Sexual Assaults, with no rights as a victim! Always worried about what my siblings will do next to me, what my mother will do next to me, and

completely destroying any sense of social support - rather, being cheated and slandered instead! Including my younger brother stealing the money he got from selling my store, rather than handing it over to our father, at which time he would have handed it over to me! Taking advantage of the fact our father could never file a lawsuit against his own son! This aspect was taken advantage of on many occasions, and my father was killed by a brother bragging he came down to make him die because he was no longer useful to anyone! Additionally, during school, the storage unit I had for over 9 years and timely paid for decided not to process my payment and then accused me of evading my payment. I proved I had paid for the money order with a copy and mailed it the same way! I had to use prepaid money orders because they tried frauding me other times, telling me they did not get my check, and I would send a replacement and they deposited both when I only owed for one month! It overdrafted my account! This corrupted scheme worked so well for them, others did the same thing to me! The next storage unit I had, as well as T-Mobile refusing to process my payment and thereafter closing my account - they all breached contract yet in this corrupted state, they are given a pat on the back by corrupted judges and officials!

To say I have been hit with corruption from all sides would be an understatement! The state I live in is constantly abusive, constantly

illegally invading my apartment, vandalizing and stealing my property as well as my personal information! Why not? My own uncle stole my Social Security Number to evade taxes and US Customs tariffs on a SECOND brand new luxury vehicle, a Mercedes Benz for his wife! My father confronted him about it and shortly thereafter my father almost died on the operation table from having an obviously poisoned gall bladder which almost burst on the operation table when he had emergency surgery! They did they same thing to me to allude it is hereditary, claiming my gall stones were made of fat, which was false - they were made of calcium, 8 of them in the gall bladder, and the doctors did not want to operate, they wanted me to die! Fortunately, when I had another very bad attack and went to the ER, the hand specialist was on staff for emergency surgies, and he operated and I was told after that I was filled with infection and could have died had it lapsed any longer! (I had to see him for an injured finger from a co-worker and unsafe work conditions using a deli slicer which had no guard. The co-worker threw a heavy metal piece into the sink, making a loud noise like a gun went off and terrified me. She said she was sorry, anxious to leave work because she had a date.)

To summarize, GET OFF MY BACK! THE LOANS WERE FINALLY DISCHARGED FROM MY ONE SUBMISSION OF

REQUEST FOR DISCHARGE! I SUBMITTED MY FINAL REQUEST FOR DISCHARGE TO FAFSA, SINCE I WAS A VICTIM OF ADMINISTRATIVE ABUSE OF PROCEDURE EVERYWHERE ELSE! IT DIDN’T HELP TO HAVE A SECRETARY OF DEPT OF ED WHO WAS AN AMWAY BILLIONAIRE, UNQUALIFIED TO HOLD THAT POSITION, OR EVEN BE A TEACHER, YET KNEW BARACK OBAMA WAS FAVORING MY YOUNGER BROTHER, GIVING HIM $500,000 FREE MONEY TO EXPAND HIS BUSINESS! REWARDING HIM FOR CHEATING ME OUT OF $30,000! I NEVER THOUGHT HE WAS DO SOMETHING SO EVIL, HAVING A THIRD CHILD AND BUYING A NEW CAR WITH IT! IT TOOK PROBABLY TWO YEARS OR MORE TO GET THIS DISCHARGE, OF MY REQUEST, AFTER NELNET’S ABUSE INCLUDING FRAUDING THE LARGE FILE I SUBMITTED CAREFULLY!

FACTS

1. The billing by Albertus Magnus was fraudulent, which was brought up to the school, yet they refused to correct it. Charging me in excess of $23,000 for one semester was FRAUD - particularly since they received substantial FINANCIAL AID, which I applied for. I received a check for approximately $1,500 for that semester, which for me was split into to modules for their accellerated program. Note, the number of credits are reduced for each module. It is a night school for people who are employed and do not have more time to work on a college degree.

2. Therefore, on top of abuse specifically by the Marketing Teacher and Business Law teacher, the school refused to act on my complaints (including this overbilling), claiming it was because I was in the Accellerated Business Program and they were not accountable, yet they are still required to abide by all STUDENT LOAN REGULATIONS, as set forth in the manual at the law library. The elephant in the room is THE COURTS ARE CORRUPTED AS HELL! They do not even abide by DUE PROCESS OF LAW, but none of that matters because ORGANIZED CRIME takes precedence!

3. Upon going to the office of Student Services to obtain info on who to ask if I may access the Law Department’s subscription to Lois Law so I can work on court cases in my personal life, while on campus (regarding illegal eviction, illegal entries, numerous other violations which the court washed over and turned over all my rent money to the landlord WHEN I WAS UNABLE TO BE THERE FOR A HEARING, TAKING ADVANTAGE; and more cases due to this corrupted state) I was told the campus, which teaches law and gives out law degrees, claimed they had no subscription to Lois Law, which is a caselaw lookup and obviously I was lied to - another common practice in this state! I told this employee

at Student Services, “If you cannot provide me a contact to request use of the Law Department’s computers, I shall leave”. She said I could NOT leave, having called the campus police, traumatizing me by literally forcing me in an ambulance without any commitment order, claiming my Chinese Professor requested it, which was a lie. He was very helpful to me since I had no advisor I could see and gave me information to help me make the right decisions for myself. Professor Jian Xing Wu no longer works at that university. He assured me that he did not request anything; did not speak to that nurse or anyone regarding me or my matriculation.

4. I was very candid with my request for transfer from Albertus Magnus to Southern Connecticut State University. That transfer was accepted by SCSU and I was fully matriculated yet without an advisor. They changed advisors twice after assigning one. These advisors all claimed they were available when I had class only - or I would have to walk across campus between classes with a very short time to speak to them, which I considered unfair and manipulative, since I was registered with the Office of Disabilities due to the injuries I sustained when I was hit by a 20 ton sander truck driver on a sunny day with bare roads. He slammed into my vehicle in a no-passing highway, on my side of the road. The attorney who was anxious to take my case, talked my mother into signing when my father was not there and I was in a coma.

5. I do not have to share any more details about that corruption. I will only be exploited, as Obama did many times - even giving my brother who literally cheated me out of $30,000 - FREE MONEY FOR HIS BUSINESS, $500,000 - and at no point did he use that as an opportunity to be responsible for what he did to me and our father years ago, when my father quit claimed my store to him, with his promise to turn the money over to him when the store was sold. Instead, he enjoyed the extra

benefit of having more equity, getting a higher business loan, and keeping it all to himself as a FINDERS KEEPERS attitude - obviously advised to cheat by his handler, who became his friend after I turned him down to have sex. He just outright told me he wanted sex, here he had a girlfriend who he got pregnant. She was a kindergarten teacher. I told my brother he was not a reliable person, in my opinion, yet his wife enjoyed going against my suggestion to prove she had some higher authority over me. I said that because I cared as a sister, an older sister at that. My brother went with his wife and from then on, allowed this manipulation to occur and that was his choice.

6. SCSU’s attempt to get me committed failed. They not only did not have a commitment order, but the psychiatric director entered the ER room the following morning and told me there was no indication they could force a commitment order. I had been up all night - was very tired, yet alert. I knew very well if I had fallen asleep, due to the unsafe conditions, they could easily inject a drug I would not allow, and more.

7. I would leave this state if I could afford it, going back to the Midwest. My apartment is repeatedly illegally entered and vandalized by the landlord - who claims they are not the landlord, yet there was no mortgage closing on the property and there were THREE mortgages taken out by three different entities! Due to all the abuse I get here, including the failure to abide by Section 8 Housing regulations, I also discovered the $2.2 billion-assessed building obtained an $89 billion mortgage - which I consider outright illegal, since a mortgage is an automatic lien on the property and the lender cannot issue a loan over the value of the property. Mortgages are not business loans! They are property loans for businesses or personal use.

8. South Oxford Management Living (SOM Living) has no legitamate ownership of the building, yet not only claimed they owned this building November 2023, but illegally conspired with the Housing Authority to request all Section 8 tenants here to re-apply for tenancy! I refused! I claimed, “According to the regulations, the new owner has to apply for acceptance of ownership - not me! I am already a tenant and find this very illegal!” They used CYBER CRIME to delete the files which reflected the letters which I submitted SEVERAL TIMES, with no action by the landlord or the Housing Authority!

9. In conclusion, I attended Albertus Magnus College ONE SEMESTER ONLY. They split semesters for accellerated schooling, which amounted to about 3 classes each of the two modules, lasting approximately 3 hours each time class was scheduled, so one night per class, about 6pm to 9pm. Besides two abusive teachers, I had a computer class which did not result in what the teacher described the class to be, claiming she would teach us all to take apart a computer and put it back together again. We were not even taught how to take the keyboard off and what that would benefit. I thought the teacher was nice, yet my impression was someone told her to change the class routine - which violates the standards and practices of higher education administration. Due to these stress-factors, I had to drop out of a class I really enjoyed, which was computer graphics. Additionally, they used CYBER CRIME to deprive me of being able to get homework done in my apartment, though Sprint charged me anyway! I had no internet! Sprint lied about it not being their responsibility, etc. My neighbors had internet! I have stated this information several times over the course of OVER TEN YEARS!

10. The fact I attended the trials of Joshua Komisarjevsky and Steven Hayes, which no class interruptions is additional proof that I was NOT attending Albertus Magnus School. As a concerned citizen and having to work on my own court cases at the library in the courthouse, I sat in on both trials, taking notes and even providing copies of those notes to Dr. Petit, who sat by his niece - WHO HE LATER MARRIED. I was introduced to her as his niece and told her it was nice she is a support for her uncle. She looked exactly like Jennifer Hawk-Petit, the murder victim who was raped and burned to death - contrary to the lies by media. Her daughters were also raped repeatedly and burned to death. Forensics do not lie! Smoke was in their lungs!

11. Attached is the DISCHARGE which I finally received on my numerous applications, so fraudulently processed in the Obama Administration and further by the Trump Administration.

12. There was no indication that it was a partial discharge! Otherwise, I would have complained further - all at my own cost, my own time, and certainly with a great amount of disgust!

Thank you for contacting the State of CT Judicial Branch - Jury Administration. As previously indicated, our office is unable to excuse jurors based on their personal beliefs about the judicial system.

Please keep in mind that a person is not automatically assigned to serve as a juror on a case merely by appearing for jury service. There is an interview process, called the voir dire; during that process, you will have an opportunity to explain to the court any matters that affect your ability to serve as a juror on a case. Then, it is the prerogative of the court to determine whether you should be excused.
