Mark was born in Fort Smith, Northwest Territories, Canada in 1965. After growing up in Edmonton, Alberta, he obtained a bachelor's degree in Economics from Harvard and a master's and doctorate Degrees in Economics from Oxford.
CARNEY HAS USA ACCENT - NOT CANADA - NOT BRITISH! In this video, created recently in 2024, he refers to 2014 as a financial pivotal point. I know that Obama was really pissed off when military located the WOMD which Saddam Hussein made for CIA - in Syria - Colin Powell was one of the counsels to the President; and was able to take part in finding that WOMD, which greatly worried him. He did not want to resign as Secretary of State, yet GW Bush was slandering him terribly and most likely he was getting death threats - all because Colin Powell realized that the Bushes were the ones who caused September 11 Attack - along with a direct entourage of about 125 people who helped plan it, taking US Gov money for supplies for several years, particularly through the Office of Executive Services!
So that WOMD was placed in a sealed multi-ton container and placed on a retired navy ship, which his daughter's father-in-law helped take place with! This was a remarkable, world-saving feat - yet Obama was pissed and refused to let him have any air time to report this! Somehow Colin Powell was able to get less than 5 min flash on PBS to report it and I usually just watched PBS and had my TV on at that time. I was so delighted this occurred. I never believed the lies! I met Colin Powell during Operation Desert Shield. He is a devoted patriot, yet on the same token, he assured me that neither he or General Schwarzkopf wanted to go to Kuwait, which Bush called a war - but it was really an invasion. They followed orders. Colin Powell, oddly enough, was NSA - a civilian job - yet Reagan pulled him from being General to the forces in East Germany. Before or after Reagan did that, his son Michael, a Captain in East Germany, was nearly killed when his driver lost control of the jeep and they rolled down a very deep cliff. MIf I recall, the driver died. Most likely the investigation was covered up and Colin Powell probably did not have the wherewithall to investigate himself - and he knew a lot about cars, so if the brakes were tampered with, which I told him I thought they probably were (not that he offered any information that reflected that to be the case) and he was quite taken aback I would say that. I told him I experienced a situation myself when I was almost murdered by a 20-ton sander truck and my brakes did not work either, as he slammed directly into me, facing me, going the wrong direction on my side of the road - all deliberate and I have been terrified by this organized crime ever since, all because I told a local sex trafficker that stalked me, to leave me alone, he was a pig. They even erected an IRISH restaurant where I was almost murdered, called the Pig's Ear. And the attorney who my mother retained when I was in a coma, Frederick Kendall, was obviously Irish. I even brought it up to him and he aggressively said he had nothing to do with that restaurant being erected there and when he said he did not know it was built, I realized he was not maintaining any information on my case, except what he wanted to rig. It was clearly hthat driver's fault and yet Kendall made it a NO FAULT case even though the town used their liability insurance through National Grange - not auto insurance - which is a requirement of the NO FAULT LAW; or they just treated the case as if the town had no insurance! COMPLETELY ILLEGAL. No fault is capped at $25,000 for EACH driver. So Perry Hyde obviously got a cut for trying to kill me! In many ways I felt like I lost my life because that attorney and others socially engineered my life after that to cover up their crimes. It was literally impossible to get any law information - you had to rely on the attorney, who would not provide it to me. I was criticized by siblings for not "doing what I was told" by the attorney as if I worked for him. I was also asked by one of my older siblings how much money I was going to give him when I settled! Another sibling moved her family to a dilapitated farm and said "God wants us to be pig farmers" - here that restaurant was named THE PIG'S EAR. These disgusting, evil bureaucrats were humoring themselves with manipulating my family members, who could have just said no, I support the rights of my sister, yet they NEVER did. They were always more reliant on social influences, trusting people they hardly knew over me, because I did not matter! It was like they were all disappointed I did not die, including my younger brother, whose girlfriend - he married - was expecting he would get a lot of money and darnit, I lived instead and she would not have anything to do with me, yet wanted me to be in their wedding, surprising me with a dress that required a strapless bra, which I had no time to purchase and she refused to get me one even though I purchased the dress and would give her the money for it. It was sheer humiliation that day and later when my younger sister got married, she obviously advised my younger sister not to have me in her wedding because I would humiliate her! I was not the lottery winner they expected me to be, so I was nothing to all of them. I was on crutches for three months after being hospitalized for 3 1/2 months - and had no physical therapy because my attorney said I would have to drive 40 miles down and back myself, they would not arrange any rides, I could not have insurance for that. Even though the crash was so traumatizing and I was also traumatized on a number of occasions after that - as if they wanted to cover up the nightmares I had about the truck slamming into me.
Well, I consider this just a reflection of the depravity in this society because there is no accountability and the worse of a person you are, the more you are rewarded! MARK CARNEY IS OBVIOUSLY A US CITIZEN, WHO GAINED CANADIAN CITIZENSHIP JUST BECAUSE HE WAS BORN IN A MILITARY BASE THERE. THAT IS MY DEDUCTION. JUST LISTEN TO HIM! EVEN THOUGH HE CLAIMED TO HOLD POSITIONS IN CANADA AND UK FOR SO LONG, HIS ACCENT IS CLEARLY USA!

Does he have his tenticles in that bank, which I consider too big, and most likely connected to the owners of the building I live at. The building is called 360 State Street with the same address. I was told to make my checks out to 360 State Street, not Bozzuto, which are the owners. There is so much juggling and outright fraud here. They notified us that this building has a new owner, South Oxford Management Living. They do NOT own the building. There was no mortgage closing. Yet an $89 billion mortgage was taken out for a building that is assessed at $2.2 billion!
