I will must likely just collect info here since I have to use the lobby wifi since they disconnected my wifi and spend many dollars covering up their nefarious activity like this to "prove" other reasons!  I still cannot use the washing machine!  They remotely turned it off; they accidentally turned it back on and I began using it and the ba$tards turned it off again!  Did they say they needed to check it for anything as they see it is not working from their controls?  NO! It was deliberate!  A long time ago the maintenance claimed it was due to wiring!  they did not even unplug it!

           And Beachwold WAS Beachwood....when did the name switch or was it Beachwold and they entered Beachwood as a frauded record and then changed it like an Excel Spreadsheet so you don't have any history or facts what they did!

        July 2, 2019 was when I filed my appearance in their attempted ILLEGAL EVICTION for nonpayment of rent!  

             No doubt this was an attempt to "Now you see her; now you don't" to probably kill me!  




             That is how these IT-blanketed psychopaths act!  

             I would like to think this Jewish group was a sincere, thoughtful, legitamate group but consider what is going on with Isreal!  They blame Palestine and what is fueling all this is CIA-paid terrorists; just like they did in Ukraine since 2014 (after Colin Powell and his team disposed of the ISIS WOMD, which Saddam Hussein made; and took down ISIS occupation in Syria!  It was THEM who attacked Syrian civilians with Mustard Gas or the like  and more -Not President Assad!

They are hacking my laptop which they do often here when I am in the lobby using the wifi since they cut off the wifi in my apartment 2 years ago after I complained the maintenance manager took a dump in my bathroom trashcan!  

And on July 2 - he smashed his way in my apartment and just when he was a foot away from me he was ordered out by authorities - not this management!  They wanted him to continue!  They defended what he did, admitting they did not call me first or anything! I was taking a bath!  
      All on July 2 - TO CELEBRATE MY DISAPPEARANCE, I'M SURE! 
      The appearance I made on the illegal eviction case in 2019 was entered on July 2!  
          Amelia Aearheart died on July 2!

I am just a Section 8 tenant - my life disrupted again with an illegal eviction case which had no merit and should have been dismissed to begin with since the court could see I paid my rent!  

But no!  They keep it stringing on because Donald Trump will soon be inaugerated and will help spin the law!  He got away with murdering General Soleimani!  




RETURN DATE IS NOVEMBER 12!  THE CHIEF CLERK WILL NOT CHANGE THE RETURN DATE!  OBVIOUSLY THE SOFTWARE IS SET UP TO MAKE THE RETURN DATE A CERTAIN DATE WHEN THE DATE OF SERVICE IS ENTERED!  THAT MEANS THE SUMMONS IS ILLEGAL AND YET ANOTHER REASON THE CASE HAS NO MERIT AND THIS FREAKING FRAUD JUDGE HAS THE AUDACITY TO CLAIM THE NOTICE TO QUIT WAS VALID!  NO IT WAS NOT!  IT HAD NO LEGAL EFFICACY!  I PAID MY RENT!  The fact I was paying rent into court VALIDATES my rent was current!  They shove themselves in a corner and keep pancaking their fraud using abuse of process!  

They put another shill on the case - that judge says:  Whatever Judge Stone wants, Judge Stone gets - he ruled against my Motion to continue to pay rent into court ----because Judge Stone denied my motion here in the illegal eviction case and also refused to accept my rent payment in the eviction case!  

THIS IS NOT DUE PROCESS OF LAW!  IT IS ABUSE OF PROCEDURE!  OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE!  

I am preparing my Motion To Open on the Housing Case and hope to get that submitted today.  

What they will do is have one of these shills to rule on it and use the excuse like Judge Stone:  Nonya Business.  Refusing to articulate; refusing a rearguement!  Refusing anything! I will post my Motion To Open and Affidivat here once I am finished with it.  ---6Jan2025 9:20am

1.  I did not enter in an agreement to pay $932/month for this 150 sf apartment EVER.  There is a HUD supplement.  

Without that addendum THERE IS NO LEASE.  HUD CONTROLS THE LEASE. 

THE LEASE CANNOT HAVE ANYTHING IN IT THAT IS NOT REGULATED BY HUD. 


ANOTHER REASON THIS CASE HAS NO MERIT!  THE FACT THE COURT 

ALLOWS THEM TO DELIBERATELY FRAUD IS SO DISGUSTING!

Update 1/19/2025

DUE TO DANGEROUS LEVELS OF MICROWAVES, THE LANDLORD WAS OBVIOUSLY ORDERED TO REPLACE THE FUEL CELL WITH A NEW FUEL CELL.  

They now consider this an expense of the tenants!  

Tenants could file a class action lawsuit against them for having dangerous levels of microwaves and more - using Technology as a weapon!  WTF

3 State Street and YES Energy Management (“YES”) would like to take this opportunity to inform you of an upcoming change regarding your electric utility services. 

The Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (“PURA”) and the state legislature have enacted rules governing electric submetering. Management for 360 State Street previously received approval to submeter via docket 15-08-01 from PURA in accordance with those rules to encourage conservation and ensure each resident pays only for the electricity that they have used.  Management for 360 State Street is now applying to PURA for approval to recover expenses related to the new on-site fuel cell renewable generation that will be installed in January 2025 and will be able to generate the majority of the property’s electricity needs.  United Illuminating Company (“UI”) will continue to provide electricity for needs in excess of the fuel cell generation and tenant costs for that portion of electricity will be calculated in the same manner as they are under docket 15-08-01 except that the submetered consumption for the unit will be split into the portion applicable to the fuel cell and the portion applicable to UI.  The docket number of the proceeding is 15-08-01RE01 and the anticipated time frame in which the Authority will conduct its review is 90 days post application submission. 

If you have any concerns or objections about 360 State Street’s proposal to submeter, you should first discuss those concerns with the leasing office and may thereafter telephone the Authority or submit written comments to the Authority on or before the 30th calendar day after the date of this notice.  You should reference the Docket Number 15-08-01RE01 in any written comments.
